The Dark Rebirth of Pandora: Revenge of the Abyss

Chapter 132: Anger, hatred and remnants

”And these are the weather reports from your time away from Pandora, and everything is ready for you to go train on August 10th,” Elena says as we finish our little meeting.

’Damn shit pigs’ The beast men are preparing to declare war on me, they will probably be the first race to officially try to kill me.

”Is there anything else I need to know, Elena?” I ask her as I throw the papers on the table.

”I think that’s it for now, of course there are also the issues of the city’s water and food supply, the thousands of Shogo’s offspring, the black Python hatchling, and also the queen of the vampires who is not really an ally and we need to see if she will be a problem,” Elena says, which are not really that relevant.

”For the water supply, create a canal and a dam, connect the east river to the canal and form a dam near the river, in the dam we will use artifacts to purify the contaminated river water and after that the canal should carry the water to the city.” The water in the demon realm is simply terrible, the waters in the river are pure poison and miasma, and must be purified before consumption.

”About how to deal with the miasma in the water...I think if we use purification relics imbued with [sacred] and [destruction] elements, we’ll be able to do the whole process,” Elena jots down what I’m saying in a small notebook.

”As for the food supply, we can alter the route by cutting through the middle of the city and passing near the castle, we can set up 3 checkpoints to avoid problems with one at each end and another in the middle of the route that will pass here near the castle.”

The route will pass near the castle, but will still be a good distance away to prevent troublesome people from trying to use this route to get here.

”Uhum...any special orders for the people at the checkpoints, Pandora?” Elena asks as she finishes writing.

”Capture any suspicious person and take them to the prison here in the castle, if they resist you can incapacitate them regardless of the damage, and if they attack to kill, you can also attack to kill.”

”About Shogo’s offspring...” I think about what to do with the huge amount of them.

”Maybe...use them as food? Ask Shogo if she wants them all alive or just part, if she says we can use them, you’ll use those tentacles as food.”

”Oh, I remember, also collect that white goo that Shogo produces during sex, we’ll use that as raw material and product and sell it to add to the treasury.”

”As for the black Python...do whatever you want with her for now,” I don’t care much for the black Python anyway, I can’t evolve her yet.

”And I’ll deal with the queen of the vampires another time.”

I get up from the chair and stretch a little, reading, listening and planning things for hours is more tedious than I would like it to be.

”I think I’ll take a sweet for Zephyra,” I murmur as I leave the room, leaving Elena to fulfill my requests.

”Hey maid, send the cook to make a sweet, it should be light and tasty with a mixture of strawberry, chocolate and honey, and after the sweet is done, it should be taken to my chambers,” I tell the first maid I see.

”Understood Your Majesty,” she says as she goes to fulfill my request. I walk excitedly to the bedroom, I have to take advantage of this time with Zephyra since I have to go train for a while in a few days.

”I wonder if she’s better now? She seemed so sad, I’m sure I can cheer her up somehow.” I needed to show her the price of messing with me, but I won’t do anything bad to her if she behaves, it was just this first time, now I’m sure she understands my love.

I arrive at my room excitedly.

”Maids, how is Zephyra, did she ask for anything?” I ask the 6 maids I asked to keep an eye on Zephyra, after all she could still try to escape, the color of her emotions is not reliable.

”She only asked to be left alone, Your Majesty, as you ordered us to obey her requests, we no longer interact with her.”

’Who are these maids anyway? Who cares’ I don’t remember these maids, they’re not the same ones who took care of my dress, although I asked them to keep an eye on her.

”Hey, where are the other maids?” I ask out of curiosity.

”They are currently taking care of the black Python, the black Python is a little restless, so it needs many caregivers to clean and feed the black Python.”

’I see...’ It makes sense since the maids who take care of my clothes are responsible for areas more related to the care of a living thing.

I take a deep breath and put on the gentlest smile I can, although I feel a strange magical wave.

’Is there some artifact working in my room?...but I didn’t ask for anything...’ I decide to ignore it.

”Zephyra, I’m here, are you better now?” I ask as I open the door.

”Zephyra?” I look around, I walk to the bed that has her scent.

”...Zephyra, answer me now...” I go to the bathroom door and enter, but there’s nothing, I go to the closet door but it’s empty too.

”Sharks...look for anything alive in the bedroom area.” My sharks quickly react, but don’t find anything, I use my mana to try to find her but there’s nothing, the scent of her in the room is also faint, showing that she hasn’t been here for a while.

”Ha..hahaha” I laugh, a somber and blood-thirsty laugh.

”She escaped...SHE ESCAPED”

CRACK BOOM!

I explode the bedroom door with a kick, then grab the first maid I see by the neck.

Crack!

I hear a snap as I break her neck, still not satisfied, I slam her head hard against the wall, exploding her head while I’m covered in blood.

”LISTEN UP YOU FUCKING BITCHES, HOW COULD YOU LET ZEPHYRA ESCAPE?” I scream at the other maid, while using [Shadow Sculpture] to capture all the maids responsible for this.

I start to dismember one of them, disassembling her like a doll while the blood splatters.

My rage explodes beyond measure.

”WON’T YOU SAY ANYTHING, YOU WHORES?” I start to beat another maid against the walls like a rag doll, hearing the cracks of her bones as the shadows beat her from side to side.

’WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY?’ I can only think why? Why did she escape?

Not how she escaped, but why she escaped? It doesn’t make sense, I showed her my love, told her everything she needed to know so she could understand how much I love her.

As I think about this, several shadow tentacles pierce the body of another maid, filling her with holes.

The maids don’t even have time to really answer me as they are trapped in the shadow tentacles while I kill them mercilessly.

”You paid dearly for this...this failure is unforgivable.” I start to enter my room, my rage consuming my mind, at the same time that I become absurdly calm.

...

...

...

”Lilith-sama, Nyx-sama, Kaos-sama, did you feel that?” One of my assistants says as I feel a disturbing aura, it’s not very strong but it’s gloomy and dense with a thirst for blood that even surpasses that of my true form.

”Let’s go now,” I tell Nyx and Kaos as we quickly go to the castle, we were overseeing the construction of the church, but this aura is more important.

It came from the castle of His Majesty, and it reminds me a lot of His Majesty’s, almost instantly we cover the distance, appearing at the castle, the 3 of us enter and go to where we feel this aura.

We soon arrive at the location from which such an aura comes, and the bedroom of His Majesty, we see that the hallway is covered in blood and body parts, while a strange black liquid is in some places.

The 3 of us enter His Majesty’s bedroom and quickly spot His Majesty, he is torturing a maid.

In His Majesty’s bedroom I see many dead maids, some are full of holes while others have been torn to pieces, some unlucky ones seem to have had their stomachs opened while they were alive and were suffocated with their own internal organs.

The sight is disgusting and in a way would frighten any unprepared mind, this brutality could only come from a monster like me, making it clear that His Majesty did this.

”Haaa...” I sigh, this will be problematic to resolve, I quickly form a barrier when I am attacked by a kind of black tentacle.

”Your Majesty, it’s me, Lilith.” Pandora looks at me as he tears off the maid’s head and throws it on the floor.

”What do you want? I’m busy.” I see a strange black liquid dripping from some parts of His Majesty, it’s different from the shadows he’s manipulating.

”I came to help Your Majesty.” I say respectfully, I notice that Nyx is excited, but of course she would be, it’s been a while since we’ve seen a scene like this, for a monster this scene is something wonderful and Pandora’s aura is quite exciting too.

I think I even got a little wet.

”Help?...Zephyra escaped and the maids not only failed to notice there was a relic in the room, but they also couldn’t find her, so I’m punishing these incompetents who failed me,” Pandora says in a cold and sadistic tone.

”Your Majesty, do you need me to find the Queen?” I myself approved Pandora’s union with Zephyra, so officially they are both married.

”No need, I already found her...but I’m thinking of what to do with Zephyra.” As soon as Pandora said the queen had fled, I tried to use magic but couldn’t find her, how did Pandora find her?

”Does Your Majesty need me to do anything?” I ask.

”Yes...I need you to heal Zephyra, I think she still hasn’t really understood to whom she belongs.”

”...could you tell me the type of injury?”

”...I will dismember Zephyra..again...and again, I’ve already given her a chance, and she repaid it with a stupid escape.” Pandora says coldly.

”That’s...” I was going to say what I think, but Nyx interrupts.

”AMAZING, that’s right Your Majesty is correct,” Nyx beside me says excitedly at what she heard, Kaos doesn’t seem too sure about it.

”Nyx, shut up,” I say angrily to Nyx, on another occasion I wouldn’t find that bad, but in this case it’s bad.

”Nyx, look closely at Your Majesty,” I murmur to Nyx, soon Nyx notices that black goo dripping from Pandora.

”Your Majesty, I’m sorry, but that’s not amazing at all, couldn’t you reconsider and give a slightly lighter punishment?” Nyx says without that initial excitement.

This black goo seems to be derived from Pandora’s true form, it would be bad if he transformed into his true form without knowing how to control it.

”...Then how about you take the consequences, Lilith, Nyx, Kaos,” Pandora says, looking at me.

”S-Sure?” Kaos says nervously, surprised by the turnaround.

”I’m very angry...yes, I think I’m even angrier than when Elena tried to abandon me...so I’m going to fuck you until this rage is over, how about it?” Pandora says authoritatively.

The three of us stare at each other for a moment, we are monsters, our basic instincts are mainly focused on destroying, killing, reproducing and eating, basically we are very guided by instincts.

And now for Pandora, he needs to unload the rage on something, and there are only two options, violence or sex, one of the two options must be chosen.

”I accept, Your Majesty, so after retrieving our queen, I’ll let you play with my body.” I can’t let Pandora be in danger, sacrificing my body is nothing, even if he breaks me, it’s my duty as a saint to take care of His Majesty’s needs.

”Great, but I’ll still punish Zephyra, so you’ll come with me.” The three of us nod as we prepare.
