Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Capítulo 1844: Chapter 1843: Tracking

You don’t know the other person’s motive, nor do you know their purpose. But your life is completely exposed in that person’s view. Do you find it terrifying?

Does it send chills down your spine?

An Hao doesn’t want to be under anyone’s surveillance, so since she has accidentally discovered something and found the place, she is determined to work hard to see if she can dig the person out.

Thus, she came.

Frustratingly, she was late.

An Hao emerged from the private room and called out from afar to the person responsible for billing on the first floor, “Where is the person from the Tingfeng Pavilion? When did she leave?”

Tingfeng Pavilion is the name of the teahouse’s private room.

“Just left. The person who was standing here when you went upstairs is the one who came down from the Tingfeng Pavilion!”

“Why didn’t you say so earlier?”

“I just found out, too.”

An Hao has a vague impression of this person, only knowing she is a woman wearing a hat, the brim of which obscured her face, making her appearance unclear.

She didn’t pay attention to this person nor did she look closely.

She merely glanced quickly.

Unexpectedly, this person was the one she was looking for.

Now it’s certainly too late to pursue, one can’t catch up anymore.

An Hao’s mind quickly spun a circle, then she turned back to the teahouse and opened the window to shout down at the street, “Someone just slept here drinking tea? Lost something valuable.”

The people downstairs all looked up at An Hao.

Except for one woman with short hair, who lowered her head, trying to open her carry-on backpack.

She was about to open it but seemed to realize something, and her action suddenly stopped. She didn’t turn around nor looked left or right, just quickly headed towards a less crowded area on her own.

This scene was clearly reflected in An Hao’s eyes.

It’s her!

An Hao instantly confirmed.

She quickly chased out from the teahouse, spotting the woman with short hair in the crowd moving swiftly.

An Hao was sure the woman had already checked her backpack and confirmed there was nothing inside.

The other was very clear, An Hao was looking for her.

Now that it’s all clear, An Hao also did not hide her attitude and intentions, outright chasing to the end.

An Hao has never learned how to track, it’s purely relying on a woman’s instinct and intuition to tightly chase without letup.

And the opponent is certainly a veteran.

An Hao chased across several streets, almost unable to recognize the woman’s original appearance. Her hair had changed from short to long, the coat was gone, replaced by a short shirt, high heels were gone too, changed to flat shoes for walking.

But, An Hao didn’t care what she changed into, she only recognized one thing, the woman’s walking style hadn’t changed.

An Hao chased the opponent through the town’s streets and alleys, as long as the opponent doesn’t stop, she wouldn’t stop.

Never underestimate a doctor’s stamina, that operating table isn’t stood on for nothing.

Chasing from afternoon until dusk, almost resembling guerrilla troops from the past, An Hao was tired, and the opponent was tired too. Happily, An Hao chased the opponent into a dead end.

She already had nowhere to escape.

Both stopped and started a confrontation.

“You’re truly a good runner, I witnessed your costume changes all the way. I’m very curious, how many disguises do you still have in that backpack of yours?” An Hao smiled looking at that person’s back, a hint of victorious joy in her tone.

The woman didn’t turn around, just gave her a back view: “Why are you chasing me? I haven’t offended you, why are you biting at me?”
