Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Jia Yan knows his own age.

He feels young, but upon further reflection, he knows he is far from being young.

If he were to count his age as a human, he would be fifty or sixty, already at a ripe old age.

So being called an old man by young Earth people is something he cannot argue against.

”Ah, an elder of Earth...”

Jia Yan flew silently, departing from Earth’s starry sky amidst the welcoming.

He had just told the high-ranking officials who came to welcome him that he would not stay long on Earth; his visit was merely to observe the effects of this passage.

In reality, Jia Yan did not truly leave; he merely found it difficult to understand Earth with his current body, so he did a simple departure with his true body and returned with his avatar to see Earth’s changes.

Given that, he transformed into an old man this time.

About sixty years old, Jia Yan used his brainwave power to easily disguise his human-like avatar as an old man, avoiding many of Earth’s defense alarm systems, and landed in a small city in the Huaxia country.

He chose not to return to Return City because he was very familiar with the things there. Every time he returned, it was either to Return City or to Shanghai City. He was a bit tired of it and wanted to see how the rest of Earth had changed.

This city was different from other cities, very small, about the size of a former county-level city.

But it was also very developed here.

Many people lived leisurely in the city.

”Daddy, what’s the Mosquito Patriarch?”

A little girl boarded a bus with her father.

This bus was different from those of the past. It had no driver, and inside were many high-tech devices. Instead of a bus, it was more like a pleasant tourist experience vehicle.

In this era, no one could not afford a vehicle. Even this kind of bus could easily be bought by ordinary families. People took such vehicles just to experience them, and also for convenience when going out.

”The Giant Mosquitoes, ah, they are great benefactors of us Earth people, and the Mosquito Ancestor is the mightiest among them. So, what’s the Mosquito Patriarch?”

The little girl’s father, holding the child, with a strong presence, was surprisingly also an Earth-grade Advanced strong one.

Although in the whole Earth, he wasn’t considered extremely powerful, in a small county, this young father was already quite impressive.

”Oh, the Mosquito Patriarch is a very powerful person, oh.”

The little girl, just over one year old, spoke fluently while in her father’s arms.

In this era, children benefited from certain parenting experiences from the Country of Taia, and although Earth people were not very willing, their descendants were still more or less influenced by certain medicines. So the new generation became very smart, an unstoppable trend.

It would be considered very late for children not to speak at one year old. Most children started calling their parents at around six months, and recognized characters by the time they were one year old.

”Sigh.”

Jia Yan suddenly felt a bit strange.

Even though Earth’s people developed rapidly, the young not only became smarter but also stronger than before, he felt he should be happy.

Yet, after seeing so much, he felt somewhat uncomfortable.

Because Earth was a memory in his heart, something he always wanted to protect.

But in reality, Earth could never retain the original appearance Jia Yan wanted. One could even say that after the Metal Monsters ruined the entire Earth, it had little relation to the Earth of old.

The county was built on the original site after Metal Monster attacks, but the ancient buildings had almost all disappeared.

So even though this city was a county, the buildings within were completely high-tech.

Jia Yan personally saw the ground open up for a person wishing to take the subway, then close up again.

”Hehe...”

Jia Yan glanced at the sky, where countless spacecraft flew.

Although these vehicles and even the ground technology were definitely not manufactured by Earth people on their own, but purchased from outer world civilizations with their new financial capabilities, seeing such high technology on Earth, even in a small county, deeply shocked Jia Yan.

”After all these years, Earth’s progress has indeed been staggering.”

Jia Yan silently went to the school in the county.

The county had only a small number of children in elementary school. At least, they hadn’t changed much in the structure of elementary schools, middle schools, etc.

Only the age of elementary students had greatly decreased. Kids could start school at three, and depending on their exams, they could graduate as early as eight or nine.

The following middle schools were divided into liberal arts and martial arts. For example, in liberal arts, one could learn the endless technology knowledge from outer stars, while in martial arts, learn the Yin-Yang Dao taught by Jia Yan to Earth people.

Earth’s young people had so much to learn. This generation was destined to be a rather challenging one.
