Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 253: The Girlfriendʼs Duty (1)

The sky had not yet lightened when Liu Yiru awoke from a pleasant dream. Perhaps it was due to the ”assistance” Ye Fei had provided her the night before, but she felt invigorated and refreshed.

The slight despondency that had clouded her mood the previous day, brought on by her innermost thoughts, had dissipated entirely.

Even when she recalled those thoughts now, she no longer felt the same sense of loss.

This change, she surmised, might be attributed to Ye Feiʼs actions last night, which had given her a glimpse of hope for the future.

Subconsciously, she had come to believe in the words he had spoken by the riverside.

However, Liu Yiru was now troubled by another matter.

It wasnʼt because Ye Fei, like the morning before, had wrapped his arms around her from behind and slipped his hand inside her blouse. After what had transpired the previous night, she no longer felt shy about this level of intimacy.

In fact, she rather enjoyed the comforting touch of his large hand.

The issue was more pressing: she had a strong urge to urinate.

Neither of them had stopped at a restaurant or any place with facilities the previous afternoon or evening, so she had not been able to use the restroom.

Now, upon waking, she felt the need acutely.

Additionally, she needed to change her underwear. Ye Fei, in his ”assistance” the night before, had not removed it, and it now felt sticky.

Changing her clothes was a minor concern.

After last night, she didnʼt mind if Ye Fei saw her. But she couldnʼt very well relieve herself inside the tent, could she?

The area seemed deserted, but who could say for certain that someone wouldnʼt suddenly appear, as had happened the night before?

While she didnʼt mind Ye Fei seeing her, the thought of anyone else witnessing such a moment was absolutely unacceptable.

This realization brought a blush to her cheeks. It was as if she had become his exclusive possession, a notion that, though surprising, she did not find unpleasant.

Reluctantly, she gently removed Ye Feiʼs hand from her chest and shifted her hips away from his ever-erect member. Liu Yiru slowly sat up.

”Whatʼs wrong?” Ye Fei, awakened by her movements, asked upon seeing her puzzled expression.

”I...” Although he had seen her most intimate parts the night before and had even penetrated her with his fingers, Liu Yiru still felt embarrassed to speak of such matters. She instinctively glanced downward.

Ye Fei immediately understood her dilemma and laughed, ”Why not just go outside? Itʼs so open here, and thereʼs hardly anyone around.”

”No way!” Liu Yiru shook her head vigorously.

”What if someone comes along, just like last night?”

Her words reminded Ye Fei of the couple from the previous evening. In a way, he was grateful to them; without their unexpected appearance, Liu Yiru might not have let him assist her so easily.

But thinking of this, he was even more determined not to let her go outside.

Although he could easily leap onto a tall tree to keep watch for her, he couldnʼt reveal his abilities in front of her. He thought for a moment and then said, ”How about this? You can take care of it right here.”

”Here?” Liu Yiru hesitated. ”But what if I get something on the blanket? Weʼll definitely need it once weʼre in the mountains.”

”No problem at all,” Ye Fei replied with a smile.

”Weʼre about to set off anyway. Letʼs just roll up the bedding first. Once youʼre done, we can pack up the tent.”

With that, Ye Fei dressed quickly, rolled up the bedding, and looked at Liu Yiru expectantly.

”Then why donʼt you leave already?” Liu Yiru couldnʼt possibly relieve herself with Ye Fei watching, so she blushed and urged him to leave.

Ye Fei inwardly sighed, feeling a bit disappointed, but he didnʼt insist. He took the bedding and stepped out of the tent, making sure not to linger nearby.

After placing the bedding in the trunk, he too went to the riverside to take care of his needs, not at all concerned about being seen by others.

When Liu Yiru emerged from the tent, her face slightly flushed, Ye Fei had already heated a pot of ready-made porridge using the portable electric cooker they had brought with them, along with a few packets of pickled vegetables.

After Liu Yiru brushed her teeth with mineral water and washed her face by the river, they shared a simple breakfast together.

After the meal, they rested for a while before packing up and continuing on their way. There was no need to rush, as they were already close to Changbai Mountain and would definitely arrive before nightfall.

As they traveled northward, the temperature gradually dropped.

By the afternoon, when they reached the outskirts of a small town called ”Changbai Town” at the foot of Changbai Mountain, the winter clothes they had bought before setting off were already in use.

Ye Fei couldnʼt comprehend how, in October and still within the borders of Long Country, this place could be so much colder than Wanghai City. If he were at home, people would probably still be wearing just a shirt, at most with a jacket on top.

”Shall we head up the mountain today, or stay here for the night?” Liu Yiru asked Ye Fei. She now instinctively sought his opinion on everything, as if she were no longer the mother taking care of him, but a young wife who needed his care.

Ye Fei glanced at the majestic mountain not far outside the car. The vast expanse of white was indeed very appealing to the young man who had lived in the south since birth. However, he eventually said, ”Itʼs almost evening. I think we should stay here for the night and head up the mountain tomorrow.”

”Okay,” Liu Yiru nodded compliantly and slowly drove the car into the small town, stopping in front of a modest inn. It wasnʼt that they didnʼt want to find a better place, but the town only had three inns, and this one was already the best available.

Upon entering the inn and approaching the counter to register, Ye Fei and Liu Yiru were somewhat surprised.

The inn, though unremarkable from the outside, was quite luxurious inside, and the prices were by no means low. It made sense, considering its proximity to Changbai Mountain, which was famous for its ginseng.

Although the Long Country government had banned private harvesting in recent years, it couldnʼt stop the ginseng hunters who relied on it for their livelihood. These hunters were all wealthy individuals, and the inn, in order to cater to them, naturally couldnʼt be too shabby.
