Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 312: The Beginning of the Counterattack (1)

”Great, they actually dared to come to us,” Ye Fei sneered. ”Let me deal with them!”

”Boss, be careful,” Ye Xuan warned. She knew how ruthless those people could be.

Seeing that Ye Fei seemed intent on facing them personally, she couldnʼt help but remind him.

Ye Fei smiled faintly and said, ”Ye Xuan, donʼt worry. In Wang Hai City, they donʼt have the power to act recklessly! Youʼll see the true strength of our Lingyun Society in a moment!”

After some consideration, he finally decided on the most appropriate way to address Ye Xuan.

Ye Feiʼs seemingly reckless behavior worried the former members of the Flying Dragon Gang.

Only Fang Yuqian seemed to have great confidence in him. She waved her small fist at Ye Fei as he walked towards the door, cheering, ”Go for it, brother!”

Ye Fei turned and smiled at the little girl before walking out of the conference room and disappearing from the othersʼ sight.

Once outside, he summoned ten elite fighters he had created. He didnʼt want to reveal too much of his own strength in front of everyone.

The headquarters of the Lingyun Society was, on the surface, a large nightclub—a place that did business openly.

Although it didnʼt operate during the day, there were no guards at the entrance. Ye Fei wasnʼt surprised that these people had managed to get in. However, now that they were here, they wouldnʼt leave alive.

Exiting through the front door, Ye Fei saw two minibuses parked in the courtyard. Next to them stood about forty men in black, almost all armed with guns.

More than ten of them were holding submachine guns—truly well-equipped.

But Ye Fei didnʼt care about that. He strode up to them and asked, ”Who are you people?”

”Presumably you must be Boss Ye,” a middle-aged man wearing glasses and the only one without a gun stepped forward and asked.

Seeing Ye Fei nod, he continued, ”Donʼt worry, we have no beef with your Lingyun Society. Weʼre just here for Ye Xuan and her people. So, Boss Ye, do us a favor and hand them over. We promise to leave as soon as we get what we want!”

Although he spoke diplomatically, their true target was actually the Lingyun Society. They had already taken over the coastal area, and their next targets were Wang Hai City and Linhai.

Todayʼs visit was a deliberate provocation because they knew that, out of a sense of duty, the Lingyun Society would never hand over Ye Xuan and her people. This would give them the pretext to attack the Lingyun Society.

It had to be said that these people were extremely domineering, and while being so, they still tried to appear reasonable. However, they didnʼt know that once Ye Fei decided to be ruthless, he wouldnʼt care about being reasonable at all.

After listening to the middle-aged man, Ye Fei gave a cold smile, without even bothering to argue. He simply turned to the ten elite fighters behind him and said, ”Leave none alive.”

Before the middle-aged man could comprehend what Ye Fei meant, the ten fighters had already lunged forward like lightning, charging into the crowd as if they didnʼt see the weapons in the opponentsʼ hands.

In just a dozen seconds, the attackers didnʼt even have time to let out a scream before they met their end. Their deaths were consistent—all had their throats crushed. Since it happened so quickly, they didnʼt have time to feel fear and died relatively peacefully.

Without another word, Ye Fei turned and walked back inside. The bodies would naturally be dealt with by someone.

When he returned to the third-floor conference room, Ye Xuan and the others, who had witnessed the scene from the window, were still in shock.

Only the little girl, Fang Yuqian, seemed unfazed. She ran over to Ye Fei, grabbed his hand, and said, ”Brother, are those uncles your people? Theyʼre so amazing! Can they teach Qianqian some martial arts?”

Because the whole thing had happened so fast, the little girl didnʼt realize that the men were dead. She thought they had just been knocked out by Ye Feiʼs subordinates.

”Sure, Iʼll have them teach you later,” Ye Fei replied casually.

Hearing Ye Feiʼs agreement, the little girl didnʼt seem happy but rather disappointed. She asked again, ”Brother, if your people are so amazing, why did you go out there just now? Couldnʼt they have handled it directly?”

Ye Xuan and her people knew the little girl well.

They knew she was mischievous and was about to tease Ye Fei, but they didnʼt stop her. It was just some harmless fun, and it was clear that Ye Fei seemed to like the little girl. Letting them play around a bit was fine.

Ye Fei, unaware of the girlʼs mischievous nature, answered earnestly, ”Since they came to my place, I had to go out and meet them. Itʼs a matter of courtesy.”

”Courtesy?” The little girl nodded thoughtfully and then asked curiously, ”But why did you knock them down?”

”Because they were the enemy,” Ye Fei replied.

”If they were the enemy, why did you go out to meet them? Negotiations usually take a long time, right? How come you came back so quickly?” As expected, the seemingly innocent girl revealed her sharpness.

”Alright,” Ye Fei said with a wry smile. ”I admit it. I was just showing off.”

”Are you trying to pursue my mom?” The little girl blinked and asked, startling Ye Xuan, who felt her face turn slightly red. She realized she was actually nervous about Ye Feiʼs response, fearing he might say he was indeed interested in her, but deep down, she secretly hoped he would.

”Why do you ask?” Ye Fei smiled, feeling more certain that this little girl was a little devil, just like Yaya and Yun Chuding.

”Because many people who wanted to pursue my mom liked to show off in front of us. You just did the same,” the little girl said earnestly. ”But we didnʼt like any of those people, so my mom scared them all away with her gun.”

Ye Fei glanced at Ye Xuan with amusement, causing her face to turn even redder. As the leader of the Flying Dragon Gang, her public identity was the CEO of a company.

With her beauty, figure, and substantial wealth, she naturally had many suitors, including some who were persistent.

Tired of dealing with them, she simply used her gun to drive them away. She didnʼt expect her daughter to bring up this embarrassing story in front of Ye Fei.

”Do you also want your mom to scare me away with her gun?” Ye Fei teased the little girl.

”Of course not! But I really want you to pursue her,” the little girl said. ”I just donʼt know if my mom likes you or not.”

”I see,” Ye Fei said, pretending to be thoughtful. Suddenly, he said, ”How about I pursue you instead?”

”Why?” The little girlʼs face turned slightly red. At her age, she was just beginning to develop a vague liking for the opposite sex. Hearing such an excellent ”brother” declare his interest in her, her heart couldnʼt help but race.

Ye Fei laughed and said, ”You said it yourself, you donʼt know if your mom likes me or not. If she doesnʼt, she might scare me away with her gun. So why take that risk? Iʼll just pursue you directly. You do like me, after all.”

”I never said that!” The little girlʼs face turned even redder.

”You clearly said that you didnʼt like the people your mom scared away with her gun, but you want me to pursue her. Doesnʼt that mean you like me?” Ye Fei said triumphantly with a smile.

”But Iʼm still young. People would call you a creepy uncle,” the little girl said, lowering her head and twisting the corners of her clothes, looking shy.

”Iʼm not that much older than you,” Ye Fei pressed on. ”You said it yourself.”

”But I havenʼt developed yet. Even if you pursued me, it wouldnʼt work,” the little girl blurted out, causing everyone to be stunned by her boldness.

Ye Fei chuckled and said, ”Thatʼs okay. Iʼm very patient. Donʼt worry, Iʼll wait until youʼre fully developed.”

”Humph!” The little girl finally ran out of arguments. With a huff, she hid behind her mother, her face turning bright red.

Ye Xuan and the others found it amusing. The mischievous little girl had finally met her match.

At the same time, the fear they had felt towards Ye Fei after witnessing the massacre dissipated instantly.
