A commander tirelessly ran back and forth among the troops, boosting their morale.

In the not-so-distant sky, a huge figure was flying toward them.

”Huh? There’s actually still organized fighting.”

A twinkle emerged in Jia Yan’s compound eyes as he looked below, seeing around a thousand black-skinned individuals suppressing about fifty to sixty metal monsters, relentlessly launching attacks!

Although for Jia Yan, the combat power at this level was hardly worth mentioning, it was already surprisingly fierce that over a thousand people dared to attack fifty to sixty metal monsters.

However, he wouldn’t stay for these people. After praising them in his heart, he quickly darted past this area, his brainwave power ruthlessly pressing down onto those below!

Boom boom boom!——————

Dozens of metal monsters seemed to have bombs installed in their heads which were detonating one after another.

”This? Giant Mosquito!”

The members of the Restoration Organization who were attacking the metal monsters, were aghast upon seeing the metal monsters explode, their attention then drawn towards the huge figure that didn’t linger much and was swiftly zooming past them!

The speed was too fast, exceeding the speed of sound by thirty times, disappearing beyond the horizon in a blink of an eye!

Jia Yan couldn’t possibly stop for them, because if he stopped to communicate every time he encountered humans, he probably wouldn’t have even managed to take the area surrounding Shanghai City by now.

”Actually, there are still quite many humans, over three billion. As I’m flying, I see humans everywhere. This is after half of the human population died over the past decade!”

Jia Yan was slightly surprised by the number of humans on Earth. From what he knew about the aliens, the population of the Grey-Yellow Star would probably be far lower than that of Earth, perhaps only around three hundred to five hundred million. Such a large planet had a population that was only one-tenth of Earth’s, yet Earth, such a small planet, managed to sustain nearly seven billion people at its peak. It was truly a miracle!

”Earth actually can’t carry so many people. So, in that case, I have to think about how to help Earth humans solve these problems once I manage to defeat the two alien empire exploration ships, hopefully...”

Boom boom boom!————

After a series of explosions, there were more piles of metal monster debris on the ground.

The process of exterminating the metal monsters was far simpler than Jia Yan had expected!

Before returning to Earth, he had faced countless hardships and almost every situation was far from smooth. But when he finally returned to Earth, he found that the metal monsters were surprisingly weak.

With the help of five powerful individuals, they were swiftly purging Earth of these metal monsters!

Actually, this wasn’t unexpected, because Earth’s metal monsters were no match for people at Jia Yan’s level. If they were so powerful that Jia Yan had to exhaust himself dealing with them, then humans probably wouldn’t exist anymore because they couldn’t withstand his level of combat power!

He quickly surveyed Africa again in roughly a day and a half!

The remains of metal monsters seemed to be discarded metal junk, scattered all over the land!

Jia Yan roughly estimated that there might be around seven hundred thousand metal monsters in Africa, probably the same in the Europa Continent, and over one million six hundred thousand in Asia. He did not count those in the Americas, but he suspected the numbers there wouldn’t be too high.

The most tragic situation was in the Wa Kingdom, where one million metal monsters had wreaked havoc on that tiny island.

Jia Yan had previously dispatched a Heavenly Peak subordinate and a Heavenly Beginner to fight there, but they had not yet eliminated all the metal monsters. He estimated that, of the original hundreds of millions of residents, fewer than ten million were left.

Taking everything into account, even if all the metal monsters on all the continents were added together, there would only be around four to five million. Yet these mere millions of metal monsters have devastated the Earth...

”The problem is that human combat power in the face of alien technology is just too weak! The wise man was right, those who fall behind get beaten.”

After calculating all this, Jia Yan gave a slight sigh. He felt aught at how a single piece of technology discarded on Earth by an alien exploration ship could wreak such havoc.

The Auster Empire, Orchid Empire, and other civilizations must have destroyed numerous similar civilizations intentionally or unintentionally, right?

Earth was the same. If it weren’t for him, the Big Mosquito who suddenly rose to prominence, the metal monsters might have wiped out Earth and the alien civilizations wouldn’t even know what had happened here!

They were just low-level civilizations that could be wiped out casually.

”There is another crisis facing humans on Earth: the threat from the exploration ship that will arrive in about a year. Exploration ships are not metal monsters. Even I must exercise extreme caution. Without the support of a spaceship, it could be very dangerous for me to face combat battleships”

The ocean was tumultuous, his dark body quietly bathed in the deep ocean.

He had lost count of how long it had been since he’d last bathed. Jia Yan was swimming in the ocean of his mother planet. This vast ocean might have seemed impossibly vast to his past self, but for him now, it wasn’t much larger than a big bathhouse!
