Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 739 Climbing Back

Five choices.

Of course, the last choice seemed to be an outlier, and it was also the one that seemed the most obvious to choose.

They could just go?

Just like that?

Naturally, Star Genesis had offered this choice for the potential benefit to Explosive Karmaʼs Karmic Luck.

Letting someone who tried to kill one go gave a lot of Karmic Luck.

The three of them thought about the fifth choice the most.

They could just go.

They could join another power and start to grow again.

Yet, the more they thought about it, the less attractive this choice seemed.

All the Momentum they had accumulated in the Compression Realm was gone.

They were Major Crushers, which meant that they needed to kill other Major Crushers to advance, and with such weak Momentum, killing another Major Crusher was essentially impossible.

The only role they would get in another power would be a position as Elder, and they could also just choose an Elder position here.

Try to get back to the path of power, or forever remain a Major Crusher?

Well, if they chose another power outside the Secondary Sector, they could maybe become Fake Sages in the future as well, but was that truly what they wanted?

They had come here to make a name for themselves.

They wanted to become True Sages.

After a lot of talking, the three of them finally made a decision.

While the two sisters had known their colleague for a long time, they hadnʼt truly been close.

Their own path to power was more important.

Fighting beasts with their lack of Momentum was extremely dangerous, and if all three of them decided to fight beasts, there was a high chance that they would all die.

Having the opportunity to fight another Major Crusher without powerful Momentum was too valuable.

In the end, they decided on a slight variation of one of the choices.

The first sister would battle to the death with the guy.

While this was going on, the other sister would fight a True Battle with a beast.

If both sisters survived, they would be able to rejoin the path to power.

If sister one died and sister two survived, sister two would fight a battle to the death with their colleague.

The reason why sister two would fight a beast was to increase her Momentum in case sister one died. At that point, their colleague would already have more Momentum, and if sister two didnʼt increase her own Momentum before then, she would just die to him as well.

Three days after they had arrived, sister two left with Kyle and went to one of the Wild Planets Explosive Karma owned.

While they were gone, sister one fought her colleague under the watch of the entire Organization.

Sister two would only find out if her sister was still alive after she returned.

If both sisters survived, they could both join Explosive Karma as powerful Crushers.

This would be their best-case scenario.

Kyle quickly found a fitting Crusher Beast.

Compared to Primal Beasts, Crusher Beasts only had five levels, but the gulf in power between each level was a lot bigger.

Initial, Early, Mid, Late, and Peak Crusher Beasts.

Initial Crusher Beasts were the equivalent of a New Crusher, while Peak Crusher Beasts were the equivalent of an Advanced Crusher.

Sister two would fight a Mid Crusher Beast, which was the equivalent of a Medium Crusher.

Essentially, sister two was fighting something a level below her, but without powerful Momentum, this would already count as a True Battle.

Kyle watched as sister two fought the Mid Crusher Beast.

ʼYeah, sheʼs going to win this,ʼ he thought while watching. ʼYes, itʼs a True Battle, but honestly, itʼs not a really hard one.ʼ

As expected, sister two won her battle, and her Momentum increased a bit.

After the battle, sister two just looked forward with furrowed brows.

She knew that her Momentum hadnʼt increased enough.

If her sister survived, she would be left behind by her, and if her sister died, she wouldnʼt be able to take revenge.

It wasnʼt enough.

”I want to fight another one, sir,” she said.

Kyle just smiled in his disguise. ”On the path to power, the willpower to put oneʼs life on the line is essential. You may fight as many beasts as you want, as long as they count as True Battles.”

The two of them searched for another Mid Crusher Beast.

The fight against the next Mid Crusher Beast was a bit more brutal since this one had a skillset that sister two couldnʼt deal with properly, but once again, she managed to survive.

Her Momentum increased again, but once again, not by much.

”I want to fight a Late Crusher Beast, sir,” she said after she won.

Kyle just nodded.

After searching for a long while, they found a beast sister two could counter.

This would be the real True Battle.

The battle was desperate and took a long while.

Sister two almost died several times, but she managed to win in the end.

However, it was indisputable that she had been lucky during the battle.

Nevertheless, her Momentum had increased significantly.

It was almost on her old level.

At this point, she could also join an Organization as a proper Major Crusher again.

Her Momentum might even be stronger than her sisterʼs Momentum, assuming she won the duel.

Finally, the two of them returned, and the result of the duel was unveiled.

Sister two looked at the winner of the duel.

Her colleague looked back with a neutral expression.

Sister one was dead.

The battle had been close, but the colleague had been the favorite due to his more powerful Complex Law.

As the colleague and sister two looked at each other, one thing became clear.

This second duel would be harder than the first one.

While the colleagueʼs Complex Law was a bit stronger, the Momentum he had gained was actually less than what sister two had gained.

This time, he would be fighting with a Momentum disadvantage.

There was no way around this duel.

Even though they had all agreed to it, sister two still hated their colleague for killing her sister.

Letting them work together would only end in disaster.

One of them had to leave or die.

While sister two saw her colleague as a target for revenge, the colleague saw sister two as his opportunity to become even stronger.

One thing was clear. After this duel, the winner would be more powerful than before they had fought Explosive Karma.

The duel happened a couple of hours later, and all of Explosive Karma watched.

As expected, the duel was brutal.

The fight was desperate, and a lot of ugly tactics were used.

The Disciples and Elders of Explosive Karma learned a lot by watching the battle.

As the Disciples watched, their respect for their leaders rose.

These two combatants were so powerful, yet they had lost against their four leaders!

After a long time, a winner emerged.

From three potential recruits, only one remained, but this recruit had become much stronger.
