New Age Of Summoners

’He...help me….master.’

Stephen was feeling suffocated as he called his master while thinking in his head, ’It will be a humiliation for me to die by suffocation.’

For him, prestige was everything and even if had to die, it should be in a proper battle while fighting against his opponent; however, the current way of dying would completely damage his reputation.

’I already said not to mess with him. If you die, this province will be a better place.’

Soon, King Stephen heard his master’s voice in his head making him even more frustrated.

. ’Pl...please master. Th..this old lizard is going to….kill me.’

Nevertheless, he didn’t stop begging his master for his help.

’If you promise to control your greediness and anger, then I will help you. Because of those two qualities, you will be messing up my plan of conquering this entire world.’

His master scoffed as he asked King Stephen to promise him something.

’I...I promise.’

King Stephen didn’t think much because each second he wasted the longer his suffering would be. So, he promised.

’If you break the promise, I will find someone else and I will make him the Emperor of the province.’

As soon as he finished his words, a golden coloured mist appeared out of King Stephen’s body and materialised into an old man wearing golden robes.

”What? You are the Emperor Kill...”

”You speak a lot. Now, you can rest.”

Before the old man from the ’House of dragons’ could finish his words, the golden robed old man scoffed at him before summoning a golden spear and pierced into his throat.

Supppringly, the golden spear’s tip opened up like a mouth and swallowed the body before returning to its normal form.

’Cough...cough.’

As for King Stephen, he started coughing while gasping for breath.

”What was he saying? Emperor Kill?”

After adjusting his breath, King Stephen asked about the last words spoken by the old man from the ’House of dragons’.

”It’s nothing.”

As soon as he finished his words, the golden-robed old man disappeared from his place and entered King Stephen’s head before saying, ’You will forget what he said, right?’

Those words sounded cold and King Stephen knew if he said ’No’, he would be killed right now.

So, he nodded his head and said ’Yes’.

’Good. I have expended so much energy. I will be resting for the next few months. I hope you don’t mess up the things.’

Soon, he started giving orders to King Stephen regarding certain things.

’What should I do if the ’House of dragons’ contacts me about them?’

King Stephen didn’t bother with the other things much as he asked what he had to do if someone from the ’House of dragons’ contacted him.

’Regarding what?’

Stephen master acted dumb as he asked Stephen.

’About this old man?’

’Which old man?’

’....’

Hearing his master’s reply, King Stephen understood what he had to do and it was ’He had to do nothing’.

’If someone asks me about it, I will tell them that they didn’t contact me after giving them a perfect place to do their mission.’

That was the thought in King Stephen’s head to act like he didn’t know anything and the ’House of dragons’ would definitely think that something must have gone wrong during the mission.

’I wonder what made this old man become so weak.’

Earlier, King Stephen was caught off guard and that’s the only reason he had to beg his master to help him.

’My only pity is that the master’s weapon completely swallowed the old man’s body; otherwise, all his possession’s would have become mine.’

King Stephen shook his head as his greed was still out of control.

’I know you bastard is not going to change. The reason why I made his body disappear is that I know you will take his possessions because of your greed.’

Just as King Stephen thought his master had entered into his slumber, he heard his master’s curses as he continued to hear, ’If you take a single artifact from him, the ’House of dragons’ might have their own ways to find out about it. Once the ’House of dragons’ declares away your province, at that time, even I can’t help you.’

’Now, I am going for real.’

After finishing his words, his master stopped speaking and entered into his slumber.

’Che’

King Stephen became annoyed at his master’s words; however, he knew his master was being careful and he really can’t blame him.

However, when he thought about all the possessions of the old man from the ’House of Dragons’, he could not help but think of a possibility that his master must have taken those items for himself.

’Sigh’

Nevertheless, he shook his head and went back to his room.

’I need to think of a powerful royal family among the three from the Ylercester province for Daphne. I hope one of the young princes from those three royal families lke her.’

While going to his room, King Stephen thought about Daphne’s marriage.

In the starting territory of the inner section of the Cursed Wilderness.

’Finally, I am here.’

Even though he ran for thousands of kilometers, Ajax didn’t feel out of breath because of his unique cultivation.

”Master Ajax.”

All the guards on the patrol knew about Ajax as they saw him previously once. So, the moment the brown wyverns saw Ajax, they hurriedly greeted him.

”Hello there.”

With a slight smile, Ajax nodded his head as he entered the territory and without wasting any time, he directly entered the place where Darbaudr lives.

”Young master, you are here.”

As a space affinity cultivator, Darbaudr was very sensitive to the fluctuations and from a distance itself, he could tell Ajax was here. So, he hurriedly rushed to meet Ajax.

”What are you doing? Stand up?”

Darbaudr was giving him a knight’s salute. So, he helped the barbarian stand up.

”How many battle beasts do we have here?”

They casually spoke for a few minutes before Ajax asked about the battle beasts.

”Follow me, young master. I will show you.”

With a mysterious smile on his ugly face, the barbarian king asked Ajax to follow him.

”So mysterious? Haha.”

Looking at the barbarian’s actions which didn’t suit him at all, Ajax laughed as he followed without asking anything.

Soon, he was taken to a place where it was completely filled with many rank 6 spirit beasts that emitted powerful auras.

’So many.’

Ajax already had a rough estimation of how many battle beasts would have been created until now; however, he was completely shocked to see nearly double what he had estimated.

”Master, this is the place. There are a total of 97 battle beasts and only three more needed to reach 100.”

Darbaudr replied with a slight smile on his face because he knew his young master would be surprised to see so many battle beasts once.

”What happened exactly? How could you have so many battle beasts?”

Suppressing his shock, Ajax looked at the battle beasts in front of him and asked Darbaudr about it.
