Chapter 2135: Chapter 2143: I’m Dressed

”He’s just a paper tiger, I’m not afraid of him at all now.” Jane Sampson was smug.

”Not afraid? If you have the guts, shout the words ’paper tiger’ loudly towards the room upstairs. Just shout, ’James Black, you’re nothing but a paper tiger, I’m Jane Sampson and I’m not afraid of you at all!’” Coco Edwards made a inviting gesture. ”Come on, start your performance.”

Jane Sampson was so speechless from the banter that she punched Coco Edwards several times in frustration, ”Can’t you be nicer to me? Can’t you hope for me to be better! If I really shout that, I’ll be disciplined by him!”

”Is it my fault then?” Coco Edwards shrugged, ”If you’re cowardly, then just accept your fate.”

Jane Sampson was nearly knocked out by Coco Edwards’ words.

However, the makeup artist next to them was amused by the two, and with that laughter, the atmosphere in the living room relaxed.

Today’s occasion didn’t have many requirements for Jane Sampson’s makeup. Jane was naturally beautiful, so the makeup artist only gave her a light makeup, no heavy makeup.

Seeing the makeup done, Coco Edwards handed the pink dress to Jane Sampson, ”Go upstairs to change, and if there’s a spot you can’t reach, let your Father Black help you. Once you’ve changed, quickly come down, we don’t have much time.”

Jane Sampson responded with an ’okay’, held onto the clothes without looking, and bounced upstairs.

James Black was in the bedroom. When Jane Sampson entered, he was sitting on the balcony and glanced at Jane Sampson, seeing her carrying the clothes into the cloakroom, knowing she was going to change clothes.

Thus, James Black started sitting there, staring unblinkingly in the direction of the cloakroom, waiting to see Jane Sampson come out wearing the clothes.

This wait lasted five minutes.

Seeing no one come out, James Black stepped towards the cloakroom, knocked on the door, and asked through the door, ”Need me to come in and help you? Is the zipper unreachable?”

”Oh, no need, no need, I’m dressed.” Jane Sampson quickly replied, afraid James Black would suddenly push the door open, so she swiftly turned around, directly facing the wardrobe, avoiding the mirror, and also the doorway.

Jane Sampson sighed worriedly.

Did James Black see the entire back of this dress last night when he picked it out, with nothing but a layer of thin gauze covering it?

The entire dress design was very simple, but surprisingly the highlight was the back.

Honestly, Jane Sampson really thought the dress looked beautiful, with its long sleeves and ethereal design, the gauze fell with a drape-like feeling, as she walked it seemed like flowers blooming with each step.

Turning around, the back design was exposed, from afar it looked like there was nothing, but only from up close could the thin gauze be seen, truly a melding of sexy and youthful without contradiction.

Jane Sampson mumbled, maybe he saw it last night? But because there was a layer of gauze, he didn’t mind?

Outside, James Black was still waiting, and Jane Sampson, with a mindset of ’what if’, opened the door.

”Does it look good?” Jane Sampson asked James Black tentatively with nervous anticipation.

”Not bad.” James Black didn’t hesitate to praise Jane Sampson at this moment, ”Looks good, spin around and let me have a look.”

Spin around?

Spinning was not going to happen.

As long as she still wants to wear this stunning dress out, she would never spin around to let James Black see it in this lifetime.

”Short on time, no spins, I’m headed downstairs.” Jane Sampson flashed her small white teeth in a smile at James Black, then picked up the skirt hem and walked sideways like a crab while saying, ”Take a good look if it looks good.”

Once she reached the doorway, she waved her hand at James Black, exited the room, and only then did she spin around, holding onto the skirt hem, fleeing like she was escaping down the stairs.
