Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 264: Make me fall for you!

”Mom...” Aria mumbled softly as she clung to her mother, seeking the comfort and warmth of her embrace. The nightmare almost made her lose her mind so Aria needed the solace of her motherʼs presence.

She decided to sleep beside her mother who was also resting.

Aether and Liora watched the mother and daughter duo with fond smiles before quietly exiting the room, leaving them to their well-deserved rest.

”What did she exchange?” Liora asked, her curiosity piqued. She wondered what sacrifice Maelona had made to save Aether.

”Everything...” Aether replied softly, his voice filled with admiration and respect.

The depth of a motherʼs love, willing to sacrifice everything for her daughterʼs happiness, was a sentiment that deeply resonated with him.... He felt a profound respect for Maelonaʼs selflessness!

”Everything?” Liora echoed, her eyes widening in surprise and shock. She looked at Aether with even keener interest, her curiosity intensifying.

Aether stopped in his tracks and turned to face Liora, his expression serious.

”What?” she asked, sensing he had something important to say.

”Thank you,” he said, bowing slightly in a gesture of genuine gratitude.

”W-What are you--”

”If you just wanted me, you could have saved only me.

Yet, you not only saved me but also Aria. Truly, thank you,” Aether said sincerely, lifting his head to meet her colourful eyes.

”W-Well...” Liora shrugged awkwardly, not used to such heartfelt expressions of gratitude.

Aether smiled but then frowned, a question forming in his mind. ”How did you find me?”

Lioraʼs eyes sparkled as she explained, ”Since you left without saying anything, I decided to track you down and.... Well, kidnap you if necessary.”

Aether blinked, taken aback by her straightforwardness. He gulped, looking at her with a mixture of amusement and disbelief. ʼShe is way too straightforward...ʼ he thought.

Seeing that he wasnʼt angry, Liora continued, ”I marked you with my scent. I used my sense of smell to follow you.”

”Marked?” Aether frowned. She pointed to his lips, recalling the kiss they had shared.

”I see...” he nodded in understanding. Then, looking directly into her eyes, he asked, ”How do I repay this debt?”

Liora smiled, appreciating his directness. Her tribe valued straightforwardness and honesty. She placed a hand on his crotch, her lips curling into a seductive smile, ”You know what I want, right?”

Aether didnʼt flinch or get flustered by her bold touch. He knew she was driven by physical desire rather than any emotional connection.

He also knew that yielding to his impulses could lead to his downfall..... just like her ex-husband.

He needed a different approach for this fierce, barbarian woman!

Liora, expecting him to pounce on her, was surprised when he looked into her multicoloured eyes and whispered, ”You are incredibly hot, Liora~”

Her tail stiffened at his words.

His lips hovered close to hers as he gazed into her eyes with a mixture of love and danger. ”There is no man in this world who could ignore a beauty like you...”

Liora smirked, wrapping her arms around his shoulders and pulling him closer. ”Then what are you waiting for? Ravage me~” she whispered, rubbing her body sensually against him.

The heat between them was palpable.

”Ravage you? Come on, woman, you underestimate me...” Aether said, grabbing her busty ass with firm hands.

”Ah~” Lioraʼs eyes flickered dangerously.

”I am not a man who would sleep with just any woman,” Aether said with a serious expression.

”Even though I saved you and your beloved?” Liora asked with an amused face, feeling his hands fondling her ass without hesitation. His words and actions seemed to contradict each other.

Aether chuckled softly, ”If you want me to repay you like this, sure, I will do it.”

Lioraʼs face lit up with happiness, but then he continued, ”However, it would be only one time. I will never touch you again after that. Are you fine with that?” Aether asked with a smirk.

A one-night stand should be one night, nothing more!

Liora frowned, her expression thoughtful. A hint of hesitation flickered in her eyes, enough for Aether to understand she wanted more than a fleeting one night.

He sighed inwardly, realizing there was an opportunity to enter emotionally to her.

Emotionally? Why?

Because her affection is stuck, she needs something more than physical stimulation.

Before she could think too much, Aether leaned in and gently whispered, ”Liora~,” his eyes turning possessive.

”!!”

”Y-Yes?” she stammered, taken aback by his sudden change in demeanour.

”You know I really love my Aria, so...”

”Itʼs fine, you donʼt need to love me,” Liora interrupted. She wasnʼt particularly interested in love, or so she thought....

Aetherʼs face suddenly turned pitiful. ”Then itʼs a pity... Even though you are beautiful and cute, Iʼm disappointed, truly disappointed.”

”What do you mean?” Liora frowned, though she secretly liked being called cute.

Shouldnʼt he be happy about getting laid with a beauty like her?

She was pretty sure even Alaric sometimes looked at her lustfully.

”I mean... You can fuck me,” Aether said bluntly, adding, ”I wonʼt move an inch. You can just take it out and you know the rest, right?” He motioned with his hand, his tone almost dismissive.

”Aether...” Liora frowned deeper, her hands tightening over his neck. She didnʼt like the way he was speaking. It felt wrong, cheap, and far beneath what she truly desired.

”What? Itʼs not like you want my love, right?” Aether grinned and added, ”Unlike Aria, who fought for her love... Compared to her, you look pale..... very pale, To be honest!

I think I would never fall in love with a woman like you... Anyhow, letʼs fuck.” He leaned in to kiss her, his expression one of forced compliance, his eyes showing disdain.

Seeing his repulsed expression, Liora pushed him away. ”I will be leaving,” she declared, turning to leave. She was annoyed and on the verge of losing her temper, deciding it was better to walk away than to let her anger take over.

Aether smirked before catching her arm, ”Are you angry?”

”.... I am not,” Liora said.

Why she would be angry?

Itʼs not like she was angry being getting rejected for the first time!

Of course Not!

It should be him who lost his chance to be with her!

ʼYeap, she is angryʼ Aether thought which was good and then with a smirk he said, ”Liora Darkfang... Make me fall for you.”

This statement would confuse most, as typically the man should make the woman fall for him... However, Aether knew if he pursued her aggressively, he might end up like Lioraʼs ex-husband.

She had pride, was straightforward, and disliked weak-minded people..... To keep her interested, Aether needed to present a challenge, she needed to be checked otherwise his heart would be the next to leave his body.

The fish was already on the hook; all he needed to do was reel it in before it managed to pull him under!

”Huh?”

”Iʼm not a man who sleeps with any woman. Make me fall for you, and You will achieve what you wa... No, I will give you everything you want,” Aether said, pulling her into his embrace and kissing her lips gently.

”~Hmm~”

Lioraʼs eyes widened in surprise, she asked back ”Why would I do that? most importantly, I thought you were disappointed?”

Aether smirked, rubbing his nose against hers, ”Yes, I am disappointed that a fierce and competitive woman didnʼt dare to fight for what she wanted.”

He gently rubbed her lips. ”Liora~ You are a woman who loves to fight. Shouldnʼt you fight for love and affection? Where is that fierce woman I saw that day? Was it all a dream?”

Liora was surprised, realizing he wanted to see the fiery woman many feared. Her tail slowly wagged as she processed his words.

Liora found herself unable to understand the whirlwind of emotions swirling within her.

Aether, noticing the effect he was having on her, smirked inwardly.

He knew he had to use this moment, to paint his influence over her.

With a voice low and dripping with promise, he leaned in closer, ”The moment you make me fall for you, Liora... I will shower you with a love you have never experienced before,” he whispered, his dark eyes locking onto hers with an intensity that sent shivers down her spine.

”You will suffocate in my love, drowning in the depths of my affection~”

ʼGulpʼ

Liora gulped, the sound audible in the charged silence between them. Her body and core trembled as she stared into his possessive, yet strangely tender eyes. Her heart pounded in her chest, the rhythm echoing in her ears.

ʼBa-dump, ba-dump,ʼ her heartbeat quickened, each beat louder than the last.

For the first time in her life, Liora felt a mix of shock and...fear. Her cheeks turned a bright shade of red, a colour that was foreign to her usually composed demeanour. She tried to maintain her fierce exterior, but Aetherʼs next words shattered her last bit of resolve.

”Liora is blushing~ How cute,” Aether teased, his smirk widening into a triumphant grin.

Lioraʼs eyes widened in mortification. Without another word, she spun on her heel and bolted, her tail literally between her legs.... Literally!

Aether burst into laughter, the sound echoing down the corridor, ”Hahaha...,” he chuckled, watching her retreat. He smirked, ʼLooks like sheʼs not that hard to crack after all,ʼ he thought to himself. But then, his expression grew serious as he remembered something crucial.

”Oh, wait! I need to ask you something important!” he called out, his tone urgent.
