Meanwhile, in the northern skies…

*Hiss, hiss, hiss…* Accompanied by a series of high-pitched hisses, a wave of flames surged across the horizon.

Upon closer inspection, it was a succession of Transcendent Monk Vultures burning with blazing flames, as if bathing in flames.

“There it is,” shouting in a joyful voice, White Snake gazed at a distant black speck, her eyes flickering with delight.

As a child of Ice Element, the dense Ice-Attribute Spiritual Energy in the air was like a beacon in the night.

“Excellent.” Nodding her acknowledgment, Nine Tails and Brewmaster exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with smiles, recognizing the fact that their night rush was in vain.

At this moment, as if struck with an idea, Brewmaster suddenly suggested, “Elder Sister, want to have some fun?”

“What do you suggest?” Nine Tails asked in a Human-like voice, smiling.

“Let’s see who can subdue this Polar Bear without destroying this island first.”

“Sure,” Nine Tails agreed with a nod, looking a bit interested.

Having just advanced, they had not had the chance to fully display their full strength.

Unfortunately, despite the island’s size, it was still quite small for them. With their current strength, just a single moment of negligence would send the entire island sinking. So, going all out was out of the question.

And at this moment, hearing Nine Tails’ response, Brewmaster grinned and leaped into the air.

“I’ll go first.” Saying that, his figure descended like a meteor, heading straight for the isolated island below.

“This guy…” Shaking her head helplessly, Nine Tails glanced at White Snake and the three Transcendent Monk Vultures, and instructed, “You guys stay aloft in the sky. If anything happens, provide fire support.”

“Yes, Elder Sister,” White Snake and the Transcendent Monk Vultures responded in unison as a look of anticipation filled their faces, watching Nine Tails treading the air.

In the Era of Transcendence, strength was paramount. And, as one of the most powerful beasts in the Misty Mountains, Nine Tails had naturally won their respect.

On this matter, even the newly arrived Transcendent Monk Vultures did not have other opinions.

And shortly after this…

*Boom!* With a loud noise, the entire island trembled slightly, before a mushroom cloud of flames rose from the center of the island. However, a moment later, a massive iceberg, rising tens of meters from the ground, caught White Snake’s sight.

It was massive and majestic.

Faintly, White Snake and the others even saw a three-meter-high white Bear standing at the peak of the ice mountain.

*Rooaar..* A deep and resonant roar, like that from ancient times, resounded, creating visible sound waves sweeping through the air

Even more astonishingly, winds and snow started howling around the White Bear as a snow storm, dozens of meters in diameter, emerged around the White Bear.

“You are seeking death!” A thunderous shout, akin to a clap of thunder, shook the sky.

At this moment, a black and white Bear, smaller than the white Bear braved against the wind and snow, transforming into a streak of black light.

*Bang…* Claw against claw clashed with each other, erupting with a screech reminiscent of the collision of two cold weapons.

Following that, the corners of White Snake and Transcendent Monk Vultures’ eyes could not help but twitch, when they witnessed the massive iceberg beneath the Bears cracking inch by inch, as if it could not bear their strength.

“It has fully recovered from its injuries,” muttering to herself, White Snake’s eyes could not help but flicker.

The strength of the Polar Bear was something she would never forget.

Bull Demon once said, ‘If there is snow coming down, there’s only one possibility, it’s about to strike again.’

From this, one could easily tell that Polar Bear’s mastery of Ice Element had reached a whole new level.

Even White Snake, who was favored by the Ice Element, would have a difficult time controlling the weather.

The Polar Bear, on the other hand, seemed like the ruler of ice. It brought snow when it moved and spread ice slowly when it remained still.

And now, such a powerful creature was occupying an Ice-Attribute Spirit Stone Mine.

“Uh…”

The corner of White Snake’s eyes started crazily twitching when she realized why the Polar Bear was so much more terrifying than the last time she saw it.

[It must be because it had a geographical advantage. After all, both Elder Sister and Ninth Brother are Fire-Attribute Mutant Beasts. Their combat power is bound to suffer in this frigid weather. Now, they are about to battle the Polar Bear, the ruler of ice.]

But what made White Snake helpless was that despite so many unfavorable factors, her Elder Sister, Nine Tails was not making any move. Instead, she turned into a red streak and began clearing the Polar Bear’s clansmen.

*Squish…* With a claw strike, a Mutant White Bear was inflicted with a gaping wound before it could even react. However, before the blood could spatter, with a boom, a surge of blazing flames swept through the air, vaporizing the blood.

Although she did not want to admit it, Nine Tails seemed to be a bit of a clean freak. Unless necessary, she did not want her fur to get dirty.

And this obsession for cleanliness seemed to have started since the awakening of the Celestial Fox bloodline.

[Perhaps it’s as Master had said, Bloodline Talents are not without side effects, it might have already started to affect me subtly.]

*Boom, boom, boom…” The intense battle shook the entire island. At this moment, at the center of the island, two figures, one large and one small, began a fierce collision, erupting with a deafening clap.

Just the aftermath of their collision left cracks on ice one after another.

However, a moment later…

*Rooaar..* A crazed and angry roar reverberated through the sky as the Polar Bear gathered a cold aura around its right paw.

The next moment…

*Rip!* A sound akin to a silk cloth getting torn rang, as a three-meter-long icy giant claw, pale as frost, tore through the air, heading straight for Brewmaster.

A deafening sound erupted as the inattentive Brewmaster was sent flying hundreds of meters by the icy claw.

From a distance, a trench stretching for dozens of meters could be seen on the island, now resembling an iceberg.

“It’s kinda scary.” Brewmaster slowly crawled out of the deep pit and gazed at the wound on his chest, as blood flowed from it. A glint passed through the depths of his eyes.

Injury was a luxury for him. After all, as a Panda who could devour various minerals, he had an exceptionally tough body. His defense was at least several times more terrifying than the Mutant Beasts of the same rank that excelled in defense. Ordinary Tier-2 Transcendent would find it very difficult to break through his defenses.

Yet now, a Polar Bear with Spiritual Energy far lower than his, with just over 200,000, had torn through his defense.

*Hu…* He exhaled a long, deep breath as a coldness filled the eyes of the usually lazy Brewmaster.

After a moment, he suddenly looked toward the sky, as if he had thought of something, before calmly speaking, “Elder Sister, five minutes.”

With that, Brewmaster’s terrifying aura dissipated before he slumped down on the ground, grabbing a bottle of wine from his waist.

“Five minutes. If you can’t resolve the battle by then, I will tear it to pieces.” With those words, without waiting for Nine Tails to respond, Brewmaster started guzzling his wine, making ‘gulp, gulp’ sounds.

“This guy.” Nine Tails heaved a faint sigh. She could also tell that flames of anger were rising in Brewmaster’s heart.

After all, when all was said and done, he was still a Mutant Beast. Cruelty and ferocity were deeply ingrained in his nature. Brewmaster was already doing a commendable job of suppressing his anger, even though he was injured.

At this moment, she looked at the nearby Polar Bear.

It had only been in close combat for a few breaths but there was already a sunken fist imprint on its chest, and a huge gaping wound on its right arm.

This was the power of Brewmaster. Even when Brewmaster had not gone all out, the Polar Bear could not withstand it.

Unfortunately, Brewmaster got himself injured in a moment of carelessness. For him, this was no different from defeat. That was why he had given up the opportunity to continue and handed it over to Nine Tails.

Presumably, if Nine Tails failed to take down the Polar Bear in five minutes, Brewmaster would unleash his most brutal retaliation upon the Polar Bear.
