Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 1163: Chapter 1163: The Avenging Queen

”How old is she?” Ye Fei asked. If she got along so well with Ling, maybe she was just a young girl.

”Thirty-three,” Xiao Han Yue replied. ”I found that strange too, but she later admitted that she recognized who we were and wanted to meet you through us.”

”Then her business partner in the factory must be Ling’s grandfather or uncle, right?” Ye Fei asked. He had met the people from Ling’s hometown before; they were all very honest folk.

Ling’s uncle ran a small shop in town, and with Xiao Han Yue’s support, his family lived comfortably, but they were not the type to be involved in big business.

If someone was seeking a partnership with them, that motive was suspicious.

Xiao Han Yue shook her head. ”No, she partnered with a businessman in town, and it started a long time ago. It wasn’t intentional to get close to us.”

Ye Fei nodded, thinking he might have been overly suspicious. After all, business partnerships were quite normal, and it was even more common for someone to want to meet him, especially since she had been honest about it.

Their conversation was cut short as the door opened from the outside. Lin Ling walked in first, smiling and saying, ”Mom, Le... Brother Ye, Sister Gu has arrived.”

Following Lin Ling’s words, a mature beauty whose looks were on par with Xiao Han Yue walked in. Although she wore a smile, the strong, queen-like aura she exuded was unmistakable. It was similar to Ye Xuan from the past, but a bit less sharp.

As Ye Fei sized up this ”Sister Gu,” she was also observing the people in the room. Her focus, however, was on Xiao Han Yue.

When she had first seen Lin Ling, she noticed a peculiar blush on her face and suspected that she had just been intimate with Ye Fei.

Now, seeing Xiao Han Yue with the same kind of blush, and both mother and daughter looking much more radiant than they had a few days ago, she was sure of it.

Although Xiao Han Yue was a complete flirt in front of her son-in-law, she was much more reserved in front of strangers.

Seeing the peculiar look in Sister Gu’s eyes, she quickly explained, ”We just got home, and the house was a bit messy, so we cleaned up. It’s tiring.”

Although Gu Yanping was not experienced in relationships, she had a rich background and knew the difference between being flushed from hard work and the look after an orgasm.

If she had been only 80% sure before, she was now certain that the mother and daughter had just been intimate with Ye Fei.

He’s really a lecher, not even sparing his mother-in-law! Gu Yanping inwardly despised Ye Fei, feeling both pleased and a bit disappointed. She was glad that since Ye Fei was so lustful, her plan should be easy to carry out.

But she was also saddened that her virginity, which she had maintained for over thirty years, was about to be given to such a lecher.

However, Gu Yanping only hesitated for a moment.

Thinking of her brother lying in bed, barely alive, she instantly steeled her resolve. Even if it cost her entire family, she would make this bastard who hurt her brother pay!

”Brother Ye, hello. I’m Gu Yanping from the Gu family of Jinhai. Have you heard of us?” Gu Yanping stepped forward and extended her delicate hand to Ye Fei.

She felt a bit reluctant inside.

In her entire life, she had only held hands with her father and grandfather.

Her previous boyfriend had been purely a spiritual relationship, and her business partners all knew her habit of avoiding physical contact with men, so no one had ever tried.

But now, she was going to let Ye Fei have this small favor. But thinking about it, she was about to give him the ultimate favor, so this handshake was nothing.

Ye Fei lightly shook Gu Yanping’s soft hand and said with a slightly embarrassed smile, ”I’m sorry, but I’ve never been involved in business, so I’m not familiar with business families. So...”

Although Ye Fei didn’t finish his sentence, everyone understood that he had never heard of Gu Yanping or even the Gu family. This made Gu Yanping secretly relieved while also increasing her resentment towards Ye Fei.

In fact, Gu Yanping had already planned to use the pretext of apologizing for her brother to get close to Ye Fei.

But now, it seemed unnecessary. Since Ye Fei didn’t even know who she was, her plan would naturally be easier to carry out.

But thinking about how this bastard had beaten her brother and didn’t even care, the feeling of being completely ignored was extremely unpleasant.

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, they all sat down. Ye Fei got straight to the point and said, ”Miss Gu, I heard you wanted to meet me. What’s this about?”

Gu Yanping had already prepared her excuse. Hearing Ye Fei’s question, she replied without hesitation, ”Here’s the thing. Our family’s business in Jinhai has reached its peak. To break through, we need to expand to other places. So we plan to enter the Wanghai market. Since Wanghai is Brother Ye’s territory, it’s only natural to get to know you before doing business here.”

”Miss Gu, that’s not quite right,” Ye Fei said with a smile. ”Your business is legitimate, and my Lingyun Association never interferes with such matters. So, Miss Gu, you really don’t need to do this.”

Jinhai was also within the territory of the Lingyun Association, and Gu Yanping knew Ye Fei was right. But this was just an excuse.

As long as she could get to know Ye Fei and create an opportunity, that was enough. So she also smiled and said, ”I know that, but since we’re planning to develop here, it’s always good to make more friends. How about this: I’ll treat you all to lunch today. Let’s have a meal together, Brother Ye, Sister Xiao, and Ling.”

”No need for that,” Ye Fei declined. He had just escaped his grandmother’s watchful eye and wanted to spend some quality time with his own women. Although Gu Yanping was also a one-in-a-million beauty, she couldn’t compare to his own women.

”Brother Ye, you should go. Sister Gu is very nice. It’s always good to make more friends, isn’t it?” Lin Ling persuaded, also winking at Ye Fei subtly.

Ye Fei understood what Lin Ling meant, but he was still in no mood for flirting after being caught off guard by his grandmother. However, since Lin Ling had spoken up, he couldn’t very well refuse her. So he nodded and said, ”Alright, let Miss Gu treat us today.”

”Brother Ye is too polite. Having a meal with you will definitely make our future development in Wanghai much smoother,” Gu Yanping said bluntly.

Her reputation as a ”business queen” was not for nothing. She had a keen understanding of human nature and knew that the more she said things like this, the less Ye Fei would suspect anything.
