New Age Of Summoners

’Spatial blades’

After he decided to use his rarely used skills, he chose the spatial blades as his first skill.

As soon as he thought about it in his head, a portal that was 1 meter long was opened in front of him and hundreds of wind blades came out of it and pierced through the demon servants bodies.

’Ding,

Killed a level 8 demon servant,

Gained 100 units of the essence of nature.

’Ding,

Killed a level 10 demon servant,

Gained 500 units of the essence of nature.

’Ding,

Killed a level 3 demon general,

Gained 100 units of the essence of nature.

More than 30 system notifications came to his mind.

Not only normal demon servants but mutant demon servants and even demon generals that were lurking in the demon army as they were waiting for a chance to kill Ajax, were instantly killed by a storm of spatial blades.

They didn’t even know how they died because the spatial blades were very fast and they didn’t expect Ajax to use a long-range skill all of a sudden.

’Haha...not bad not bad,’ Seeing at the destruction caused by the spatial blades, Ajax was unable to control his laughter.

’Although I didn’t get the complete 8000 units of the essence of nature I used in the spatial blades, it is worth it just for the feeling alone,’ After laughing for a moment, he enjoyed the feeling of killing more than 30 demons included mutated demon servants and demon generals in a single attack.

That’s right!

In the earlier attack he used the 8000 units of the essence of nature, which around 90 percent of his total essence of nature that his spirit consciousness could hold, to cast his spatial blades and in return, he got around 7000 units of the essence of nature.

However, he didn’t feel anything over a loss of 1000 units as he knew he could get that much of the essence of nature in less than a minute.

What he wanted now was to waste some time in the demon army and enjoy the feeling of killing the demon servants with minimum effort.

’I can use the Abyssal beast god bloodline yet and even if I can use it, I need to save it for the trial in the dimensional crevice,’ Ajax rejected the thought of using his bloodline without any hesitation.

’Cloud steps,’

’Absolute darkness’

He now used a movement technique along with skill and made all the demon servants see nightmares.

’Aargh aargh’

However, they were not as strong as the demon generals and they instantly died without any resistance.

’Ding,

Killed a level 5 demon servant,

Gained 100 units of the essence of nature.

…..

Soon, he got another series of system notifications that informed about his killings.

’Shadow clone,’

As soon as he said that his shadow came out of the ground and started killing the demon servants around.

’How nice it would be if I can summon all my elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts,’ Ajax continued to miss that feeling but he knew he could not do anything at his current strength.

’Should I use demon claw too?’

Until now, he only used the skills that Edmond and others already know about; however, he felt hesitant to use all his skills because he didn’t want to reveal all his minor trump cards to others yet.

He continued to use the expensive skills and technique to empty his spirit consciousness by half before taking out his inheritance sword to fill it again.

’Mountain splitting slash’

With his inheritance sword, he used the single move sword technique along with his level 2 sword technique.

’Slash’

’Puchi’

’Argh’

Ajax, once again immersed into his killing as he killed demons that came in front of him and filled his spirit consciousness with the essence of nature.

….

’I already thought I am overestimating him but it looks like my overestimation is still an underestimation,’ The old guild master, who was observing Ajax from the start of his fighting silently thought in his head.

Previously, he thought about Ajax that since he was a summoner, he could be among the top 20 of the young geniuses in the Zrochester province and he felt it was already an overestimation.

However, after seeing the skills like ’Spatial blades’ ’Shadow clone’ and ’Absolute darkness’, he felt he completely underestimated Ajax.

’What’s more, he even mastered level 2 in the sword dao. It seems like an attack type one which is increasing his attacking power even more,’

’Looks like he will be far stronger than Edmond when his cultivation realm increases,’ The old guild master’s expectations on Ajax had increased after seeing all his skills and techniques and compared him with Edmond.

The guild master always thought about the human race. So, if Ajax’s cultivation is increased then he would become one of the human experts to save the human race from the invasions of other races.

”Who is that kid?”

”How can he instantly kill that many demons”

”Those skills...they look like high-level ones,”

Not only the old guild master but all the other mercenaries were shocked by the battle prowess, skills and techniques of Ajax.

”Haha...Ajax is getting famous once again,” Edmond also observed Ajax from time to time and when he saw how Ajax became the talk of all the mercenaries, he laughed out loudly.

The first between the humans and the demons continued for an hour before Ajax got that system notification.

’Ding,

Stop storing the essence of nature in the spirit consciousness anymore.

’Finally filled the spirit consciousness for the third time,’

It took nearly one hour for Ajax to empty his spirit consciousness and fill it three times.

”Damn it. How many demons are there in this second batch of the demon army? The more we kill, the more seemed to come,”

After one hour of fighting, the Ajax, Rulf and mercenaries killed more than 1000 demons, but he still saw more than 1500 demons in the demon army.

By now, almost all the mercenaries were exhausted.

However, Ajax didn’t have any worry that the demons would cross the cursed wilderness because behind their backs, the legendary mercenary was watching them.

Moreover, by now, the matter of demons invading the Zrochester province must have reached the top three sects and the five great families. So, they could be here anytime now.

”Anyway, I have to complete the mission now,” Ajax looked at his surroundings for a moment and got an idea to get away from him.

’Since almost everyone seemed exhausted for one hour of fighting with the demons, I can say that I am exhausted and go away from here...haha,’ Ajax smiled as he thought about the plan and moved away from the demon army.

He didn’t waste any time and informed Edmond as he was the Captain of their mercenary squad.

”Ok...move away to a safe distance and take rest,” Edmond agreed with Ajax and asked him to take rest; however at the same time, he said something about Ajax with a serious look on his face, ”By the way, the way you are fighting has completely changed and now there is an excited look on your face when you kill the demons.”
