Radiant Dragon’s Otherworldly Reincarnation

Chapter 329. Kill the Sword Saint (1)

The battle was truly fierce.

A fierce fight was taking place on the ground and in the sky, and the forces of both sides were in a tense confrontation.

But as time passed, the scale began to slowly but surely tip to one side.

“Kwoooooooar!”

Huge demonic beasts and demons of hell, sporadically summoned here and there on the battlefield.

The black mages’ summoned creatures were increasing one by one.

Of course, the allied forces tried to respond each time.

“Clerics! What are the clerics doing?”

“Send them back quickly!”

The holy power of the clerics who govern the axis of order can forcibly banish the summoned creatures that have crawled up from hell from the middle realm.

In the beginning, they had certainly responded that way.

But the problem was that as time went on, it became harder to withstand the sheer volume of summons from the black mages.

The reason was clear.

“Damn it, if only the Paladins hadn’t taken such a heavy hit in the beginning….”

Oiros Ryan, one of the paladins boasted by the Holy Theocracy, ground his teeth.

He, who had turned his whole body into steel to fight the Red Knights, occasionally used his holy power to neutralize the summoned creatures and undead summoned by the black mages.

But that too was reaching its limit.

The power of God was infinite, but his own mind and soul that used that infinite power were not.

If he, a paladin, was like this, how much worse would it be for others?

Looking around, countless paladins and monks were already gasping for breath.

The problem was indeed that they had taken too many hits against the Red Knights at the beginning.

And as the demonic beasts and demons of hell began to trample the ordinary soldiers in earnest, the damage to their allies increased exponentially.

“Damn it, block them. Block them, I say!”

“Graus Knightly Order, charge!”

“We’re going too!”

The knights of the allied forces also fought with all their might.

In particular, the performance of the Double Dragon Knightly Order of the Schneider Duchy was impressive.

The knights, all of whom had reached the 4th Star or higher, fought against the demons, unleashing aura from their twin swords.

If it weren’t for them, the front line would have collapsed much faster.

“Father, we will go too.”

The man who called Grand Duke Schneider ‘father’ and requested to be sent into battle was a large orc with green skin and red tattoos on his body.

Tutan, the great warrior of the Red Rock Tribe.

He was Patrick’s sworn brother, and because of that, he had naturally started calling Grand Duke Schneider ‘father’ at some point.

He and the 50,000 Orc warriors who followed him were a powerful force, but Grand Duke Schneider had held them back.

The reason was….

“This is a war of humans. I am grateful for your desire to help, but….”

“We did not come here just to watch. Please let us go.”

“You could die.”

“A warrior does not fear death.”

At Tutan’s firm words, Grand Duke Schneider squeezed his eyes shut.

He had asked for help and brought them here, but if possible, he did not want to shed their blood on a human battlefield.

What reason was there for these simple people to shed blood in the struggles of humans?

So Grand Duke Schneider had held back the Orcs and Elves, even while receiving glares and pressure from the other allied forces.

However….

‘If the tide of battle continues like this, the allied forces will lose.’

That meant a victory for the black mages.

It was a situation where the middle realm could turn into hell.

At that moment….

“Warriors of the forest! Advance for our neighbors and for justice!”

The voice of Kirioth, the king and warrior of the Elves, was heard as he raised his spear high.

At that, the 1,000 Elven warriors who followed him leaped towards the battlefield.

“Th… th-th…”

Grand Duke Schneider was at a loss for words.

He had not expected the Elves to act so rashly while even the Orcs were holding back.

And Tutan….

“Father. When my brother comes, please tell him that Tutan died fighting as a warrior.”

He could not hold back any longer.

If he, of a warrior tribe, were to hold back even after the Elves, it was a matter of pride.

“Warriors of the great Orc tribe! Let’s goooo!”

“Uwoooooooooooar!”

“Uwoooooooooooar!”

It was a battle howl that echoed thunderously across the battlefield.

Simultaneously, a red light flashed in the eyes of all the Orcs, and the Force dormant within them began to resonate.

Unlike the aura wielded by the dependents of Yupinel, the Force wielded by the subordinates of Kalaron is much rougher and more destructive.

Above all, the frightening thing about the Orcs was….

“Wooooooar!”

“Get out of the waaaaay!”

That they display terrifying destructive power when they are grouped together.

The destructive power shown by the Orc warriors, whose Force resonated with each other due to their heightened fighting spirit, was truly terrifying.

The moment the Orc warriors were deployed to the battlefield, the battle line of the Yusef Kingdom’s army was greatly shaken and shattered.

For the allied forces, who were being pushed back overall, it was a welcome development that gave them breathing room for the first time in a while.

What was particularly noticeable was the giant Orc warrior fighting at the very front.

“Uwoooooooar!”

The performance of that Orc warrior, who was emitting a red Force from his whole body and fighting by madly swinging a giant stone sword larger than his own body, was truly impressive even for the other knights to see.

“No way.”

“What kind of orc….”

“Can an orc become that strong?”

Orcs are a race that adapts sensitively to their environment.

It was natural that the combat power of Orcs who fiercely survived in the Great Forest and Orcs who lived in relatively peaceful areas would be different.

Moreover, Tutan was an orc who had lived fiercely, never having had a comfortable life since being chosen as someone’s sworn brother.

To block him, two Red Knights charged, swinging their Aura Blades.

“Huk? It’s dangerous!”

“Dodge!”

The allied knights were startled at the sight and shouted.

If that warrior who seemed to be the leader of the Orcs were to die, wouldn’t the morale of the Orcs, which had just risen, fall?

So he should retreat to the rear….

“Get lost!”

POW!

One shot, two kills.

With a single rough swing of Tutan’s stone sword, the two Red Knights were sent flying far away and crashed.

At that sight, the allied knights’ jaws dropped.

The Red Knights summoned by the black mages had definitely used Aura Blades.

In other words, they were powerful individuals who had reached the ultimate realm.

And that Orc warrior had sent two such powerful individuals flying as if tossing away pillows.

“H…. How could he do that?”

“No way.”

A situation that was unbelievable even for his allies.

But this was definitely a welcome development.

“Uwoooooooooooooooooooooooar!!!!”

Tutan’s roar, elated by victory, set fire to the souls of the Orc warriors.

“Wooooooar!”

“Wooooooar!”

No, it wasn’t just the Orcs.

“Damn it! I’m going too!”

“Damn, it’s a good day to die!”

“Uwaaaaaaaah!”

That was a cry that set a man’s heart on fire.

* * *

“Fire!”

“Seize air superiority!”

While the Orc warriors were changing the tide of the ground battle, the Elves were highly active in the sky.

They used spirits and archery to attack the black mages in the sky and support their allies.

In particular, the performance of the Elven Knights, including Elione, was dazzling.

Wearing the vine rings Patrick had made for them, they summoned high-level spirits to attack the black mages.

Although not as antagonistic as holy power, the power of spirits was also quite an unpleasant energy for the black mages.

“Kugh…, those pointy-ears….”

“The World Tree is dead, so how are they summoning spirits?”

“Damn them….”

As the casualties among the black mages grew, displeasure appeared on the face of Greed, who was in overall command of the battlefield.

In any case, victory or defeat in this war was not important.

The only purpose was to drench the earth with as much blood as possible for the moment of the Falling Sun.

However….

‘How dare these vermin harm our comrades?’

The deaths of the black mages who were struck by the Elves’ spirits and arrows and fell to the ground had a different meaning for Greed.

And it seemed the same for his other comrades.

“Greed, are you just going to stand by?”

“Play your next card, or let’s retreat for now.”

At the words of his comrades Las and Envy, Greed’s expression hardened with resolve.

“No matter how much of a game this is, we cannot lose to these vermin. We are the ones who will become the kings of the new world.”

“Kukuku…. That’s right. That’s how it should be.”

“Alright. Then shall we do it?”

It seemed they really did have a next move.

As Envy and Las approached Greed, Greed took out a black crystal ball from his pocket.

Raising the crystal ball, which was emitting a demonic energy far more sinister than what he himself was emitting, high, he said.

‘Good grief, how did I end up in this situation….’

Not just the Double Dragon, but the Hegemon King was also amazing.

He felt both envious and sorry for his grandson who had to live in the same era as these young people.

‘No, is it not the Hegemon King? This man is already finished.’

Although he didn’t know who would win or lose this duel, even if he were to lose, there was no future for this Hegemon King.

As a fellow swordsman, although on the enemy’s side, the Imperial Sword Saint couldn’t help but feel sorry.

However….

“Hmm?!”

The Imperial Sword Saint urgently moved his body back and swung his sword towards the sky.

Even though the Hegemon King was right in front of him.

The threat coming from above his head now was so fatal that he had to respond to it first, even ignoring the formidable enemy in front of him.

At least, that’s how he felt.

SHIIIIIIK!

His sharply flying sword collided with the sword swung by the unknown enemy.

TONG!

And a sound he had never heard before in his life was made.

What? It wasn’t the sound of swords clashing.

Even though it was an attack carrying the Imperial Sword Saint’s Aura Blade, a sound like hitting a hollow log echoed.

The Imperial Sword Saint, flustered by this unprecedented experience.

He tried to create distance, but was flustered again.

The opponent’s sword was stuck to his own and following him.

He momentarily pushed and pulled, moving his sword quickly, but the opponent’s movements were so exquisite that he couldn’t shake it off.

And the opponent, who had caught his sword with the tip of his own, closed the distance with the Imperial Sword Saint and brought his palm to the Imperial Sword Saint’s heart.

“Kugh?!”

A hurried sound came from the Imperial Sword Saint’s mouth.

This was….

POW!

……CRASH!

With a terrifying sound of tearing air, the Imperial Sword Saint’s body was sent flying backward and crashed.

“Your Grace!”

“Noooo!”

The knights of the Empire were terrified.

It was natural, as an unknown swordsman had suddenly appeared and sent the Imperial Sword Saint flying with a single blow.

“You baaaastard!”

One of them charged at the unknown enemy with a blow full of anger.

His momentum and discipline were both extraordinary.

He was also a 7-Star knight, so it was natural.

However….

Slice!

He couldn’t see it.

He could only feel it.

The chilling sensation that something had cut through his body in an instant.

“H… how….”

With a face full of more questions than anger, he collapsed to the ground.

At the sight of him, dead with his waist split open, the other knights of the Empire were horrified.

“He took down Roberto in one blow?”

“Crazy…. What is that? That monster?”

Roberto who had just fallen was a man who ranked quite high among the 7-Star knights of the Empire.

Even the Imperial Sword Saint had evaluated him as having the potential for the 8th Star.

He was a true powerhouse who had proven his strength by already defeating three Red Knights on this battlefield.

And he was no match for this opponent.

At this overwhelming sight, the other knights of the Empire stopped in their tracks and hesitated.

The all too great difference in skill instilled fear in them rather than a desire for revenge.

Fortunately….

“Cough…. Do not step forward.”

It was not that they were without hope yet.

The Imperial Sword Saint, who had been sent flying far away, vomited blood and got up.

He spoke, his eyes still not having lost their fighting spirit.

“Experience is important, after all.”
