The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 1947: Chapter 1947: Not Difficult to Treat (8)

Yang Ruxin glanced at Zheng Xianrou, walked over, and sat down: ”If you don’t even have this much patience, then Miss Zheng, you’d better not seek medical help, just go back.”

”You...” Zheng Xianrou’s face stiffened for a moment, but since she had a bonnet covering her face, others couldn’t see it. However, she wasn’t really reckless; she was just in a bad mood because she was ill, so she couldn’t control herself. Now she suppressed her irritability, ”Are you Yang Ruxin?”

”Or you could call me Madam Ruyi.”

”Can you cure me... this old lady?”

”Then what are you here for?” Yang Ruxin’s mouth twitched. This girl was too aggressive, she even called herself ’old lady’?

”I’m sorry, just now I was... I was being reckless. I apologize to you.” Zheng Xianrou suddenly cupped her hands in a fist salute and then bowed.

Yang Ruxin was a bit taken aback. She initially thought this was a spoiled young lady, but now it seems... her character is quite good, so she nodded: ”I forgive you.”

”Really?” Zheng Xianrou immediately looked up with delight, ”Then can you treat my illness?” Saying that, she pulled off her bonnet.

The rashes started from her feet and slowly spread upwards. When not active, it was fine, but once it flared up, it would be extremely itchy, and at this moment, they had started appearing on Zheng Xianrou’s face.

Yang Ruxin glanced briefly and nodded: ”Not difficult to treat, but my consultation fees are very expensive, and the medicine isn’t cheap...”

”As long as I can be cured, my dad said he’d sell everything to do it.” Zheng Xianrou laughed upon hearing this, ”I’m his only daughter, and he’s counting on me to bring home a son-in-law to support him in his old age.”

Yang Ruxin’s mouth twitched again: ”I doubt it will come to that; my consultation fees aren’t expensive enough to make a third-rank General sell everything...”

”I was just saying.”

”Consultation fee is five hundred taels, one medicine pill is one thousand taels. In your case... probably two pills would completely cure you, but it needs to be confirmed after taking your pulse...”

”You scared me, I thought it would be more expensive.” Zheng Xianrou let out a breath, then turned to her maid, pulling out a handful of silver notes from her arms, ”This is three thousand taels, it’s all yours, hurry up and cure me, damn it, when this thing itches, this old lady feels like banging my head against the wall to end it...” Suddenly realizing something, she showed a shy smile, ”Don’t think I’m rude, I grew up in the military camp, people there speak very casually...”

Yang Ruxin laughed: ”My husband’s also in the military, and I’ve stayed in the camp before. I don’t mind.” Saying this, she gestured for the other to place her wrist on the pulse pillow.

Zheng Xianrou hurriedly extended her wrist: ”That’s great then.”

”I’m just a country girl, not that particular.” Yang Ruxin placed her fingers on the pulse, ”You can be as comfortable as you want, but now I need you to be quiet.”

Zheng Xianrou kept quiet.

Soon, Yang Ruxin withdrew her fingers and pulled out a bottle from her chest, dripping two drops of clear liquid into half a cup of warm water: ”Drink it.”

Zheng Xianrou drank it in one go.

”Your condition is lighter than I had imagined.” Yang Ruxin handed over another bottle, ”So, after you wake up tomorrow morning, just take one pill and it’ll be fine, but these days you need to drink more water and visit the latrine frequently to speed up the expulsion of toxins...” Then she returned half of the silver notes, ”You can leave now.”
