“With these three pioneering the northern region, I can be relieved.”

Watching the spectacle caused by the Sarcosuchus and the other two, a slight smile tugged at the corners of Yu Zi Yu’s lips. [I have to admit, Atavistic Mutant Beasts’ strength is indeed beyond the reach of ordinary Mutant Beasts.]

However, right at that very moment, a muttering suddenly rang in the air, “If I were at the Tier-3, I should be able to lift this entire mountain with one hand.”

Although the voice was very soft, Yu Zi Yu still caught it.

“Uh…”

Silently looking at a far-off peak that had already disappeared, the corners of Yu Zi Yu’s lips twitched slightly.

[A single mountain would at least weigh 10 million tones. Even just half a mountain would still weigh at least five million tons. And lifting it with one hand…] Thinking of this scene, Yu Zi Yu’s expression became somewhat peculiar.

But a moment later, he turned his gaze to a certain place, the source of the muttering.

[If it’s that guy, he should be able to do it. After all, his Innate Talent of Strength is not for nothing. When he was just in Tier-0, he already possessed incredible strength, enough for the Transcendent Sarcosuchus to be wary of him. Unfortunately, while his strength is formidable, he is quite small in size. Even after becoming Transcendent, he is still only about the size of a thumb. Fighting with such a small stature would put him at a disadvantage. What if he had become a Transcendent!?]

As if realizing something, Yu Zi Yu turned to the Golden Ant with an intrigued look in his eyes.

“Little one, have you also become a Transcendent?”

“Uh…” With a stunned look on its face, the Golden Ant turned its head slowly, looking at Yu Zi Yu in a daze.

The next moment, its gloomy and ghastly gaze made Yu Zi Yu’s heart skip a beat.

“Ha ha… have I been so busy lately that I haven’t paid attention to you little ones?” Saying so, Yu Zi Yu decisively changed the subject and stated, “Let’s see how much you’ve changed after becoming a Transcendent.”

As soon as he finished speaking, a series of information flowed into Yu Zi Yu’s mind.

Race: Mutant Golden Ant

Rank: Tier-1

Innate Talent: Earthshaking Strength – The Ant Race’s innate talent of strength has evolved again, possessing terrifying potential far surpassing ordinary Innate Talents. Its actual strength is a hundred times that of an ordinary Mutant Ants. It is a true talent of strength.

Abilities: Sharp Scales – Terrifying strength can only be carried by a powerful body. Its body is enveloped in a layer of golden scales resembling armor.

Six Legs – Its sharp and scythe-like legs, under the influence of its terrifying strength, can cut through anything.

Strength Absorption – A terrifying ability born from a deep understanding of strength, it can absorb thirty percent of its opponent’s strength and convert it into its own power, exponentially increasing its strength.

Compared to other Mutant Beasts, the Golden Ant did indeed not have many abilities.

However, looking at the brand new ability, Strength Absorption, Yu Zi Yu’s eyes narrowed slightly.

“This little one is really going further and further on the path of penultimate strength,” Yu Zi Yu marveled, unable to hold himself from sighing.

It was already an incredible strength-based beast, and now, it even possessed the unique ability to absorb this strength, which was not a simple addition as one plus one.

If things did not deviate from the normal course, no Human or Mutant Beast would exist in the future who can compete with the Golden Ant in terms of strength. After all, this proud son of Heaven was born with the penultimate strength, and had truly formidable Innate Talent for strength.

In light of this, the Golden Ant’s statement of lifting the mountain with one hand after reaching Tier-3 proved not to be an empty boast.

But when he thought of it, a strange image emerged in Yu Zi Yu’s mind.

A small, thumb-sized figure, lifting a mountain with one hand and then smashing it… at the enemy…

[No matter what, there’s something wrong with this entire picture…] Shaking his head and dispelling the strange thoughts from his mind, Yu Zi Yu gently patted the Golden Ant and encouraged it , saying, “Keep up the good work. I look forward to the day when I see you lifting a mountain range with one hand.”

“…” Speechless and stunned, the Golden Ant’s face turned slightly stiff.

“Divine Tree, you heard it!?”  The Golden Ant, who had always been cold-hearted, was dumbstruck and appeared a bit distraught. [Perhaps, in terms of Humans, this is called losing face.]

At this moment, as if sensing something, Yu Zi Yu suddenly looked toward the direction of the Himalaya Mountains.

Through the flattened mountains, white streams were flowing over.

“The cold from the north has even started spreading here!?” muttering to himself, Yu Zi Yu began channeling his Spiritual Energy.

A moment later…

*Boom, boom, boom…* The ground trembled as massive undulations, resembling ocean waves made of earth, surged forth, propelling Yu Zi Yu’s towering tree form toward the majestic Himalayan Mountains.

The entrance to the north still required him to guard it.

Moreover, deep beneath the Himalayan Mountains buried  Fire-Attribute Spirit Stone Mines.

As far as he was concerned, it was a great opportunity for him.

By absorbing these Fire-Attribute Spirit Stones, coupled with a large amount of Evolution Points, Yu Zi Yu was confident that he would be able to become an intermediate level Tier 3 Transcendent in a short period, meaning that his Spiritual Energy would break through the 3-4 million mark.

However, the specifics depended on the scale of this Fire-Attribute Spirit Stone Mine.

According to Qing Gang, it was just a small-sized Spirit Stone Mine. In that case, Yu Zi Yu’s cultivation speed would probably be several times slower.

After all, there was not just a difference in scale between small-sized Spirit Stone Mines and medium-sized Spirit Stone Mines, and even large-sized Spirit Stone Mines, but also a difference in the purity of Spirit Stones.

It should be brought to notice that a small-sized Spirit Stone Mine could be used by a small city for several years. A medium-sized Spirit Stone Mine was enough for a small province to use for several years. And a large-sized Spirit Stone Mine could be used by a small nation for several years.

From this, one could glean the disparity between Stone Mines of small, medium, and large sizes.

Of course, using small city to describe the grade of Spirit Stone Mine was merely a subjective classification. In the end, only a minority of people could truly utilize Spirit Stones for their cultivation. Most people may not even know about Spirit Stone Mines.

More importantly, the stronger a person was, the greater was their demand for Spirit Stones.

For someone like Yu Zi Yu, his consumption of Spirit Stones alone could rival that of half a small city.

And this was normal.

The weaker ones could not break through the Transcendent even with tens of thousands of Spiritual Energy. Yet, Yu Zi Yu’s daily consumption would result in the increment of his Spiritual Energy in the hundreds, and possibly even thousands.

However, in contrast to Yu Zi Yu’s over-a-million Spiritual Energy, this rate of Spiritual Energy growth was still slow.

His best choice would be to supplement his cultivation with Spirit Stone Mines and Evolution Points in order to maintain a good cultivation speed.

Nevertheless, this was not without benefits. At the very least, it would be incredibly difficult for other Mutant Beasts to catch up to Yu Zi Yu.

As long as Yu Zi Yu’s Spirit Stone Mines and Evolution Points kept up, he would always be far ahead of other Mutants.

After all, as a plant, his roots are anchored in the earth for thousands of meters.

Yu Zi Yu’s speed of absorbing Spiritual Energy was pretty terrifying.

Except for the deep sea, Yu Zi Yu did not believe that there was any Mutant Beast on the continent whose Spiritual Energy could match or surpass his.

While it was possible for one to become a Tier-3 Transcendent and have a million Spiritual Energy with ample opportunities,  trying to catch up to his current 2.5 million Spiritual Energy was nothing short of a pipe dream.
