After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Ferdinand, with his medium-length hair, had grown into one of the best defenders in the world after transferring to Manchester United for two years.

He was also the hairstylist for United before Pogba.

His hair color was unpredictable and his hairstyles varied greatly.

Not even his natural curls could deter him from becoming a leading figure in the fashion world.

Today, Ferdinand was sporting a buzz cut, with distinctive dreadlocks at the back of his head.

He was a bit taller than Huang Kaiwen and much heavier, but Ferdinand had impressive agility and speed, which were the foundation of his success.

When faced with the pressing Huang Kaiwen, Ferdinand was not flustered at all.

Ferdinand often dribbled past opponents before passing the ball to a teammate.

As for Cristiano being dispossessed, Ferdinand didn’t care at all.

When Cristiano got ahead of himself, many could steal the ball from him.

He, Rio Ferdinand, was not the kind to waste opportunities.

With the first touch of the ball, Ferdinand repeatedly feinted left and right.

Seeing Huang Kaiwen didn’t press forward, Ferdinand didn’t mind.

He discreetly put power into his feet and faked as if the ball had gotten away from him, chasing it towards the flank.

Many attacking players would fall for this, chasing after the ball only to be tricked.

Once they pressed him, Ferdinand would suddenly backheel the ball and turn to pass.

This move was nearly foolproof against attackers.

Huang Kaiwen, just as Ferdinand anticipated, chased to the left, and a cold smile appeared on Ferdinand’s lips.

No matter how good you are on the attack, you’ll still end up behind me.

Ferdinand suddenly backheeled the ball, showing off an agility that belied his physique, and turned around.

The opponent didn’t keep up.

Smack,

Just as he was about to pass the ball forward, a foot appeared in front of him.

The ball struck Huang Kaiwen’s foot and deflected into the penalty area.

What?

Ferdinand quickly turned to chase back, running neck and neck with Huang Kaiwen into the area.

Ferdinand was closer and used his body to shield the position, no longer showing off and swiftly passed the ball to the returning Brown.

Brown swung his right foot, intending to send the ball up the field.

Bang—

Seedorf, who had rushed up, turned and lifted his foot to block the ball.

Pirlo, who was nearby and quick on his feet, controlled the ball before Keane could approach and casually pushed with the instep to Huang Kaiwen.

Huang Kaiwen, receiving the ball in front of the penalty area, was at a loss.

Kaka had someone on him, so did Crespo and Seedorf.

Manchester United’s defense was all too targeted.

This was putting me, Huang Kaiwen, in a tight spot.

Huang Kaiwen had no choice but to boldly charge forward.

The relaxed look was gone from Ferdinand’s face, now watching Huang Kaiwen with a serious expression.

Previously, Ferguson had emphasized a lot about this Milan prodigy, and if Ferdinand got blown past, he was sure to face the hairdryer treatment at halftime.

It’s gotta be the deep-fried meatball, definitely the deep-fried meatball!

Seeing Huang Kaiwen’s movement, Ferdinand already made his guess.

Huang Kaiwen’s deep-fried meatball was incredibly deceptive.

But don’t expect to pull off fancy tricks in front of the world’s most expensive defender!

Rio Ferdinand snorted coldly, ready to counter whatever came his way.

To deal with Huang Kaiwen’s deep-fried meatball, he had done plenty of training with teammates to defend against this specific move.

Now was the time to display real skill!

Ferdinand’s eyes sharpened as he predicted that Huang Kaiwen’s right foot sending the ball towards him was a feint, and as soon as he reached out, Huang Kaiwen would knock the ball to his left foot.

That was the essence of the deep-fried meatball,

forcing you to commit and making it hard to adjust your weight before he dashed past you.

Heh!

Watch me steal it.

Ferdinand quickly moved to the right, ready to intercept the moment Huang Kaiwen touched it to his left foot.

However, Huang Kaiwen didn’t even touch the ball with his left foot.

Instead, he charged directly into the box with the ball.

Ferdinand stood rooted to the spot, questioning life itself.

Indeed, every genius isn’t that simple.

He predicted my prediction today, truly worthy of someone who can wear the number 10 jersey at Milan!

“Damn it!!!!”

Ferguson roared at the pitch, “What the hell are you daydreaming about, did you just have a stroke?

My seven-week pregnant cat chasing butterflies in my backyard is more agile than you!”

Luckily, Brown had already retreated into the box to defend.

Brown dared not tackle rashly, fearing he would concede a penalty, and instead continuously used his body to pressure Huang Kaiwen.

Huang Kaiwen was in a tight spot.

[Cesare Maldini] was excellent at defending, but his attacking was really sub-par.

In such a situation, it was difficult to forcibly turn around and make a decent back pass with a cutback, as he couldn’t turn that sharply.

Seeing the Manchester United keeper, constantly moving and facing him, just within reach, Huang Kaiwen became determined.

If you won’t let me cut back, then I’ll shoot directly.

Nearing the baseline, with almost no angle left, Huang Kaiwen forcibly twisted his body a little and kicked.

Seeing his chance, Brown bumped into Huang Kaiwen one more time, and the unprepared Huang Kaiwen ended up shooting with the sole of his boot.

The shot was weak and feeble, and the ball rolled tremulously towards Howard at the near post.

Ferguson breathed a sigh of relief.

Thankfully, that shot didn’t have enough power, the danger was averted.

But then he covered his heart.

Because he saw the American keeper Howard, crouched at the near post, incredibly let the ball slip between his hands and into the goal.

Howard’s action as he turned to watch the ball was so ridiculous.

Assistant coach Phelan quickly supported Ferguson.

“I’m fine.” Ferguson stubbornly pushed the assistant away and cursed at the field: “Idiot, Roy Carroll is injured and you need to prove yourself, do you want to send yourself to the bench, do you?

And you Cristiano, do you think you’re Maradona or Cruyff, not needing to defend?

Leo, I suspect this donkey of yours is often lost in thought because you spend too much effort on your hair…”

Howard and Cristiano had joined Manchester United just last year, and the American goalkeeper had a good start at the club.

But then he started to have problems.

Howard’s “butterfingers” directly led to Manchester United’s elimination by Porto last year.

After that, Howard lost his position as the first-choice goalkeeper.

His outstanding performance in the FA Cup final at the end of the season helped Manchester United win the championship, and only then did Ferguson decide to give him another chance.

Of course, the most important reason was that Carroll was injured, and he had to use Howard.

Now Ferguson finally understood, there’s a reason why America is a soccer wasteland.

He, a 63-year-old former forward, would have kept that ball out, but Howard let it pass through.

Then he looked at Huang Kaiwen, who scored the goal.

Offense and defense, he got a grip on both.

Ferguson had thought that Huang Kaiwen was only good at attacking, but watching the game today, not only was he active in retrieving the ball, his defending was also strong; he could even read Ferdinand’s moves and make a crucial tackle at the key moment.

His timing was good, and his positional sense was strong.

Whether on offense or defense, he had no weaknesses,

Turns out he’s a hexagon warrior!

As Ferguson watched Huang Kaiwen, Huang Kaiwen was also looking at Ferguson.

While celebrating with his teammates the goal Howard had gifted them, Huang Kaiwen heard the roars of the Manchester United manager.

Truly terrifying.

Ferguson was indeed one of the best coaches around.

But his temper was too explosive.

If he played under such a coach, how could he relax and take it easy?

With that temperament, wouldn’t he be scolded eight times a day?

He might even develop Stockholm syndrome, and who knows if the University of Manchester would offer him a guaranteed postgraduate position.

Then he looked at his own Fat Ancelotti, always smiling and never getting angry about anything.

Huang Kaiwen felt somewhat relieved to have joined Milan instead, when compared with the volatile Ferguson.

Even Fat Ancelotti’s incessant muttering didn’t seem so unbearable anymore.
