New Age Of Summoners

’What?’

Ajax got shocked by the sudden system notification and felt a slight fear in his heart.

A high-level demon king could easily kill him and his summons. So, Ajax was frustrated at what he had to do now.

’Should I just leave this world?’

Ajax felt it was the best option.

Even though there is another option in which he had to collect the three ancient artifacts of the grey dwarf world and become the protector with 100 percent acknowledgment from all the grey dwarfs.

’Ding,

Congratulations to the host for completing the mission ’Kill the five demon kings in the grey dwarf world’.

’Ding,

The host received 200 units of Sacred Astral Energy along with a ’World transmission talisman’.

Just as he was thinking about what to do, he received a couple of system notifications informing him about the rewards for the previous mission.

’This is the reward I am waiting for.’

Seeing that reward, Ajax felt satisfied because the reason why he chose to finish this mission was because of the Sacred Astral Energy.

Even though he didn’t know the system would give him 200 units of Sacred Astral Energy because the reward was ’Random units of Sacred Astral Energy’.

’Ding,

Sacred Astral Space:- 380 units / 510 units.

’Not bad.’

He checked the total units of the Sacred Astral Energy in the Sacred Astral Space and nodded his head.

”Master, these are the three ancient artifacts of the grey dwarf world.”

While he was checking the Sacred Astral Space, the two dwarf followers brought the three artifacts and gave them to him.

’Hm’

Nodding his head, Ajax took the first artifact which was an ancient-looking sword.

’Ding,

          Item name:- Ancient protector sword.

          Grade:- High-level Legend

Effect:- As long as the protector of the grey dwarf world gains the acknowledgment of all the grey dwarves, then he would be invincible in the grey dwarf world.

Note:- If the acknowledgment decreases, the power of the protector in the grey dwarf world decreases.

’High-level legend grade sword? No wonder the effect is powerful.’

After checking the information on the sword, Ajax was surprised and overwhelmed with the effect of the sword.

’Next’

As Ajax knew he didn’t have much time, he hurriedly checked the information of the next artifact which was an ancient-looking shield.

’Ding,

          Item name:- Ancient protector shield.

          Grade:- High-level Legend

Effect:- As long as the protector of the grey dwarf world gains the acknowledgment of all the grey dwarves, then a barrier forms around the grey dwarf world that restricts the entrance of invaders without the permission of the protector.

Note:- If the acknowledgment decreases, the power of the protector in the grey dwarf world decreases.

’Sword will increase the attacking power of the protector whereas the shield will create a barrier around the world. It is nice.’

After checking the shield’s information, Ajax came to the conclusion that artifacts are good to protect the grey dwarf world.

With the help of the protector sword, the protector would be invincible only in the grey dwarf world and outside the world, it is just a low-level sword without any effects.

As for the Shield, it would only create the barrier around the grey dwarf world.

’I think the third artifact might be the one that got damaged.’

Earlier, his dwarf followers had said that one of the three artifacts was a little broken and since the first two artifacts he checked were not broken, that would only means that the last artifact was the broken one.

Soon, he picked the third artifact from Lurmer’s hand and it was a mirror that had some cracks on it.

’Ding,

Item name:- Ancient trading mirror (Broken).

          Grade:- High-level legend.

Effect:- It can be used to trade the items between the smaller worlds.

Note:- This item can only be used by the protector.

’What? A protector can trade with other smaller worlds with this mirror?’

Ajax was shocked by the information about the third artifact.

The first two artifacts could help in protecting the grey dwarf world and as for the third artifact, it could be used to develop the world.

’But from the looks of it, the previous protector pocketed everything for himself instead of developing the world.’

Finally, Ajax understood why the acknowledgment of the previous pretector dropped to 51 percent.

”Anyway, now I have to become the protector.”

Soon, he remembered the incoming high-level demon king and without any hesitation, he dropped blood on three items.

’Ding,

Binding the three ancient artifacts to the host is successful.

’Ding,

Please gain the acknowledgment of at least 50 percent of the grey dwarves in the world to become a protector.

Just as he dropped the blood, the system sent a couple of system notifications.

’System, how much time will take for the high-level demon king to enter this world?’

Since there are more than one million grey dwarves in this world, Ajax wanted to know the time for the demon king’s arrival.

Depending on the time, he would decide whether he should become the protector or not.

’Ding,

It will only take less than five minutes. So, please hurry up in convincing all the grey dwarves.

’What? Less than five minutes?’

Ajax was shocked as he started thinking about it.

’Five minutes is definitely not enough to convince all grey dwarves.’

Ajax clenched his fists and looked at his surroundings.

’Wait.’

All of a sudden, Ajax thought of something and he looked at his summons.

”Everyone, enter each and every dwarf town and inform them about the new protector.”

Even though what he was doing is slightly risky, Ajax wanted to try it out before giving up on the grey dwarf world.

As long as he survives this ordeal, not only will he get a smaller world’s world core but he could become the protector of the grey dwarf world.

So, without any hesitation, he asked all his summons to scatter in all directions to inform all the grey dwarves in this world.

”Yes, master.”

”Yes, summoning master.”

They noticed how serious Ajax was and didn’t dare to waste any time before rushing in all the directions.

”Some of you, hop on to me.”

Alder, the devourer eagle king asked some of Ajax’s summons to mount him, and using his fastest speed, he dropped each one of them in a small town.

As for convincing the grey dwarves, it would be the task of that summon.

’I hope it will work and I become a protector of this world. As long as I gain a minor realm increment in my cultivation, I can leave this world.’

Currently, Ajax was not expecting that he would get 100 percent of the acknowledgment from the grey dwarves.

As long as he gains 50 percent of the acknowledgment, it would be enough for him to become the protector and then he could complete the mission.

’As for saving this world, if I can’t get the 100 percent acknowledgment, then staying here would be a confirmed death for me.’

Ajax muttered to himself as he looked at the acknowledgment bar in front of him which started moving very slowly.
