New Age Of Summoners

’Slash’

’Kacha’

Ajax didn’t use much strength while slashing the inheritance sword at the barrier and without much surprise, the barrier started cracking and within a matter of seconds, the entire barrier shattered.

’Aargh’

’Cough’

The old man from the ’Hosue of dragons’ unconsciously stepped backwards as he groaned in pain while coughing out a mouthful of light blue-coloured blood.

’I need to escape now.’

This was the first and last thought in the old man’s head and without wasting any time, he crushed an emergency talisman.

’Swoosh’

Before Ajax could say anything, the old man disappeared from his place without any trace.

. ’This escape talismans….are really annoying.’

Seeing that the old man used an escape talisman to escape right in front of his eyes, Ajax could only curse the escape talismans.

’Ding,

In the past, the host used to praise the ’Escape talisman’ when he had to use them to escape from enemies stronger than him.

Just like always, the system, as though it was waiting for a chance to mock him, sent a system notification.

’I didn’t see that system notification.’

Ajax acted like he didn’t see the system notification and looking at the place where the old man disappeared, he thought, ’Let him run away and bring back more rewards for me...hehe.’

Even though Ajax didn’t like killing the innocent, the ’House of dragons’ is not innocent. Moreover, they were arrogant beings that think no one is their equal except for divine dragons, of course.

So, Ajax didn’t mind killing them as long as they came for him or the mutated spirit crane.

’Anyway, I have to go to the edge of the cursed wilderness to meet Captain Edmond and the Guild master.’

Soon, he stopped thinking about the ’House of dragons’ and rushed towards the outer section of the cursed wilderness.

...

In the underground palace of the royal family, the inner section of the cursed wilderness.

’Damn it...I have to go back with empty hands.’

’Also, I lost so much this time and my master will definitely not let me live.’

’But, I need to inform him about that young man.’

’I think he is definitely related to that man.’

’Or is it a coincidence that he could also summon so many elemental spirits with different elemental affinities?’

’Only people with the talent of that man could break this barrier with a cultivation of level 7 general realm.’

The old man who escaped using a high-level escape talisman appeared in the underground palace of the royal family.

Right now, his head is completely in a mess.

One part of his brain was saying that it was very risky to go back and the other part of his brain was saying that he had to say all the things he witnessed in the Zrochester province.

Moreover, he was guessing there was some connection with someone he knew and his master needed to know this at any cost.

’Let it be. If he wants to kill him, then I will die for the ’House of Dragons’; however, the Master should know about this young man at any cost.’

After calming his mind, the old man decided to go back to the ’House of Dragons’ and inform his master of everything that happened there.

More importantly, his ’guesses’ about Ajax’s origins.

’Swoosh’

With that thought in his mind, the old man rushed back to the royal palace through the same passage tunnel he and his army came in.

...

After less than an hour,

”Ajax, you are here.”

Soon, Guild master came to Ajax while riding his Livid griffin.

”Thank you for coming here on such short notice, Guild master.”

Ajax thanked the guild master for coming to meet him.

”It’s not a big deal. I am going to come to the Mercenary guild anyway.”

The guild master stored the Livid griffin in a beast storage token as he shook his head with a slight smile on his face before asking, ”So, what do you want to talk so urgently?”

”Captain Edmond is also coming here. Can you please wait, Guild master?”

Ajax asked the guild master with a forced smile.

”Sure.”

The guild master raised his brows for a second before nodding his head and while maintaining a smile on his face, he said, ”This is the first time after a long time, someone asked me to wait.”

That’s true.

Who would dare to ask the legendary mercenary king to wait for others? However, Ajax did it now, making the guild master smile a little.

He was not offended; instead, he felt Ajax liked more for treating him like an equal with others whereas almost everyone in his life bootlicked him to get their things done.

It took nearly 10 minutes before Captain Edmond appeared at their place.

”Hey, Ajax. Guild master? What are you doing here?”

Edmond didn’t expect to see the guild master here as he asked what he was doing here.

”Our mighty young master Ajax asked me to come here and he said he would tell what he wanted to tell only after your arrival. So, here I am, waiting for the great Captain Edmond to show up.”

The guild master jokingly replied to Edmond making Captain Edmond embarrassed for coming late and making others wait for him.

”Sorry. I encountered a group of Fire sword sect disciples bullying the young members from the common families. So, it took some time to discipline them.”

Captain Edmond rubbed the back of his head as he replied to Ajax and the guild master.

”Did you discipline them or kill them?”

The guild master shook his head as he asked Captain Edmond.

”Aren’t they both the same?”

Captained aked with a surprised look on his face and without doubt he didn’t deny that he killed them.

’Sigh’

Hearing that the guild master shook his head and looked at Ajax, ”Are there any more people coming here? Or are you going to tell us why we are here?”

As for Captain Edmond, he shrugged as he looked at Ajax waiting for why Ajax called them here urgently.

”By the way, Ajax, thanks for saving my sister, Edina and my brother in law, Bren.”

However, before Ajax could say anything, Edmond remembered something and hurriedly thanked Ajax before saying, ”Even though I already owe you many times, you keep on helping me. I don’t know whether I will be able to repay you in this life.”

”What? Edina is alive.”

The guild master was shocked after hearing Edmond’s words and asked about them.

’What? She turned into a cursed being and stayed with Nameless cultivator?’

Soon, he learned everything from Captain Edmond who got to know through his sister.

”It is good that she is normal.”

Finally, he nodded his head and looking at Ajax, he said, ”Every time, I think you stop giving me shocks or surprises, you are proving me wrong.”

”Haha”

Ajax could not laugh as he didn’t know what he had to say.

”Anyway, let’s come to the point now.”

Nevertheless, Ajax brought them back to the topic before saying, ”I want to destroy the Assassin sect.”
