Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 1471: Chapter 1471: Shameless Relatives 1

Qiu Feng Group now had too many businesses, and there were indeed some loopholes. The rapid promotion of this cousin was one of them.

Originally, when Liu Yiru decided to help these relatives, she had a requirement: unless they were exceptionally talented and could be promoted faster as an exception, they all had to climb the ladder step by step.

No one was allowed to break the rules. However, this cousin managed to use some means to deceive people and took advantage of the Ye family women’s lack of attention to get promoted.

If this incident hadn’t happened, Ye Fei and others might not have known about it for a long time. If they had found out only then, it would probably have been too late.

The Ye family wanted to be fair, but not everyone below would listen. Liu Ming, relying on his special status, was someone even the general manager dared not easily offend. If he went to the Ye family and said something, wouldn’t the manager’s position become unstable?

Back to the main point, after Liu Ming got to a high position, he became arrogant. He felt that he was very capable and began to recruit subordinates in the company, excluding those who were different from him.

The general manager could only endure it. In such a short time, Liu Ming had already squeezed out several executives and installed his people.

There were already many discordant voices in the company. If it hadn’t been for this incident, the general manager would probably have had to resign soon, and then Liu Ming could have been promoted further.

When a small person gets power, it’s easy to become rampant and not know how to restrain oneself. After Liu Ming got to what he considered a high position, he had power and money. With money, Liu Ming felt that he had truly entered the life of the rich, and he began to lose control in all aspects.

This was the cause, and what happened yesterday was the result.

A new college graduate, a beauty from a prestigious school, and reportedly a campus flower in her school, had just joined the company.

Qiu Feng Group was a top-tier company nationwide and even worldwide, and it was the preferred target for many outstanding graduates.

This new employee was strong in ability, but shortly after joining the company, she was targeted by Liu Ming.

In this day and age, office sexual harassment is not a novelty. For those with power and influence, it’s too easy to take advantage.

Some strong-willed people will directly refuse, some don’t know how to refuse, and of course, some enjoy such harassment.

This girl belonged to the type who had just graduated, lacked social experience, and wanted to refuse but didn’t know how.

Such an innocent girl is often easily taken advantage of. According to Liu Ming’s experience, it was like this.

When he was a salesman, he had seen several times how innocent newcomers were deceived by lecherous leaders.

This time, it was finally his turn. When Liu Ming looked at the pretty face of the innocent girl, he couldn’t help but feel a strong desire. Sitting in the office, he couldn’t help but want to see the innocent girl.

Liu Ming was not someone who hadn’t seen beautiful women. For example, his cousin Mingyue Xin and her few friends were all much better than this innocent girl.

But Liu Ming knew that those were Ye Fei’s women, and everything he had today was because of Ye Fei. So he didn’t even dare to think about touching them, let alone doing anything.

This innocent girl was the highest quality woman he could think about and touch, so he paid special attention to her.

However, the innocent girl had a boyfriend who had also come over. Although he didn’t enter the Qiu Feng Group, he had a decent job. After just one month in the industry, he was earning nearly four thousand yuan, plus the girl’s three thousand plus, their future seemed very bright.

Unfortunately, after being targeted by Liu Ming, the innocent girl would receive a lot of harassment every day.

This kind of harassment was hard to refuse. For example, Liu Ming would ask her to do some work that was beyond her job description but would involve her being around him more. It was considered overtime and helping out.

Then Liu Ming would express his gratitude by inviting her to dinner or giving her a set of expensive clothes.

The innocent girl naturally knew this was wrong. Every time she refused, Liu Ming would say some comforting words.

After a few days, the girl’s boyfriend noticed something was wrong. After she confessed to him about the vice president’s behavior, her boyfriend understood what was going on and couldn’t help but get angry.

It was the girl who held him back, saying she would handle it. But a few days later, not only did Liu Ming not back off, but he became even more aggressive, starting to touch her inappropriately. Once, when they were alone, Liu Ming directly pinched the girl’s buttocks.

This action scared the innocent girl. She told her boyfriend, who was young and hot-headed. He couldn’t help but confront Liu Ming the next day at the company, bursting into his office to question him.

Compared to the innocent girl’s boyfriend, Liu Ming was a seasoned veteran. With just a few words, he managed to send the boyfriend away.

It wasn’t that the boyfriend couldn’t explain the situation clearly, but the innocent girl still had to work there.

If she offended the vice president, would she still have a good time at work?

After all, they were both young people who had just graduated from school. They didn’t know how to handle such a situation and didn’t feel comfortable talking to their families about it.

It was this silence, this retreat, and this hesitation that led to trouble.

Two days ago, the innocent girl’s boyfriend was working late and didn’t return to their rented apartment.

The girl also had to work overtime, and by the time she got off work, it was already midnight.

Usually, her boyfriend would pick her up at this time, but he couldn’t today. After waiting for a while without getting a taxi, the girl suddenly felt a bit sad.

At that moment, a BMW pulled up beside her. The girl was startled and tried to step back, but then she saw a familiar face in the driver’s seat—it was Liu Ming.

The girl politely called him ”manager,” and Liu Ming directly asked, ”Didn’t your boyfriend come to pick you up?”

”He’s working late today.”

”Working late until this time?”

”He said he has to stay up all night,” the girl replied, not realizing that her words would lead to her downfall.

Liu Ming’s eyes lit up. He chuckled and shook his head, saying, ”Get in the car. I’ll take you home. It’s not easy to get a taxi this late at night, and it’s not safe for a young girl like you to be out alone!”

”Oh, no, that’s not necessary. I... I’ll get a car soon,” the girl bit her lip and said.

”It’s okay. It’s on the way. I’m heading in your direction anyway,” Liu Ming persuaded her, knowing very well where the girl lived from the company records.

After hesitating for a moment, the girl got into Liu Ming’s car.

Sitting in the passenger seat, the girl remained silent. She knew the general manager had an interest in her, but she would never betray her boyfriend.

She believed in their love and was convinced they had a future together. Moreover, she loved her boyfriend, and he loved her.

They wouldn’t break up, and it certainly wouldn’t be like what Liu Ming had said a few days ago—that student-era love couldn’t withstand the test of society, and their future might not be good.

On this point, the girl would never agree, no matter what.

In the car, Liu Ming played some soothing music. The girl, who had worked half the night, felt a bit drowsy and somehow fell asleep.

Liu Ming drove slowly, looking at the sleeping girl beside him, a sinister smile appearing on his face. He thought tonight would be a very good opportunity.

Especially when he turned his head and saw the girl’s delicate face, he felt a surge of excitement in certain places. Smelling her faint perfume, Liu Ming couldn’t wait to tear off the girl’s clothes and conquer her right then and there.

How could such a beautiful girl be with a poor loser?

Wouldn’t that be a waste?

Now, Liu Ming, who considered himself in a high position, felt even more eager to conquer this innocent girl.
