Chapter 1639: Chapter 571: Interview, Ascend Higher_3

In a certain sense, she had already reached a mental climax.

Even her hostility toward Lin Muxue became insignificant.

...

10:50 a.m.

Shen City.

Qingning Technology Building stands 52 stories tall, combining offices, research, exhibitions, and conferences into one super-class office building.

Qingning Technology has approximately 1,200 employees, with office areas concentrated on the 35th to 52nd floors.

The remaining floors are occupied by upstream and downstream ecological enterprises, strategic partners, and high-end brand exhibition areas.

42nd floor, Qingmi AI office area, large meeting room.

Outside the window are the azure sea and the distant skyline of skyscrapers, with the faint aroma of coffee permeating the air.

Liu Qingning sits in the main seat, focused, her fingers lightly tapping the notebook pages.

”Our performance in the semantic understanding module currently surpasses GPT-4, yet there is still some ambiguity recognition deviation in handling complex multi-turn dialogues...”

...

”In the upcoming month, let’s work a bit harder to refine these three directions of optimization to ensure validation is completed before the next version goes live.”

Low discussions began in the meeting room as everyone started to quickly record the division of tasks.

”Knock knock knock—”

The glass door was gently knocked, prompting everyone to quiet down subconsciously.

Qingmi AI’s HRD Cai Sisi quickly walked in, approached Liu Qingning, and leaned down to speak softly: ”President Liu, there’s an interviewee you need to personally meet.”

Liu Qingning raised her eyebrows in surprise: ”For which position?”

As the head and general manager of Qingmi AI, those she truly needed to interview were all top talents or management level.

This level of recruitment typically wouldn’t happen unexpectedly; it requires notification from the initial project stages.

”Referred by the headquarters, a senior product manager. Former Director of Products at WisdomAI, led the voice assistant project, experience matches perfectly.”

”No resume, it’s an urgent appointment, the person is in Q5 meeting room.”

”Oh?” Liu Qingning’s eyes lit up, she immediately stood up, ”I’ll head over right now.”

Qingmi AI is in a crucial phase with a rich array of products; lacking product managers, especially for the core voice interaction is just what’s needed!

She stood up briskly and nodded to her colleagues present, ”We’ll pause the meeting here, follow-up will be emailed later.”

After finishing, she strode out of the meeting room.

She walked down the corridor through the sun-dappled office area, turning two corners, the Q5 meeting room came into view.

A ”In Meeting” sign hung at the door, unexpectedly quiet.

Liu Qingning paused briefly, put on a graceful smile, grabbed the doorknob, gently pushed the door, and walked in.

In front of her sat a silhouette.

He was wearing a dark gray shirt, sleeves neatly rolled to the elbows, slender fingers resting on the knee, jet-black hair brushing over his bright brows.

The whole person seemed relaxed and upright, extremely outstanding.

Time seemed to freeze.

Liu Qingning stared, motionless, her eyes inexplicably reddening.

The young man slowly stood up, a familiar smile forming at the corner of his mouth, ”Hello, are you President Liu?”

Liu Qingning bit her cherry lip, her eyes suddenly dazzling as though filled with starlight.

The two exchanged glances for a moment, heartbeats interlacing, as though currents of electricity flowed through the air.

Yet in the next moment, Liu Qingning blinked, quickly reigning in her emotions, adopting a serious tone: ”Yes, you are today’s interviewee, right?”

”Yes, candidate for the senior product manager. I’m sorry for suddenly coming.” Tang Song nodded cooperatively.

Liu Qingning sat down lightly opposite him, unable to suppress the slight curl of her lips, yet her tone remained professional, ”Then let’s begin directly.”

”Sure, ask away.” Tang Song cooperatively adjusted his posture, sitting upright.

”Please start with a brief self-introduction.”

”My name is Tang Song, 25 years old, from Quan City in Yan Province, graduated from Yamaha University in the United States, worked as Product Director at WisdomAI for three years, mainly responsible for...” Tang Song began rambling.

Liu Qingning tried hard to hold back laughter, saying: ”How do you understand the ’data closed loop’ in AI products? How is it constructed in practical products?”

”Design user behavior tracking, establish data annotation processes... plan model iteration cycles...”

”Please explain the core structure of the Transformer model and its advantages in NLP applications.”

”The Transformer model is largely based on self-attention mechanisms... effectively captures global dependencies...”

...

Tang Song, after all, graduated in computer science, because of Liu Qingning, seriously studied AI-related knowledge, these basic contents did not stymie him, he spoke very fluently.

However, as Liu Qingning questioned deeper, involving many underlying principles and logic.

He began stammering, answering irrelevantly.

Liu Qingning did not expose him, making an effort to hide her smiling face, continued the idle chatter.

Their eyes continuously intertwined, atmosphere mysteriously

For more than ten minutes.

”Okay Mr. Tang, I’ve learned about your fundamental situation.”

”Well, does President Liu find me satisfactory?”

”Hmm, not bad.” Liu Qingning cleared her throat lightly, following the usual practice, asked: ”One last question, why do you want to join Qingning Technology? Which category of our company’s products interests you the most?”

Tang Song leaned forward slightly, eyes burning as he looked at her, ”I’m most interested in your company’s Liu Qingning, eager to thoroughly explore her, interact with her, develop her.”

Liu Qingning’s heartbeat instantly fell into chaos, her cheeks visibly reddening like freshly washed apples.

She quickly turned her head, crossed her arms, feigning anger: ”I’m sorry, Mr. Tang, you don’t seem fit for our company’s culture and requirements.”

”Pfft—” Tang Song couldn’t help but chuckle lightly.
