Interdimensional Pornstar System

[Do you want to use the Basic Workout Program?]

[Yes]

[Basic Workout Program has been activated!]

”Alright, help me train now?”

Kyle activated the workout program, and suddenly, his surroundings distorted.

*Whoosh!*

His vision blurred for a moment.

”What the hell?”

Before he could even react, his entire body was pulled into a completely different space.

He wasn’t in his apartment anymore.

He was standing inside a gym.

A proper gym.

There were treadmills, benches, dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, squat racks, weight plates, exercise mats, and all kinds of other equipment arranged neatly throughout the enormous enclosed space.

Kyle slowly turned around.

”Damn...”

He looked in every direction.

”I was seriously underestimating this thing...”

His eyes practically sparkled as he took in the pristine equipment.

”This is something else. This place is a full-on fucking gym, goddamn!”

Everything looked brand new.

The machines were spotless, the weights were perfectly organized, and there wasn’t a single other person inside.

It was basically a private gym designed specifically for him.

”Welcome, user.”

Kyle turned around.

A humanoid robot stood behind him.

Its body was sleek and metallic, but its appearance wasn’t intimidating. It looked more like an advanced personal assistant than a combat machine.

”I am your personal trainer. I will assist you throughout your training.”

”Uh... thanks. Nice to meet you!”

Kyle awkwardly raised his hand.

The robot nodded.

”Can you please tell me what your fitness goals are? Do you have any specific areas you wish to excel in, or is there a particular physique you wish to achieve?”

As it spoke, the robot pulled out a tablet and began recording his answers with a digital pen.

’Is this for real?’

Kyle looked around again.

’Goddamn, bro... I was seriously underestimating the system.’

This wasn’t just some ordinary workout program.

It had literally transported him into a private training facility with an AI trainer.

’In real life, this kind of gym and personal training setup would probably cost a fortune.’

”User?”

The robot’s voice interrupted his thoughts.

”Are you alright?”

”Uh, yeah!”

Kyle quickly snapped out of his thoughts.

”I was just thinking about my goals. Is it alright if I get some time to think?”

”Of course.”

The robot calmly lowered the tablet.

”Take all the time you require. Your physique is an important part of your overall health, confidence, and physical capability. Your training should therefore be designed around your actual goals rather than an arbitrary standard.”

”Alright. Thanks.”

Kyle nodded.

The robot stepped back and patiently waited.

Kyle began thinking seriously.

’Alright... what kind of physique do I actually want?’

He didn’t want to become some enormous bodybuilder.

That wasn’t what he was looking for.

He wanted something athletic.

Something that looked good in normal clothes but became impressive when he took his shirt off.

’A V-taper...’

Broad shoulders, a relatively narrow waist, visible abs amd good arms.

A lean physique.

He also wanted to be genuinely strong rather than simply looking strong.

And there was another thing.

’If I’m going to... have sex and record porn’

’I also need good stamina.’

He didn’t want to become the kind of guy who looked athletic but became exhausted after a few minutes of physical activity.

’I want to look aesthetic, stay lean, have good strength, and have a ridiculous amount of stamina.’

Kyle nodded to himself.

’I guess I know.’

He turned toward the robot.

”I’ve decided.”

”Please state your objectives.”

Kyle began listing them.

”I want an athletic and aesthetic physique. Something with broad shoulders, a V-taper, a relatively narrow waist, visible abs, decent arms, and overall low body fat.”

He paused.

”I don’t want to become ridiculously bulky. I want to look strong and athletic.”

The robot recorded everything.

”Additional objectives?”

”I want good overall strength.”

”Noted.”

”And stamina. A lot of stamina.”

”Cardiovascular endurance?”

”Yeah. That too.”

”Flexibility?”

”Good enough that I don’t feel like an old man whenever I move.”

”Understood.”

Kyle thought for another moment.

”Oh, and I want my physique to be attractive.”

The robot remained completely expressionless.

”Noted.”

Kyle scratched his cheek.

”That’s basically it.”

The robot finished entering the information.

”Understood. I will create a training program based on your objectives, current physical condition, available time, recovery capacity, and progression potential.”

”Sounds good.”

The robot suddenly scanned him from head to toe.

A faint blue light passed across Kyle’s body.

*Beep.*

”Assessment complete.”

A holographic screen appeared.

[

INITIAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Strength: Low

Cardiovascular Endurance: Low

Muscular Endurance: Very Low

Flexibility: Average

Mobility: Average

Body Composition: Requires Improvement

Training Experience: Beginner

Primary Goals:

- Build Lean Muscle

- Reduce Excess Body Fat

- Develop V-Taper

- Improve Core Strength

- Improve Cardiovascular Endurance

- Improve Overall Physical Performance

]

Kyle stared at the assessment.

”Damn...”

He couldn’t even argue with it.

”Alright. So where do we start?”

The robot pointed toward the exercise area.

”Your first session will focus on establishing your baseline and teaching you proper movement patterns.”

Kyle nodded.

”Let’s do it.”

---

The first exercise was push-ups.

Kyle immediately felt confident.

”I already did twelve earlier.”

The robot looked at him.

”Twelve consecutive repetitions?”

”Yeah.”

”Very well. Begin.”

Kyle got into position.

”Easy.”

He lowered himself.

”One...”

”Two...”

”Three...”

By the sixth repetition, his arms were already beginning to tremble.

”Seven...”

”Eight...”

His breathing became heavier.

”Nine...”

”Ten...”

His muscles were burning.

”Eleven...”

”Tw—”

*Thud!*

Kyle collapsed.

He stared at the floor.

”...Fuck.”

The robot calmly recorded the result.

”Your muscular endurance is currently poor.”

”Thanks for the fucking compliment.”

”You are welcome.”

Kyle glared at it.

The robot continued.

”Rest for sixty seconds.”

After the rest period, the robot moved him through several beginner exercises.

Bodyweight squats.

Incline push-ups.

Planks.

Lunges.

Crunches.

Light dumbbell exercises.

Basic rowing movements.

Then cardiovascular training.

By the end, Kyle’s entire body was shaking.

His shirt was soaked in sweat, his legs felt like jelly and his arms were barely cooperating.

He collapsed onto the gym mat.

”I’m...”

He sucked in a breath.

”I’m fucking dead.”

”You are not dead.”

The robot replied calmly.

”You are experiencing normal fatigue associated with an appropriately challenging beginner workout.”

”Feels like death.”

”Your dramatic response has been noted.”

”Fuck you.”

---

After Kyle had recovered enough to stand, the robot summoned another screen.

”Your first training session is complete.”

Kyle wiped the sweat from his forehead.

”Finally...”

”However, training alone will not achieve your desired physique.”

”What else do I need?”

”Nutrition.”

The robot displayed another interface.

[

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

Primary Objectives:

- Adequate Protein

- Controlled Caloric Intake

- Sufficient Micronutrients

- Adequate Hydration

- Sustainable Meal Plan

]

”Before I create your nutritional plan, I need some information.”

”Alright.”

”What is your approximate food budget?”

Kyle immediately became awkward.

”Uh...”

The robot waited.

”I don’t have a huge budget.”

”Please provide an approximate amount.”

Kyle gave it his realistic budget.

The robot processed the information.

”Understood. Your initial plan will prioritize inexpensive, readily available foods while maintaining sufficient protein and micronutrient intake.”

Kyle blinked.

”So you’re actually adjusting the diet according to my budget?”

”Of course. A diet that you cannot consistently afford is not an effective diet.”

Kyle nodded.

”That actually makes sense.”

The robot continued.

”Please list the foods you currently have regular access to.”

Kyle began listing the foods he normally bought.

”Rice, wheat flour, lentils, chicken, fish, eggs sometimes... well, depending on the price. Milk, curd, cheese...”

He thought for a moment.

”Vegetables too. Oats sometimes. And I can get protein supplements through the system.”

The robot processed the information for a few seconds.

”Excellent. You already have access to several high-quality protein sources. This gives us considerably more flexibility when designing your diet.”

A new screen appeared.

[

BEGINNER NUTRITION PLAN

Primary Protein Sources:

Chicken

Fish

Eggs

Milk

Curd

Cheese

Lentils

Protein Supplement

Secondary Protein Sources:

Oats

Rice

Wheat

Other legumes

Carbohydrate Sources:

Rice

Oats

Potatoes

Other whole grains

Micronutrient Sources:

Seasonal Vegetables

Fruits

Fish

Dairy

Multivitamin Supplement

Recommended:

Adequate daily protein

Consistent meal timing

Sufficient water intake

Fruits and vegetables every day

Moderate dietary fat

High-fiber foods

Adequate sleep and recovery

]

Kyle looked through the list.

”So basically, I can eat normal food and just make sure I’m actually getting enough protein and not stuffing myself with garbage?”

”Essentially.”

The robot paused.

”However, your budget must also be considered. How much can you comfortably spend on food each day?”

Kyle gave the robot his approximate budget.

It processed the information immediately.

”Understood. Based on your budget, I recommend prioritizing the most affordable protein sources available to you and using more expensive options such as fish or meat when they fit within your daily allowance.”

”So I don’t have to eat chicken and fish every single day?”

”Correct. Your diet should be sustainable. There is no requirement to consume an expensive protein source every day when cheaper alternatives can fulfill the same nutritional purpose.”

Kyle nodded.

”That makes sense.”

”What should I avoid?”

The robot answered immediately.

”Nothing needs to be completely forbidden unless medically necessary. However, you should limit foods that make it difficult to control your calorie intake or provide little nutritional value.”

Another list appeared.

[

LIMIT

Excessive sugary drinks

Frequent deep-fried foods

Excessive sweets

Highly processed snacks

Excessive fast food

Excessive alcohol

Unnecessary calorie-dense foods

]

Kyle nodded.

”So basically, don’t eat like an idiot.”

”An accurate simplification.”

Kyle laughed.

”Fair enough.”

The robot continued.

”Your nutritional plan will be adjusted according to your body composition, training performance, recovery, food budget, and available food sources.”

Kyle looked at the screen again.

”So I don’t need some expensive bodybuilder diet?”

”No.”

”And I don’t need to buy ten different supplements?”

”No. Supplements are intended to supplement your diet, not replace it.”

Kyle nodded approvingly.

”And I can still build the physique I want?”

”With consistent training, appropriate nutrition, adequate recovery, and sufficient time, you can make substantial improvements to your physique and physical performance.”

Kyle grinned.

”Alright.”

He clenched his fists.

”Then let’s fucking do this.”

The robot nodded.

”Training session two will begin tomorrow.”
