New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 746: Generous Bonus Mission

Not only the Hammergust family, but the disciples of other great families and sects were able to form into teams; however, they were not as lucky as the Hammergust family because they were able to meet only half or more than half of their fellow disciples.

Just like Ajax expected, the one who truly suffered a lot was the participants from the low-level families.

Participants for low-level families thought of joining together to fight against the disciples from the powerful families; however, the strongest disciples from the top powers had already broken through to the elite general realm with the help of resources from their backers from other provinces.

As for the other disciples from the top powers, they also had high cultivations of level 5 general realm and above.

So, whenever a participant from the low-level family or group formed by those families encountered the disciples from the top powers, they were forced to use their talisman to escape death in their hands.

Among the 100 participants, 70 percent of the spots were filled with the disciples from top powers and 16 spots are filled by Ajax and the personal disciples of the vagrant cultivators. As for the spots, they belonged to low-level families or disciples of the rogue cultivators.

.....

The disciples from the top powers had another goal other than killing the bronze demons. That is, they have to kill the personal disciples of the vagrant cultivators.

Six vagrant cultivators are able to disrupt their plans and if their 15 disciples were able to reach the same realm as their master, they have the power to destroy them.

Actually, these orders came from their backers, and if possible they have to the disciples from other powers also.

If they can complete the mission, these powers are going to get some good rewards from their backers. So, this champions contest is very important for them.

....

ʼWhy am I the only one who needs to guard?ʼ

The weakest participant from the Hammergust family was a little dissatisfied with his young master.

Even though he was the weak one among the Hammergust family participants, he had a cultivation of level 3 general realm.

Nevertheless, he found a secure place from the place where a large number of bronze demons were sleeping.

I hope, he will allow me to kill bronze demons from this batch,ʼ

Except for hoping, the lanky young man could not do anything as he waited for his young master and others to come.ʼ

ʼHuh?ʼ

After 10 minutes, he saw a young man running towards the bronze demons.

ʼIsnʼt he Ajax?ʼ

Itʼs been a few months since he had last seen Ajax and he scoffed at Ajax because compared to Ajax, he had progressed a lot in his cultivation.

ʼOnly at level 9 elite commander realm and dare to venture alone...I will kill him and Luis will definitely reward me something good,ʼ

It was not a secret that Luis didnʼt like Ajax. Moreover, if he didnʼt stop Ajax, he would be killed by bronze demons. So, he decided to kill Ajax with his own hands before he could reach the distant bronze demons.

”Swoosh”

ʼDamn it...where are the bronze demons? At this rate, I will not even enter the top 50,ʼ

Ajax was pissed because, for the last ten minutes, he didnʼt find a single bronze demon.

Even though he had seen some groups formed by the low-level families and others, he didnʼt bother to fight them because killing them wonʼt give him any extra reward.

Moreover, they didnʼt show any hostility towards him.

”Ajax, nice to meet you, once again”

”Slash”

The lanky young man slashed his sword at Ajax as he greeted him with a wide smile on his face.

However, his face froze when he saw that Ajax dodged his attack without any difficulty.

ʼHuh? Where did I see you?ʼ

As for Ajax, he was already pissed at not finding any bronze demons and all of sudden a lanky young man tried to sneak attack him.

However, hearing his words, Ajax felt like he somehow knew this young man.

”Who dares to disturb my sleep?”

All of a sudden, a loud voice resounded in the surroundings making Ajax excited whereas the lanky young man became anxious.

”Go and kill those invaders.”

Once again, the same voice repeated, and all of a sudden, from the distance many bronze demons of various sizes started rushing at them.

”I donʼt need to know where I have seen you...Happy journey to hell,”

Ajax casually summoned the inheritance sword and sliced off the head of the lanky young man before rushing towards the incoming bronze demons with an excited look on his face.

Since he had already found thousands of bronze demons, why would he waste his time with the lanky young man whom he had seen somewhere in the past?

As for the lanky young man, he never thought that Ajax would kill him in a second. He didnʼt even have the time to mutter ʼEscapeʼ.

From the moment he heard the angry shout of the bronze demon, the lanky young manʼs only thought was to run away from the place and if he could not outrun the bronze demons, he could escape with the help of the talisman given by the protector Olek.

ʼLetʼs start the killing,ʼ

ʼSpatial bladesʼ

ʼSwooshʼ ʼSwooshʼ

ʼPuchi puchiʼ

Ajax rushed towards them using the lightning cloud stepsʼ second effect and when he was around 100 meters away from the incoming bronze demons, he used the ʼSpatial bladesʼ by consuming 1000 units of the essence of nature.

Since all the bronze demons were only either one meter or two meters, he didnʼt bother to spend more units of the essence of nature.

ʼDing,

Bonus mission special effect is activated.

ʼDing,

The essence of nature gained by killing the bronze demons is doubled.

ʼDing,

Killed 100 one-meter bronze demons.

Gained 100 x 100 units of the essence of nature.

Note:- At the hostʼs current strength one-meter bronze demons gives only 50 units of the essence of nature.

ʼDing,

Detected the hostʼs spirit consciousness canʼt receive the 10000 units of the essence of nature at once.

ʼDing,

Please depleted the existing units of the essence of nature to receive the essence of nature gained by killing 100 bronze demons.

All of a sudden, a long series of system notifications rang in his head that gave him one surprise after another.

With the help of spatial blades, he was able to clear 3 rows of the incoming bronze demons.

What shocked him the most was the essence of nature he gained from killing the bronze demons. He had only spent 1000 units of the essence of nature; however, he got 10000 units of the essence of nature in return.

ʼLooks like this bonus mission is really good than I expected,ʼ

Ajax already felt this mission was very good; however, after seeing the essence of nature he was getting from killing these low-level demons, his expectations about this special mission had increased.

ʼLooks like Spatial blades is a good skill to gain more essence of nature...Haha.ʼ

Ajax started laughing and continued to think, ʼI wonder how much essence of nature that bronze demon will give.ʼ
