New Age Of Summoners

’Ding,

The cursed energy is removed from the night serpent’s soul and body before being healed by five units of sacred astral energy.

’Ding,

The cursed energy is removed from the slayer phantom’s soul and body before being healed by five units of sacred astral energy.

’Ding,

The cursed energy is removed from the three Brass werecats’ souls and bodies before being healed by nine units of sacred astral energy.

’Ding,

The cursed energy is removed from the five grey behemoths’ souls and bodies before being healed by 12 units of sacred astral energy.

Ajax continued to get the system notifications in his head every time he cleansed the corroded spirit beasts’ souls.

However, he didn’t bother about them and continued to focus on them and within a couple of hours, he transformed all the ten corroded spirit beasts back to their normal forms.

’Ding,

Total 31 units of sacred astral energy are consumed and the storage capacity of the sacred astral space also increased by the same number of units.

’Ding,

Sacred Astral Space:- 349 units / 541 units.

’Phew’

Ajax was waiting for these two system notifications and seeing them, he heaved a sigh of relief.

’I only need 100 more Sacred Astral Energy to become the rank 2 Sacred Astral Healer, then my ’Self-healing’ skill will be upgraded along with it.’

Ajax was looking forward to gaining those 100 Sacred Astral Energy.

To become a rank 2 Sacred Astral Healer, Ajax needs to have the Sacred Astral Space of 1000 units.

As long as he spent the 349 units of his Sacred Astral Energy on something he could increase his Sacred Astral Space to 900 units. That’s the benefit of the rank 1 Sacred Astral Healer.

However, he didn’t have a single clue regarding where he would be getting those 100 units of Sacred Astral Energy.

’I don’t lack Astral Energy but Sacred Energy. I have to keep an eye on the treasures that give Sacred Energy.’

Compared to the Sacred Astral Energy, finding the Sacred Energy is easy; however, that ’Easy’ is only when compared with Sacred Astral Energy.

”Thank you for saving us. Please let us follow you in the future.”

Soon, all ten spirit beasts thanked and asked his permission to become his followers.

’These are all strong with peak rank 6 cultivation and they can be helpful for me.’

Even though a spirit beast is very ferocious, they stay loyal as long as they are saved and not mistreated.

So, Ajax didn’t have any idea to reject them.

’Ding,

Do you want to accept them as your followers?

Just as he was about to nod his head, he got the system notification.

”Yes”

Just a single reply for both the system and the 10 spirit beasts.

’Ding,

Congratulations to the host for gaining 10 spirit beast followers.

’Ding,

The host is rewarded with nothing.

’...’

’What? Do you need to send a system notification even for that?’

Ajax became speechless when he saw the last system notification and shook his head.

’Looks like these 10 spirit beasts were normal.’

Soon, Ajax guessed the reason why he didn’t get the reward even when he got the 10 followers.

Next, he observed the spirit beasts one by one starting with Grey behemoth.

There were five grey behemoths in front of him and they were around 10 meters in height. They looked like the earth elephants; however, there were no trunks; instead, their tusks were nearly touching the ground.

”Hm...you are a Slayer Phantom.”

After checking the features of the grey behemoths, Ajax looked at a black-coloured spirit beast that was completely covered by a black mist that made Ajax barely look at the spirit beast.

”Yes, master.”

The slayer phantom walked out of the black mist and it was a mantis around three meters in height and five meters in length.

Ajax looked at the sharp mantis blades before nodding his head and thought, ’No wonder you are called a Slayer.’

”Night serpent.”

Next, he looked at the huge black-coloured serpent and lightly patted its head.

Earlier, he sliced off its head and thinking about it, Ajax felt bad for it.

The night serpent didn’t say anything to Ajax; instead, it slightly closed its eyes.

”So, you three must be siblings, if I am not wrong?”

Finally, Ajax’s eyes landed on three two-meter werecats that were in brass colour with black lines on them.

The three two meters werecats looked exactly the same and there was not a single minor difference between them.

’Meow...yes, master.’

The three of them nodded at the same time before replying to Ajax.

”Interesting.”

Ajax said a single word looking at their actions.

”Any of you remember the tenth-ranked territory in the inner section of the cursed wilderness?”

After checking all 10 spirit beasts, Ajax asked them regarding the golden wyvern king’s territory.

’...’

Five grey behemoths and three brass werecats looked at the Ajax with confused looks in their eyes.

”I know about it, master.”

”I think I know about it too, master.”

However, Slayer Phantom and Night Serpent gave a positive reply; however, before replying they hesitated a little before they were not sure about it.

Because it’s been a while since they lost contact with the outside world and they didn’t know how much the outside world had changed in recent years.

So, they were not confident.

”It belongs to the golden wyvern king. Now, do you know it?”

Ajax could guess why they lack confidence. So, they mention the spirit beast king of that territory.

”Yes, master. I know it.”

Once they heard it was ruled by the golden wyvern king, both Slayer phantom and Night serpent hurriedly nodded their heads.

”Good. Go to that place and say that I sent you there. Currently, a barbarian is in charge of that territory, he will help you become stronger.”

Ajax nodded his head and asked them to go to that territory to become the battle beasts.

The thing is all 10 spirit beasts in front of him didn’t have any bloodlines.

Moreover, none of them was young spirit beasts. So, they were the right spirit beasts to become the battle beasts.

”I can guess that you hate the cursed energy and didn’t want to cultivate it. So, go to that place and become even stronger without any bloodline.”

Before they could nod their heads, Ajax had said a few more words that wanted them to rush towards that territory as soon as possible.

Since all these spirit beasts transformed back from the cursed energy, they got the natural resistance against it and at the same time, they could even use that energy to increase their cultivation.

However, all those spirit beasts hated the cursed energy for making them lose a few years in their life and if not for Ajax, they would have forever roamed in the cursed abyss like mindless creatures.

”Okay, master.”

Both the spirit beasts nodded their heads and took the lead to guide the remaining eight spirit beasts.

Soon, Ajax was the only one who was left in the cave.

’Ding,

The three demonic beasts woke up from their place.

Just as he was planning something, he got a system notification that pleasantly surprised him.
