Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 718 Legendary Primal

Kyle lost himself by listening to his powerful beating heart.

He felt like something magical was happening.

He was supposed to do this.

This was the right thing to do.

The Major Cluster related to his Center reached his heart first, and it was absorbed by it.

BANG!

The beating became even louder, and Kyle could even feel the surrounding atmosphere shake with every beat.

The Major Cluster related to his Core Spark came next.

His heart gained even more power.

At that moment, Kyle felt some pain coming from his heart.

It was completely overloaded with Energy. It wasnʼt built to withstand so much intensity.

However, Kyle felt no feeling of danger.

The last two Clusters reached his heart almost simultaneously and were absorbed like all the others.

BOOOM!

Kyleʼs heart released an impossibly powerful beat, and several tears appeared in it.

BOOOM!

Another beat, and the tears grew bigger.

BOOOOOOM!

The strongest beat of all appeared, and Kyleʼs heart exploded into pieces.

For just an instant, he felt intense pain.

The huge Cluster inside Kyleʼs heart was now exposed, and it started to shake violently.

Surprisingly, Kyleʼs heart didnʼt regrow.

The shaking of the Cluster became more intense.

BANG!

Then, the Cluster also exploded.

As soon as that happened, Kyle felt like he could finally breathe again.

He hadnʼt even noticed that he had felt like he couldnʼt breathe before.

As the Cluster exploded, a wild wave of Biological Energy washed over Kyleʼs entire body.

The wave expanded through his whole body, and when it had reached all parts…

It just ended.

There was no more shaking.

There were no more Energy waves.

Everything was just… normal.

The next moment, his heart started to regrow, but the Cluster that used to be inside of it was nowhere to be seen.

They were gone.

All of Kyleʼs Clusters were gone.

Seconds of silence passed.

ʼIt feels… strange,ʼ he thought as he felt his body.

Kyle felt like his body had been… equalized. It was very hard to describe.

It was like all of his power was evenly spread across his entire body.

Kyle opened his eyes and looked at his hands.

He clenched his hands into fists, and a moment later, his eyes widened in surprise.

ʼThat was weird!ʼ he thought.

Just now, his fists had clenched so quickly.

It was almost like his hands had reacted before he sent the order.

It was like his body had moved on its own.

Kyle stood up, and as he did, he felt like he was being controlled by someone else.

It was like someone was telling his body to do things before he could actually tell it to move.

As he moved around a bit, Kyle felt like his perception was trying to catch up with an afterimage.

His body was not supposed to move this quickly.

It felt surreal.

It felt like a hazy dream.

ʼIʼll have to get used to this,ʼ he thought. ʼThis feels like getting a new computer or something. The laggy mouse is suddenly moving instantly, and whenever I click on a program, the window just immediately pops up.ʼ

ʼI think it feels this strange because my mind is simply not fast enough. My body is cutting-edge hardware running on a super old operating system.ʼ

Kyle moved around for a couple of minutes and finally got used to his new reaction speed.

It still felt weird, but at least he didnʼt feel like someone else was controlling his body anymore.

ʼAnd my power?ʼ he thought as he summoned his hammer.

Once again, his hammer felt a bit too light.

Kyle performed several practice swings, and as he did so, he saw what was happening.

ʼMy Biological Energy is already fully refined, and more importantly, it doesnʼt need to move. If I gather all my power in my hands, the Biological Energy just pops up in the relevant places.ʼ

ʼOne of my Major Clusters was related to my mind, and it was absorbed like all the others. The wave of Energy washing over my body included its Energy as well. Most likely, this has created some kind of thought-wormhole or something. My brain wants to do one thing, and my extremities already know what it wants.ʼ

Kyle took a deep breath.

ʼThis is crazy but also awesome! My body can move so fucking fast now!ʼ

ʼI think my physical power has also increased quite a bit, and I should also be a lot faster.ʼ

Sadly, there wasnʼt enough space in the Natural Trial for Kyle to test his speed.

ʼIʼm a Legendary Primal now,ʼ he thought. ʼTurns out, the thirteenth Cluster is just my entire body. In a way, you could also say that everything returned to the basics.ʼ

ʼAs a Legendary Transcendent, I didnʼt have any Clusters, and as a Legendary Primal, I again donʼt have any.ʼ

ʼItʼs done.ʼ

ʼMy journey as a Primal is over.ʼ

Kyle felt mixed emotions.

On the one hand, he felt excited and proud that he managed to become a Legendary Primal, but on the other hand, he knew that the next two Realms wouldnʼt be as easy to traverse as the Primal Realm. Kyleʼs control over his body was his greatest talent.

The next Realm was about the Center, and the one after that was about the mind.

ʼThose are not my strengths. Maybe things will become easier again as a Spirit Lord.ʼ

Kyle took a deep breath.

ʼAnyway, time to get back.ʼ

ʼAlso, I should get a reward. As far as I know, the rewards in this trial are not very good, but I should still get something,ʼ he thought as he looked at the corridor leading to the area with the rewards.

As he looked at the distant door at the end of the corridor, images of the trial shot through Kyleʼs mind.

ʼI never thought I would see Lindsay again,ʼ he thought with a worried expression. ʼFunnily enough, we also ended up divorcing in that reality. She didnʼt wait a long time to file for divorce. I mean, it wasnʼt granted since I wasnʼt deemed sane enough to make important decisions, but she would have probably gotten through with it anyway.ʼ

Kyle sighed. ʼIʼm so fucking happy that I donʼt have to meet that crazy bitch again.ʼ

Kyle shook his head. ʼAnyway, time for rewards!ʼ

He put his hammer away and entered the corridor.

After a couple of seconds, he reached the big door near the end, and it opened.

Behind the door, Kyle saw a small room with a couple of pedestals, but only one pedestal had an actual object on top of it.

It was a 40-centimeter-long, grey horn.

Kyle looked at the horn as he scratched the side of his head awkwardly.

He could tell that the horn came from a pretty weak beast. The beast was probably still in the Mortal Realm.

Kyle walked over and carefully lifted it.

ʼNo idea why thatʼs my reward.ʼ

Then, he shrugged and put it into his Soul Space.

ʼYeah, well, who cares? Iʼm just going to ask the Chief Overseer later.ʼ

The next moment, the world around Kyle warped, and a second later, he found himself in front of the Natural Trialʼs entrance.

ʼAnd thatʼs that!ʼ
