What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Well… So Sharille seemed even more fired up now and she’s huddled over in a corner of the camp with her party, all of them engrossed in discussing tactics on hunting more dinos.

I felt a little sorry for her but well… I hope she doesn’t take unnecessary risks and get themselves or anyone else hurt…

“Mistress…”

“Hmmm? What is it Katsuki?”

“Nnnggg… No… Nothing, Mistress…”

Ehehehe~ I’m currently in the middle of fluffing her tail while we sat on top of a mat the girls laid out on the floor~

Since we were done with our rotation and the next two Dungeoneer teams had just gone out, that meant we were in the middle of our break now.

And since there really isn’t anything to do here… I decided to just relax with the girls which eventually led to this.

Ehehehe~ So fluffy~ So soft~ Such bliss~

Oh, I’m only doing it with one hand since the other hand was occupied in holding my egg and channeling mana into it.

I’m still doing it whenever I can, so anytime that I wasn’t actively doing something that needed both hands, I would try to feed mana into the egg.

Also, I don’t know if it’s just because I’m treating it more and more like it’s mine, I think I felt it wobble once or twice… Could just have been my imagination though.

Speaking of which, the other girls were busy with organising the monster heads and Mana Crystals so it was just Katsuki and I over here at the moment~

“Miss Aster? What is that?” I looked up and found the Knight Captain standing there staring at the egg in my arms.

“Oh… It’s my… It’s my egg.”

At this stage, I didn’t really feel like explaining the egg’s origins all the time so I decided that I would just tell people that it was my egg and let them think whatever they wanted. It’s not like I owe an explanation to any random person who comes up and asks me about it.

He looked at the egg, then at me, then back at the egg again, then down at my hips before going back to the egg again.

“I see… Apologies for the personal question…” He apologised before walking off.

I only just realised he was probably looking at the size of the egg and wondering how I managed to push an egg of this size out of my body.

Eh… Whatever. Fluffing Katsuki is more important than resolving that so I just ignored it–

“Miss Aster? What is that?”

Huh? I’m getting a deja vu…

I looked up to see the Nekomata scout, Emi, looking at the egg in my arms.

“Ah… It’s my egg.”

She did the exact same thing where she looked at the egg, then at me, then at the egg, then at my waist before looking back at the egg once more.

She even said the exact same things as the Knight Captain where she apologised for the personal question before walking off.

What is up with them? Why is everyone so fascinated by my egg? Have they not seen an egg before?

“Mistress…” Katsuki called out from in front of me, trying her best to keep her voice level while I was still fluffing her tail. “The size of the egg indicates that it might be a dragon egg… So they are wondering if… You have laid with one to birth it…”

…

Oh…

I looked down at the egg in my arms and I could swear it wobbled a little, almost as though it was trying to console me.

“Miss Aster? What is that you are holding?”

Again?

I looked up and this time it was Sharille standing there giving me an odd look.

My eyes dropped down to her chest for a moment but quickly went back up to her face, “Umm… You mean this? This is my egg.”

“Your… Egg?”

This time I quickly added, “I’m the father.”

Ha! This should be better, right? I can just use this from now on~

She looked down at the egg and for some reason her gaze went straight to my crotch before moving back to me.

I cleared my throat, “Umm… So is there anything you need from me?”

She jerked slightly, as though only just remembering where she was, “Yes… I have come with a proposal for the challenge.”

I tilted my head at her, “The challenge? Didn’t we already agree with the terms of it? What else is there?”

“As much as I would like to continue the challenge, it is clear that at the rate that we are going, you will be the winner.”

I frowned, “Don’t tell me you are intending to change the terms or something because you are losing and don’t think you can win?”

She crossed her arms underneath her chest, “And as much as I would like to say that that isn’t the case, I’m afraid that I have to admit that this is what I’m here for.”

“That’s… A little shameless, don’t you think?”

“The reason for the change isn’t what you think, however. Would you believe me that if I were to go all out, I can match the number of monsters your party has killed just by myself?”

Eh? Oh… She thought that both piles of monsters were obtained by the combined efforts of my party. She doesn’t know I went out to hunt alone.

But for her to claim that… Let’s see her stats with [Screened].

[Name: Sharille Mobass

Magic Skills:

Electromancy (Tier 2), Aeromancy (Tier 1)]

Hmm… Well, she does have impressive stats but I don’t really see anything that would give credit to her words though?

I mean… My stats are already higher than hers so even if she were to go all out, she wouldn’t be able to match me…

What is giving her that confidence?

My eyes went to her sword that was on her back.

Hmm… That is a rather fancy looking sword though… I wonder…

[Greatsword of Glorious Battle – Increases wielder’s base stats by fifty percent while in battle. As long as the wielder is still in combat, for every slain enemy, the percentage will increase by ten until it reaches a maximum of a hundred and fifty percent.]

Woah, what?! Holy crap!!

That means if she maximises the power of the Greatsword, her strength stat could go above a thousand!!

Ok, I can see where her confidence is coming from now and I totally believe that she’s able to do it.

Girl, that Greatsword is OP as hell! Where the heck can I get one?!

Compared to it, my two swords are… Wait, no… I have a Light Sword which I can extend the blade of and can pretty much cut through anything… And an invisible Shadow Sword that can be wrapped in dark flames that can burn anything…

Yeah no, my swords are still way more cooler, sorry.

I nodded at her, “I believe you.”

She blinked, “Wait… Really?”

I tilted my head at her, “What? Didn’t you say that yourself? So what’s the issue?”

“I did, but… Nevermind. What I want to say is that if I really do that, then it might bring danger to the fort here and I would prefer not to do that. Thus, I do not see a way that I can catch up to you and surpass you without putting the people here into danger. If I did not need to worry about that, we would be able to win this challenge.”

Yeah… If I went all out and called out my Shadow Guards, you won’t stand a chance either but she doesn’t know that.

“So what are you proposing?” I asked.

“I will concede this challenge and declare you the winner.”

Oh? That was surprising.

“Wait, didn’t you say you want to change the challenge?” I pointed out.

She nodded, “I will concede this challenge in particular and I will do as I promised. But I would like to issue another challenge if you are open to hearing me out.”

Ugh… Seems like she isn’t happy that she thinks that her victory is hindered by the knights being here… So I guess I can at least hear her out.

She nodded at me, “A duel. I will fight against your strongest member. If I win, you will at least go on five Guild requests with us as a temporary member. If you win, we will register ourselves as a subsidiary party under your party.”

Eh?

Wait, a one on one duel? And what the heck is a subsidiary party? Umm… Anyone?
