The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 1516: Chapter 1516: Liu Amei (4)

The old wooden door was still in place, but with a single kick, it was brought down along with the frame. The loud noise frightened everyone inside.

”Who’s there?” A man staggered out, and when he saw it was Yang Ruxin, he seemed to think he was seeing things. He quickly shook his head, ”You...”

Yang Ruxin ignored him and entered the house directly. She saw a half-naked woman curled up in a corner of the room, her body, once healed by her, now scarred again.

”Liu Amei?” Yang Ruxin held back her empathy for the girl, who was one of the four comatose girls from the Ji Residence. It was said she had just gotten married half a year before when the Yuan army invaded.

”Ruxin sister?” Liu Amei lifted her disheveled head, and when she clearly made out it was Yang Ruxin, tears instantly fell, ”Ruxin sister...” After waking up, she heard from Huaya that it was Ruxin sister who had saved her. Later, Ruxin sister also brought her medicine, and after applying it twice her scars had visibly faded. She was truly grateful to Ruxin sister, sadly she never had the chance to express it, everyone even said they would set up a longevity tablet for Ruxin sister at home one day. Just now she had lost hope, yet unexpectedly, she saw Ruxin sister again.

The man hadn’t seen Yang Ruxin up close before, but he had heard of Sister Ruxin’s reputation, which made him feel a sudden jolt of apprehension.

Yang Ruxin patted Liu Amei’s back, then turned around and opened the wardrobe in the room. Fortunately, there was a complete set of clothes inside. She found them and helped her get dressed: ”Come with me.”

Liu Amei was startled for a moment.

”Or do you still have lingering feelings for this place? Or do you like being beaten by him? Can’t bear to leave him?” Yang Ruxin’s eyes narrowed dangerously, ”Don’t spout that bullshit about accepting your fate as a woman once married. Even if you’re married, you can still divorce your husband. There’s no shame in it, make up your mind now.”

Liu Amei shook her head: ”Ruxin sister, I’ll go with you. I have no affection for this place, and I never want to see this man again.”

Yang Ruxin’s expression softened, and she led Liu Amei out the door.

Seeing that Yang Ruxin came out, the man hurriedly approached, ”Ruxin sister... Ah...” But before he could finish speaking, he received a hefty slap across the face.

”You son of a... Ah...” Furious, the man was about to shout, but then a black whip lashed out at him. Unable to dodge in time, his face swelled from the blows, and the whipping continued relentlessly.

In the end, the man could do nothing but roll on the ground in pain.

But Yang Ruxin didn’t intend to take his life, so after a few lashes, she stopped and put her fingers to her lips, emitting a long whistle.

Soon after, the cries of eagles echoed from the sky, and Xiaohei came swooping down with his family.

With a gesture from Yang Ruxin, Xiaohei swooped down and snatched the man into the air. The man, already in pain, fainted from terror as soon as he was lifted into the sky.

”Does it hurt?” Yang Ruxin turned to look at Liu Amei.

Liu Amei shook her head, ”I just feel sad... Actually, he has a younger sister named Erya, we were both captured by the Yuan army together. But thanks to Ruxin sister, she also survived, only...”

”Erya is Xu Da’s sister?” Yang Ruxin frowned.

Liu Amei nodded, ”I originally wanted to come back with her, but she refused. I was puzzled at the time, but now it seems she probably knew her brother was no good and figured that the outcome would be even worse if she came back...”
