Apocalypse Descent: Farming with My Harem

Chapter 151 - 115: Trading Again and a Great Harvest!_2

…

The flood of trading prompts gradually stopped.

Cao Xing nodded with satisfaction, “This harvest was pretty good, I received a large amount of Ice Glacier Slivers and Ice Dragon Marks again.”

He glanced at his stockpile of these two materials.

[Ice Glacier Sliver] *10432

[Ice Dragon Mark] *21971

“Great, with so many materials, I should be able to trade for quite a few good things.”

“However, through these two trades, I don’t have much meat left that adds attributes. I’ll see if I can go out hunting tomorrow and bring back some meat.”

“The salmon from Snow Fall Lake is good, but unfortunately, it requires special bait to catch.”

Shaking his head, Cao Xing put these thoughts aside and continued listing items.

The upcoming trade was the main event.

[Auction Items: Frost Bomb Rabbit Meat (Blue), Snowy Blizzard Bear Meat (Blue)]

[Inventory Reserve: 100 pieces each]

[Required Items: Skill Books, Territory Construction Blueprints, Magic Plants.]

[Seller’s Note: Two types of blue quality meat are needed for various Magic Plant seeds, construction blueprints, etc. You can send item information to me for price evaluation.]

[Auction Person: Cao Xing]

The blue quality beast meat indeed attracted considerable attention in the chat channel again.

However, this time, Cao Xing didn’t receive many valuable items.

This was because the other survivors did have a lot of blueprints, but most were duplicates.

The quality of items held by those players wasn’t high either.

Moreover, through the previous trades, Cao Xing had almost collected all the basic skills of the Frost Mage and Aurora Knight.

Given the current players’ abilities, they couldn’t acquire more advanced skills.

Cao Xing pondered, “It seems I’ll have to wait for the market to mature. Once players have developed for a while and have new items, I’ll reap the benefits.”

Thinking of this, Cao Xing canceled the auction listing for the blue beast meat.

Even so, he did receive a few decent items this time,

Specifically:

[Basic Frost Arrow Tower Construction Blueprints]

[Basic Spikes Obstacle Construction Blueprints]

[Heroic Longbow Production Blueprints (Green)]

[Beast Bone Light Armor Production Blueprints (Green)]

These items, combined, cost him 30 pieces of blue beast meat, which was quite a bargain.

As for the [Mechanical Factory Construction Drawings] and [Moses Grass Seeds] he wanted, he didn’t receive them.

Cao Xing followed his usual practice and checked the attributes of the newly acquired items.

[Basic Frost Arrow Tower Blueprints,]

[Attack Power: 225~237 (30% chance to slow enemies by 30% for 5 seconds when attacking)]

[Attack Interval: 1 time/3 seconds]

[Maximum Range: 700 meters]

[Armor: 20 points]

[Durability Value: 2000/4000]

[Occupies: 15 square meters]

[Construction Height: 14 meters]

[Construction Time: 6 hours 11 minutes.]

[Required for Construction: Wood *1000, Stone *500, Iron *120, Ice Crystal Stone *50, Mithril *20]

(Blueprint Introduction: Have you played Plants vs. Zombies? I think you should understand the importance of the Frost Ice Archer, right?)

…

“Not bad, both the attack power and range are slightly higher than the Elemental Arrow Tower, and it also comes with a slow effect.”

“With this tower here, triggering a slow motion once can allow for a few more rounds of output before the monsters reach the base of the city walls.”

Cao Xing nodded with satisfaction, then began to check the second blueprint.

[Basic Spikes Obstacle Construction Blueprints]

[Building Effect: Blocks the enemy’s path and inflicts piercing damage on nearby enemies.]

[Attack Power: 175~188]

[Armor: 20]

[Durability Value: 800]

[Occupies: 3 meters wide * 1 meter high]

[Construction Material Required: Wood *30, Iron *5]

[Construction Time: 2 hours 44 minutes]

(A simple spike obstacle, but it can cause considerable trouble for the enemy.)

…

“Not bad, this is also a good item for guarding the territory.”

Cao Xing continued to check.

[Heroic Longbow Production Blueprints (Green): Using this blueprint to craft a heroic longbow of level 10.]

[Required Production Conditions: Level 2 Blacksmith Shop, Iron *10, Ice Crystal Stone *5, Beast Tendon *1.]

…

[Beast Bone Light Armor Production Blueprints (Green): Using this blueprint to make level 10 Beast Bone Light Armor.]

[Required for Crafting: Level 2 Blacksmith Shop, any Beast Bone (Green) *15, Elemental Crystal *5]

(Note: During the newbie protection period, regular subjects can be assigned to work in the Blacksmith Shop. After the protection period ends, personnel with forging skills are required for the Blacksmith Shop to operate.)

…

Clearly, these two pieces of equipment were a set.

Cao Xing was delighted, “Great, now the newly trained archers will have both weapons and armor.”

“However, I also need to find a way to recruit a couple of blacksmith talents here.”

Cao Xing learned from all four blueprints.

Then, he found the last new item in his hands.

[Book: Foreman Balin’s Diary]

[Item Attribute: After reading, can increase power by +4.]

[Time Required for Reading: 6 hours 20 minutes (can be accumulated)]

[Click to read.]

“Another book, not bad.”

“When the collected books exceed 100, I should build a library so that the subjects can absorb more knowledge in their leisure time.”

At this point, the transaction was almost complete.

At this time, the subject Dahua approached and said softly, “Lord, dinner is ready.”

“Today, there is freshly baked bread, steamed rice, and meat soup made from bear bone and bear meat.”

“The two Silver Salmon you ordered are also done.”

Cao Xing nodded and looked toward the cafeteria area.

Today, the cafeteria was upgraded to level 2, expanding its area from the original seventy or eighty square meters to over two hundred square meters.
