CEO's Reborn Wife

Therefore, we who are growing up or growing old, possessing the healthy bodies that Nia once dreamed of, should take a good look at this world on her behalf.

We are healthy, so it feels like we still have a lot of time.

Thus, we should cherish our health even more.

Nia will forever remain in our memories. I will carry the remembrance of her and live earnestly every day for the rest of my life. —Jane Sampson.

After posting this twitter update, Jane Sampson went offline and didn’t wait to see what her fans would comment.

James Black saw the twitter update while on the training ground at the base. This update made him understand how Nia’s passing affected Jane Sampson in particular ways.

James Black figured out that Nia’s death due to an illness made Jane Sampson pay more attention to her own health.

So, even if she had no appetite, Jane Sampson would ensure she eats and rests on time because she wants to stay healthy and alive.

Nia’s passing made Jane Sampson suddenly see the fragile nature of illness.

Jane Sampson was born premature, almost growing up immersed in medicine pots, so her health wasn’t the best.

Jane Sampson realized she still has many concerns and attachments in this world. She has so many loved ones here, so she wants to remain healthy forever.

Being alive is a fortunate thing because as long as you are alive, you can do what you want and accomplish unfinished things.

At this time, Jane Sampson is still filming on the set. James Black put away his mobile phone after reading the update, and waited until over seven o’clock in the evening to call Jane Sampson after learning from Coco Edwards that she had finished dinner.

Jane Sampson was studying the script when she directly answered the call from James Black with a greeting.

”Finished with work? How much longer until you can return to Capital City?” James Black asked.

Initially, Jane Sampson said a week at most, but her script got postponed because of Nia’s passing, so James Black knew she wouldn’t return in one week.

”Maybe a few more days.” Jane Sampson placed the script next to her, laughing softly, ”Do you especially miss me? You haven’t seen me for a week; are you longing for me day and night?”

This question was overly playful, making James Black unable to hold back his laughter.

Thinking of how Jane Sampson had been a bit unhappy these past two days, he responded with an ”Hmm” to cheer her up a bit, ”I do miss you, who wouldn’t when the wife is both cute and beautiful.”

A wooden person shouldn’t speak sweet words, but when they do, it’s quite deadly.

Jane Sampson’s face blushed; she might be narcissistic and vain, but she can only brag so shamelessly as a joke.

Hearing James Black’s serious compliment made her feel unbearable.

”Aren’t you going to ask if I miss you?” Jane Sampson covered her cheeks, simply setting the mobile phone to speakerphone mode.

Coco Edwards had already gone back to her room to wash, so Jane Sampson was alone in the room, and there was no issue with what the couple said being shameless.

”No need to ask.” James Black knows his wife well; Jane Sampson is too familiar with him and asking such questions will just make him feel unpleasant.

He’s never expected Jane Sampson to not tease him one day.
