THE GOD EATER

’Since I can move the divinity from the 4-D prototype anytime I want, I should prioritize the quick perception of danger so that I can easily respond to any kind of danger.’

He made this decision because when he added divinity to the Divine Strength, Divine Speed, and Divine Defense attributes, the resulting changes took place in his body and were less pronounced.

His body became stronger, faster, and more durable with the Divine Strength, Divine Speed, and Divine Defense attributes. Since he was not in a fight currently, he decided that these three attributes were not of the highest priority.

On the other hand, when he added divinity to the Divine Spirit attribute, his mind became faster and his response time became shorter. As for the Divine Perception attribute, it actually made the world slow down in his vision.

The more attributes he put in the Divine Perception attribute, the slower the world became. Since he didn’t have the Danger Sense Metac anymore, he decided that this attribute would help him avoid danger better.

So after thinking about his decisions, he took the 27 units of divinity from the Devouring Supreme Metac and added them to the Divine Perception attribute.

As for the 272 divinity from the spark of power, he didn’t let them sit there doing nothing. He split them in half and added 136 divinity each to the Divine Spirit and Divine Perception attributes. This caused his state of existence to undergo another change.

---------------------------

-Race: Dragon King >> Celestial

-Rank: 9 >> 10

-Energy: 124,680,369 years >> 10.486 billion years.

-Entropy: 47/83,976,200 >> 47/91,876,400

---------------------------

-Divine Strength: 3

-Divine Defense: 3

-Divine Speed: 3

-Divine Spirit: 3||+136||

-Divine Perception: 3>> 30||+136||

-Free Divinity: ||272|| + 27 >> ||272||

Because of the distribution of the 27 units of fixed divinity, the number of divinity in the Divine Perception changed permanently from 3 to 30 units, and his Entropy increased from 83,976,200 to 91,876,400.

His mind became faster; his thoughts became faster, and the world became slower, but it was the change to this new attribute, his capacity for Entropy, that drew his attention among the other changes.

According to the spark of power, his capacity for Entropy is exactly Rank × Total Divinity × Size of Godheads × Authority. Initially, his conditions had been Rank(10) × Total Divinity(15 + 272) × Size of Godheads(2,197 + 729) × Authority(10). So his capacity for Entropy had been 83,976,200 units.

But after using up the 27 units of fixed divinity from the Devouring Supreme Metac, his conditions became Rank(10) × Total Divinity(15 + 272 + 27) × Size of Godheads(2,197 + 729) × Authority(10). So his capacity for Entropy had been 91,876,400 units.

Scratching his chin, he thought, ’The upgrade is only 8.6%. It is not that high.’

’91,876,400 units of Entropy isn’t that high either. If my calculations are right, I will only be able to take 1,260 hits from a Dao Lord of rank 10, Authority of 10, and a Supreme Metac like Fenrir.’

’Of course, this is if the enemy has a 100% conversion efficiency of divine crystal to power. If they have a conversion efficiency of 1% as I do, they will only be able to use the 7.29 units of the size of Fenrir, not the full 729 units(9,9,9). Such a person will need to hit me 126,031 times to kill him.’

’If they have a 100% conversion efficiency though, I’m screwed. With the speed of Dao Lords way beyond the speed of light, a Dao Lord can hit me 1,260 times in a second, so I will be dead in less than one second.’

Based on the judgment of the spark of power, Entropy created from attacks is equal to the Rank × Divine Ability × Authority. Here, Divine Ability is how much of the total size of the Godhead can be used, which is determined by the conversion efficiency of divine crystal to energy and power.

In the case of someone with a 100% conversion efficiency, that Dao Lord would be able to use the full size of Fenrir, which is 729 units. So the amount of Entropy they will produce with each attack is Rank(10) × Divine Ability(729 × 100%) × Authority(10), which is 72,900 units of Entropy.

In comparison, one year of lifespan that mortals live only produces 1 unit of Entropy. He has been alive for 47 years, so he has accumulated 47 units of Entropy so far.

Now that he has become a Dao Lord with 91,876,400 units of Entropy, someone who can produce 72,900 units of Entropy with each of their attacks will be able to kill him in one second, and he won’t get to live out 91,876,400 years before dying.

Thinking about this, he curled his lips and said, ’The good news is that they will also take on Entropy when they attack me. So there is no way someone can beat me to death without paying the price. Whoever will kill me had better have up to 91,876,400 units of free capacity for Entropy, or they will die together with me.’

’Another piece of good news is that I can only use the Divine Ability of the 4-D prototype to gain an advantage in the aspect of Entropy. With this ability to increase the Entropy of my attacks by 13 times, I won’t be so easy to kill.’

His smile became wider as he thought, ’At the end of the day, it will depend on how large the capacity for Entropy is that the other Dao Lords have. Who will die will depend on who can take a beating. A Dao Lord who wants to be strong and victorious must be able to take as much beating as they can dish out.’

It seemed that after becoming Dao Lords, how long he can live for is now dependent on Entropy, not lifespan. Lifespan has become a kind of energy that he uses to attack, move around, and do work.
