Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

They had long anticipated the possibility of conflict, and although the two dispatched Galaxy Level entities were not their strongest, working together, they could even pose a headache for someone considered formidable in the early stages of the Star River realm.

Now that Jia Yan has eliminated these two Galaxy Level entities, all present members of the ’Exterminating Evolution Beast Alliance’ looked somewhat grim.

They weren’t worried about the Alliance failing, given the number of Strong Ones present, especially since one of them was a Middle-Stage Galactic Lifeform.

However, they were slightly concerned that if Jia Yan indeed possessed the strength for mutual destruction, then during the siege warfare, one or two, or even three or four of them might be killed by Jia Yan’s strategy of mutual destruction, an outcome they found unacceptable.

”Let’s do this then, it’s likely that Jia Yan doesn’t want to engage in a direct war with us. We’ll first use regular fleets and troops to wage war on his territory and Starfield, preferably forcing him to be constantly on the run, delaying his cultivation progress. Then we’ll seize the opportunity to kill him. This strategy will be the most effective and result in the lowest casualties for us.”

”Alright, I second that.”

”I second it as well.”

”Seconded.”

A group of Galaxy Level entities adopted a suggestion from one of their own, a tactic often used in battles between Galaxy Level or Starry Sky Strong Ones—attacking the enemy with regular troops or advancing warfare style, forcing the enemy into extensive consumption of their power, then all attacking at once to annihilate the enemy.

As they were Strong Ones above the Galaxy Level, they couldn’t fathom the perception of quickly being close to life or death they had in the past as weaker beings when going into battle alone.

They enjoyed a slower-paced warfare; even if they were to lose, they would intervene only when their fleet or the entire Starfield was mostly destroyed.

Essentially, it’s about sending regular troops forward to take over enemy territory, causing certain losses in their energy or supplies, forcing them to engage in battle.

Galaxy Level conflicts can last for many years; this is the art of Galaxy Level warfare. Though there are exceptions, such as Jia Yan’s battles with several Galaxy Levels, who perished quickly because they immediately launched direct attacks on Jia Yan, thus suffering brutal defeats.

Currently, their war strategy seems decent: attacking Jia Yan’s territories, something Jia Yan would find hard to accept. In some situations, he will definitely take the initiative to strike, and even if he doesn’t, he’d be busy daily with war matters, slowing his progress.

As his progress is hindered by the war, in its later stages, he will inevitably appear on the main battlefield, where numerous Galaxy Level forces will engage him, capturing him in line with the art of Galaxy Level warfare.

Of course, between Galaxy Level entities, each differs somewhat, though the overall impression remains the same.

”Heh, Jia Yan knowing our tactics, will surely find them quite uncomfortable.”

”Definitely, looking at his previous war examples, you can tell this guy spends a lot of time and effort overseeing his forces in wars. Even during his war with that Empire, he’s been helping covertly. Others might not know, but we Galaxy Level see it clearly.”

”That’s why our comprehensive warfare against him is truly a method to delay his progress, allowing us to thoroughly probe his power before decisively exterminating him in the future.”

”Heh, indeed, indeed, we’ve thought this through pretty well.”

”Alright, let’s go with the plan we agreed on.”

The group of Galaxy Level entities, as if they had devised a brilliant combat strategy, each started acting independently.

In reality, Jia Yan had already suspected what kind of warfare tactics the enemy might employ.

”Those two Galaxy Level existences certainly didn’t just come to observe the Country of Taia casually. So, there must be a kind of interest group behind them; but if the enemy belongs to a Galaxy Level interest group, it’s a bit daunting for me now, especially if there’s a Middle Level Existence among them, which could make them truly challenging to defeat...”

Within the passage linking the Country of Taia and Earth, Jia Yan flew close to the passage’s edge, expanding it as he traveled.

For Jia Yan, utilizing such a passage was actually simple; even without it, he might not travel slower than within it when returning to Earth.

Currently, his approach of utilizing the passage was partially to help expand it. After all, flying around, deliberately widening the edges was a minor effort for him, while the Country of Taia and Earth would require innumerable manpower and resources to achieve this. Jia Yan helps out while quickly returning to Earth, so why not?

During the flight, he pondered upon the recent encounter with the two Galaxy Level entities outside the Country of Taia.

In the Starry Sky, there are only so many Galaxy Level entities. Shortly after Jia Yan exterminated them, he searched online and quickly found information on these two Galaxy Levels.

He knew the territories of these two Galaxy Levels were thousands of light-years apart from the Northern Star Domain or the Orion Arm, and by their logic, Jia Yan shouldn’t be obstructing their forces.

Yet for some reason, these two dared to target Jia Yan, something that intrigued him deeply.

”Furthermore, upon inspection, I found these two recently visited another Galaxy Level territory closer to the Country of Taia, staying for over two months, claiming to exchange communication between Fellow Travelers. They held a grand meeting there, causing significant reactions within that Galaxy Level territory. But after two months, they said farewell and came directly to the Country of Taia – now that’s shocking.”

Jia Yan certainly knew these two visiting that Galaxy Level territory meant something significant happened there; otherwise, after visiting that Galaxy Level existence, they wouldn’t have caused trouble at the Country of Taia.

”Causing trouble isn’t quite it; it should be more like intelligence gathering. So why intelligence gathering? Heh, the answer is easy to guess...”

”The Country of Taia surely holds no intelligence worth investigating by two Galaxy Levels, leaving only one answer – that’s because of me. They sent two Galaxy Levels for me, allowing me to deduce what type of group the enemy might be.”

Jia Yan constantly thought on his feet, his analytical skills were far from weak.

Without consuming much time, he had already speculated he might be facing a group of Galaxy Level existences, possibly even one or two Middle-Stage Galactic Lifeforms among them.

”The possibility of encountering more Middle-Stage Galactic Lifeforms or even a Domain Master Level is minimal because with so many Strong Ones, they would have attacked me directly instead of spying.”

Jia Yan didn’t know, in the Starry Sky, ordinary Galaxy Levels prefer warfare styles where weaker lives are sacrificed to create advantages, followed by battles among Strong Ones. If they thought the enemy’s power far exceeded their own, they would have attacked long ago.

Of course, he guessed rightly; if the enemy included Domain Master Level entities, they would have directly confronted him, as the power gap was too vast, with Domain Master Level Strong Ones having little interest in playing ’war games’ with Jia Yan.
