Yu Zi Yu, after scrutinizing the King of Knights for a while, Yu Zi Yu averted his gaze.

After all, it was inappropriate to keep staring at someone for such a long time. In fact, although the King of Knights was a Void Creature, she had once been Human before her transformation.

In this respect, she shared some similarities with Avril.

In terms of behavior and thought processes, they leaned more toward the Myriad Races than the Void Space. Considering this, she could not be entirely regarded as a pure Void Creature.

In fact, one could even say that both the Fallen King of Knights and the Fallen Angel Avril were Yu Zi Yu’s ‘eyes’ in the Void Space, keeping watch over the actions of other Void Creatures on his behalf. After all, who could guarantee that every Void Creature was unwaveringly loyal to him?

With a faint smile, Yu Zi Yu shifted his gaze to the six-winged Fallen Angel Avril standing not far away, and commanded, “Go summon the Amethyst Emperor.”

“Yes, Lord of Corruption,” responded Avril, the corners of her lips curling into a faint, meaningful smile.

[It seems that the true plan is about to unfold.] While this thought flashed in her mind, Avril had already spread her wings, heading into the farther expanse of Void Space, her gaze focused on the galaxy where the Angel Clan resided.

She murmured softly, “We’re ready. Are you?”

Her playful laughter echoed, and a frosty expression spread across her face.

For the Angel Clan that had once nurtured her, she had harbored thoughts of revenge for quite some time now…

…

Three days after the Fallen Angel’s departure…

Yu Zi Yu’s eyelids twitched slightly, as if sensing something.

Moments later, a violet shadow, flickering intermittently across the Void Space, caught his attention. Each flicker sent ripples spreading outward.

From a distance, the afterimages it left behind stretched into a seemingly endless line.

This was the signature technique of Zi Lian—Void Jumps.

By harnessing the Void, he could flicker endlessly… a technique far more terrifying than simple teleportation.

Not only was it silent, but it also consumed an insignificantly small amount of Void Energy.

For someone like Zi Lian, using Void Jumps was as effortless as an ordinary person taking a stroll. It was truly terrifying.

“Master…” A raspy, chilling voice pierced the silence as Yu Zi Yu noticed a petite figure kneeling on one knee before him, radiating absolute reverence.

*Mhmm…* With a slight nod of acknowledgment, Yu Zi Yu asked plainly, “How is the Void Army under your command progressing?”

“One million soldiers are ready,” Zi Lian reported, a glint of pride flickering across his face.

To have assembled an army of a million Void Creatures in just two years was a remarkable feat, a testament to his unparalleled abilities.

In contrast, Fallen Titan had taken far longer to summon a comparable force of Void Creatures. And even then, under Zi Lian’s command were more than ten Tier-5 Void Creatures—an overwhelming advantage compared to Fallen Titan’s mere handful of such subordinates.

“Not bad…” Yu Zi Yu murmured, a rare note of praise lacing his words. Satisfaction flickered in his eyes; Zi Lian had not disappointed him.

Now, with his preparations complete, the moment had come to set his plans in motion.

The imminent assault—two Void Emperors striking at the Angel Clan together—would send shockwaves throughout the universe. It was a spark, a catalyst for chaos in a cosmos that had grown far too tranquil.

Yu Zi Yu no longer found solace in the stillness of the starry sky. For him, stillness equated to silent growth—growth that would allow others to slowly narrow the gap between themselves and him.

At his current level, Yu Zi Yu had reached the limits of advancement; all that remained was the accumulation of time. Yet, during this stillness, experts and races across the cosmos would inevitably rise to challenge his supremacy.

This could not be allowed.

Chaos, therefore, was the perfect remedy—a storm to disrupt the delicate balance of the universe and maintain his dominance.

And now… the time was ripe.

“Pillage and slaughter… under the banner of the Void…” Yu Zi Yu murmured softly, his voice carrying an icy edge. With a commanding tone, he issued his decree, “Zi Lian, heed my orders.”

“Your subordinate is here,” Zi Lian responded promptly, his voice steeped in respect as his expression turned solemn.

“From this day forward, lead your million-strong Void Army to harass the borders of various galaxies. Even the Milky Way, where the Demonic Court resides, must not be spared.”

“Understood.” Zi Lian accepted the command without hesitation. Yet, after a brief pause, a flicker of uncertainty crossed his face. Gathering his courage, he asked, “My Lord, should we truly show no mercy to the Demonic Court?”

“Yes,” Yu Zi Yu replied, his tone grim and resolute. After a moment, he elaborated, “To achieve great things, one cannot be shackled by minor considerations. The raids on the Demonic Court’s borders will serve as a test. From now on, treat them as adversaries. Hold nothing back.”

Zi Lian’s eyes glimmered with understanding.

With his sharp intellect, he swiftly grasped the underlying purpose. By including the Demonic Court in their raids, suspicion would be avoided. If other Forces were attacked while the Demonic Court remained untouched, it would undoubtedly raise questions.

Acknowledging this, Zi Lian straightened his posture and declared firmly, “Master, I will show no restraint.”

“En.” Yu Zi Yu nodded approvingly, his voice soft but laden with meaning. “Some sacrifices are necessary and, ultimately, worthwhile.”

He had chosen not to inform Nine Tails or other key figures of his plan for Zi Lian to target the Demonic Court. There were two reasons for this. First, he feared their reactions—if they acted on their own, they might inadvertently expose his strategy. Second, this was an opportunity to test the current strength of the Demonic Court.

If the Demonic Court could not withstand Zi Lian’s harassment, it would be a bitter disappointment.

More importantly, Yu Zi Yu had instructed Zi Lian to covertly protect the Demonic Court’s core members. Even if their experts faced defeat, none of them would perish under Zi Lian’s watchful eye.

As for the outer members…

Yu Zi Yu dismissed them without a second thought. Minor sacrifices were an inevitable cost of achieving greatness. When the time came to lead the full Void Army against the Angel Clan, the casualties would number in the tens of millions. If he couldn’t stomach minor losses now, there was no point in planning for such a massive campaign.

*Haaaa…* Yu Zi Yu sighed, [Yes. I’ve made up my mind. No changing it now. I will continue threading on this path.]

The strategy was set. Zi Lian would harass the borders of multiple forces, forcing them to divert troops to defend their territories. Meanwhile, Yu Zi Yu would exploit the Void Space—the backside of the universe—to lead his army directly to the Angel Clan’s heartland.

One operation overt, the other covert, each part of the plan working in tandem.

And when the time came, their coordinated efforts would culminate in a single, devastating blow—a fatal strike that would shake the universe to its core.
