What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

The karens were just staring at Emilia the moment she dropped that bomb on them.

I felt that things might get heated and judging by how people were looking in our direction, I’m pretty sure it would.

That’s why I used my Aeromancy to cast [Air Pocket] around our group to prevent our words from leaking out to the others.

Karen blinked a few times at my Nekomata, “What?”

Emilia smiled lazily at her, “You heard me. You want me to wipe the debt out from existence? Then all you have to do is sign a slavery contract and become my slaves~”

Oh geez… Somehow I find this entire thing ironic as hell, considering what type of people they must be in our old World.

And to prove me right, Karen’s eyes widened even further as her mind finally understood what Emilia was telling her.

“Slaves?! What are you… How dare you!! How dare you?!!”

Emilia tilted her head, “Why? Do you think that you’re too good to be a slave?”

“That’s not even the problem! How dare you even suggest something like that, you barbarian?! This is why you’re uncivilised! How could you even suggest something as barbaric as slavery?! Slavery is illegal!!”

Emilia frowned, “What are you talking about? No it’s not.”

“Yes it is! How can slavery not be illegal?! It’s inhumane! It’s barbaric! How can a person own another person?!”

Girl… You’re lucky I had already put up an air barrier around us so your words weren’t being heard by everyone else in the dining hall with us because that would definitely reveal you as an Off-Worlder.

Emilia sat up and rolled her eyes at Karen before she pointed a finger at her, “Listen here you bitch…”

“What did you call me?!”

Emilia reached forward and slapped her across the face, “Shut up, I’m talking now.”

“How… How dare you?!”

Emilia slapped her again.

The others behind her tried to take another step forward but Katsuki was faster and gave each of them another slap across their faces before they could even react.

Emilia didn’t look surprised and merely continued after Katsuki returned to my side again, “As I was saying. We’ve been really generous with your group so far. You bitches come from another World to live in ours because our Gods were generous enough to let you have a new life here. In case that doesn’t click with you, you are the tourists here. And it’s clear that none of you ever cared to understand our customs and culture and you’re all just trying to impose your original World’s morality on us. If I was serious about this, I would have already dragged all of you outside of the city and sliced your heads off.”

There were twelve collective gulps coming from the karen group.

Come on now, Emilia… Even if they deserve it… Maybe killing them is a little too much?

Not that I’m sympathising with them but… I dunno, I just don’t want us to get into trouble…

Karen herself glared at her, “So you already know we come from another world. Then you should know we are blessed by God himself to be in your world! Shouldn’t you be treating us a bit better?!”

Emilia scowled at her, “You are not the only one. There’s tens of thousands of you who came here and you are one of the most obnoxious ones I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. And you know something? If I decide to kill you, you wouldn’t even be the first Off-Worlder I killed. Do you still want to try?”

She pointed her finger at Emilia, “You!! Ha!! You’re admitting it! You’re a murderer!! Everyone! Did you hear that?! She’s a murderer!”

Karen was shouting towards the others in the dining hall but… Well… They obviously couldn’t hear her because of the [Air Pocket] I had set up around us… So to everyone else, she was just looking like some crazy person opening and closing her mouth exaggeratedly with no sound coming out…

Emilia let her rave for a while more before she went to smack her on the back of her head, shutting her up.

“Do you see? No one cares. This is normal here,” She lied before gesturing at the seat beside her. “So why don’t you sit down before I actually kill you? As I have already proven multiple times, all of us here can slit your throats any time we want to and none of you would be able to do anything about it.”

Karen gritted her teeth and it seems like she finally understood her position as she reluctantly took a seat at the table.

Emilia then slid the paper she had pulled out towards her, “As I mentioned, I can wipe off the debt you have but all of you will be debt slaves working for me.”

“Isn’t that worse than being in debt?!”

Emilia took the original contract and pointed her finger all the way at the bottom where light shone from her fingertips to cause a bunch of hidden words to appear.

I also leaned over to read the new words and what I saw made me grimace.

‘If the debtor fails to pay the debt in three months, all of them will be relegated to debt slaves status with their debt set at twice the amount that was owed when they are turned into slaves.’

Is this even legal? It’s one thing to write in fine print since you could simply argue that it’s to conserve space or something… But she’s hiding these terms using some kind of magic so the person doesn’t even know that it’s there right?

I turned back to look at Katsuki and she immediately gave me a very subtle shake of her head, which was basically telling me that this was most definitely not allowed.

Ah… Emilia’s scamming them then… Because they clearly didn’t know this was illegal.

Well, they didn’t bother trying to learn about this World from the start and they also tried to scam us too! Not only that, I bet they also used this method to scam all the others in the city who tried to go against them!

And with their attempt at setting up the GMA, that was merely just them trying to get more authority and power over those who fell for their schemes!

So I would say they’re getting their just desserts!

Karen was still staring at the newly appeared words in shock and Emilia pushed the other contract towards her once more.

“If you sign this now, I will keep your debt at just five million Creas which you can work to pay back. Otherwise, you can choose not to sign it but you’ll just simply get turned into a slave anyway and then have twice the debt on your head. Which shall it be?”

“You… What are you going to use us for even if we agree?”

“Oh, you’ll find out~ Don’t worry, I’ll put you to work somewhere that you can definitely earn enough money to pay back the debt… Eventually~”

“Tsk… You really think that we’ll accept something like this? You don’t think we would think we would actually allow ourselves to be enslaved, do you?”

Unexpectedly, Emilia stood up and pulled both contracts off the table and beckoned at them, “That is a really good question~ Follow me~”

Eh? Wait… I was not expecting us to move to another location?

She went up the stairs and the karen group seemed unsure if they should follow her but seeing that they didn’t really have a choice, they trudged along my Nekomata eventually.

Katsuki and I brought up the rear and I realised Emilia was leading them to our room which was a little weird since they could have gone elsewhere if she wanted a private conversation.

But well, I didn’t question it and just continued following behind them.

When we reached the room, an even more puzzling sight awaited us because the door was opened by Lisa, my Infrid having a really weird smile on her face.

Didn’t she go out with the other girls? And it looks like there’s some kind of pink mist in the room? Am I just imagining things?

Emilia stepped aside and gestured into the room, “Come now~ This place is more private so we’ll finish our conversation here~”

Karen frowned, “Why do we even have to do this here? You’re not planning on anything sinister, are you?”

Emilia maintained her smile that didn’t reach her eyes, “Does it look like you have a choice? You could choose to turn back now and just stick to the original contract~ So what will it be?”

Karen looked back at her party and all of them were averting their eyes, clearly not wanting to bear the responsibility of such a choice.

She gritted her teeth before turning back to Emilia with furrowed brows.

“Fine… Whatever… Let’s just get this over with.”

The group stepped into the room and we followed them in.

Eh? Katsuki’s staying outside? Why is she staying outside?
