My Apocalypse System Arrives 10 Years Early

Chapter 562: Chapter 351: Entrusting Sorrow to the Starry Sea

The core articles of the ”Dawn Era Survival Strategy Outline,” drafted by Li Xiang and Jiang Cai’Er, are as follows:

1. The Deep Dive Plan

Mandatory Hibernation Order: All Underground Cities are to execute the ”Shadow Agreement,” shutting down all non-essential energy consumption (e.g., landscape lighting, entertainment facilities) and maintaining only basic life support systems.

Information Control: All external electromagnetic signal transmissions are strictly prohibited. All radar/drone reconnaissance must be quantum-encrypted to avoid exposing the coordinates of the Underground Cities.

This ”quantum encryption” technology was actually achieved as early as March 2025. It is a series of encryption techniques that use quantum principles for key generation, plaintext obfuscation and encryption, ciphertext decryption, secure communication, and anti-eavesdropping measures.

In March 2025, a research team composed of units such as the University of Science and Technology of China, the Jinan Quantum Technology Research Institute, the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Micro-Satellite Innovation Institute collaborated with a research team from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Together, they established a quantum key between China and South Africa over a distance of more than 12,900 kilometers, successfully achieving ”one-time pad” encryption and transmission of image data.

And Jiang Cai’Er was a top expert in this very field.

2. The Civilization’s Spark Project

Extraordinary Particle Enrichment Chambers: Establish a ”Spiritual Energy Matrix” in each major city. These will collect Extraordinary Particles from the surface via Crystal Gold Pipes, increasing the concentration to 300 times that of the surface level, allowing the entire populace to accelerate their Cultivation.

Encourage Cultivation of ”Li’s Breathing Method”: Establish a ”Breathing Technique Level Examination.” Those who reach Tier One will receive increased food rations, motivating the lower-class populace to strive forward.

3. The Hive Defense System

Fusing the Underground Transport Network: Emergency passages between main and satellite cities will be preserved. All other railways will be permanently sealed by being filled with fast-setting Crystal Gold to prevent infiltration by Exotic Beasts.

Closed-Loop Ecosystem Verification: Every Underground City must pass a ”Millennial Self-Sustaining” stress test (water/air/food regeneration rate ≥99.7%).

4. Preparations for the Divine King Hunt

Saint Tier Special Operations Team: Select Extraordinary Beings from around the world who are under 30 years old and at or above Tier Fifteen to undergo ”Godslayer” special training.

Meanwhile, Li Xiang would also closely monitor the progress of the Divine King Realm Exotic Beasts in their fight for Earth’s core.

Once this grand strategy was announced, netizens from every country naturally began to debate it fiercely.

Within China, it went without saying that the plan would be strictly enforced. As for other countries, they would also largely cooperate. This was because a series of supplementary clauses backed the grand strategy. For example, if a city failed to implement the plan, its examinations for advanced Breathing Techniques would be suspended. This meant that the city would no longer have easy access to advanced Breathing Techniques and Body Techniques.

Furthermore, failing to implement the plan would be considered an automatic withdrawal from the Global Anti-Exotic Beast Alliance. In the future, should they face danger, Li Xiang would not provide any support.

And so on.

Therefore, implementing the strategy was unlikely to face any major issues.

As for Jiang Cai’Er, she would secretly extend her ”tentacles” into every Underground City. This was not something to be mentioned openly, and no one would know about it, except for Li Xiang.

Li Xiang suddenly felt immense pressure and quickly took some time to visit Chiba Yuki and Erin to give them secret instructions. The best method was to have no surveillance or any networked devices in their residences.

In a relatively remote room in her Shelter, Chiba Yuki had set up a special ”home internet cafe.” The environment was very warm and comfortable. Mmm, from now on, they could only get online here. Moreover, there were no cameras or microphones whatsoever.

Erin shot Li Xiang a look, but she did as he said.

Her cousin was speechless... and silently cursed Li Xiang several more times.

With his speed of Mach 80, Li Xiang could cover over 16,000 kilometers in 10 minutes. The trip to Mount Fuji was a familiar one and took just 2 minutes. Getting to Erin’s old castle took only five or six minutes. A normal person might take longer than that just to go out and buy a pack of cigarettes.

In reality, Chiba Yuki’s and Erin’s Shelters were private domains, existing outside of government control, and were not members of the Anti-Exotic Beast Alliance.

On Chinese Social Media:

@SlowGrindFTW: ”Isn’t this just the Black Domain plan from ’Three-Body’ plus the Saturation Rescue from ’The Wandering Earth’? I suggest adding a ’Hunker Down, Grind, and Pull Gacha’ clause. Hold a server-wide Exotic Beast hunting competition every ten years with Saint Tier equipment as rewards.”

@SichuanBanditOldLi4: ”This damn strategy is too conservative! I’m applying to form a ’Hot Pot Suicide Squad’ to go wage guerilla warfare on the surface!”

Heated Discussions on Reddit

u/SurvivalistTom: ”I oppose special privileges for Extraordinary Beings! Why should they get more food rations? #HumanRightsCouncilComplaintFiled”

A reply below read: ”Extraordinary Beings are the ones who will have to go out and fight. How can they have any strength if they don’t eat their fill?”

”Exactly. Or why don’t you be the one to charge to the front lines when the Exotic Beasts invade the base?”

”If you want more resources, then work hard on your Cultivation. In the future, Extraordinary Beings won’t just have food privileges; they’ll probably have many others. Strength determines everything. If you really become a Saint Tier, are you still going to live a miserable life like those at the bottom?”

”Look at Li Sheng, the number one person in the world. His word is law. Are you going to make him eat the same food and live in the same house as you?”

r/NoFap community: ”Will the Extraordinary Particle Enrichment Chambers increase... that kind of desire? Suggest adding a ’Sage Mode’ filter function to prevent teenagers from going astray.”

”What? There’s a benefit like that? Then I definitely have to try it!”

Indian Forums

Sanskrit Scholar @Vishnu: ”The Breathing Technique Level Examination should have Caste-based quotas! On what grounds should the Shudra compete with the Brahma for Cultivation resources? The Shiva God will bring down his wrath upon the egalitarians!”

Mumbai Programmer @Dev_Patel: ”I suggest developing ’Curry-Flavored Extraordinary Particles.’ Data from the Ganges River indicates that localized adaptation could increase efficiency by 47%.”

African Tribal Networks

Chief @Mbaku: ”The White Paper doesn’t take into account the need for voodoo rituals! We demand that every African Underground City be equipped with an ’Ancestor Communication Chamber,’ or else we will summon lizardmen to join the war.”
