CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1100: Chapter 1108: Gone for One Month

”Just because you called me Monkey King Sampton, I’m not quite in the mood to answer your question, what should I do?” Jane Sampson blinked her eyes and sat down in her spot.

”Monkey King Sampton is a title that fully lives up to your hand-stretching reputation,” Hibiscus Wood replied in a good mood and then said, ”I heard that your Jane Joy studio has been established, congratulations to you.”

Jane Sampson calculated the time and suddenly remembered that it had happened yesterday, so she nodded her head quickly to give thanks.

Rock Bell had always been busy with the studio’s matters, with Jane Sampson working here, the distance was long, and they were both busy, so Rock Bell didn’t always make calls to Jane Sampson.

Anyway, if there was anything, Rock Bell only needed to make a call to James Black, and there would be nothing they couldn’t solve.

”The name of the studio is very nice,” the makeup artist complimented.

Jane Sampson smiled with her eyebrows and eyes bent, the name had been decided after James Black and Rock Bell had discussed it.

Jane Sampson’s involvement was merely chatting with Rock Bell for half an hour, adding one name after another to the list of candidates, making Rock Bell also feel it was hard to choose until he finally, with a wave of his hand, passed the task on to James Black.

The final name was a combination of one character from each of Rock Bell’s and Jane Sampson’s two favorite names.

After Jane Sampson sat down, Coco Edwards quickly poured her a cup of hot boiled water, which she could drink or just hold to keep warm.

”Is it true that people in the southland are more prone to rheumatism than those in the Northland? After staying in this winter climate for a long time, we, who are natives of the Northland, are really not accustomed to it,” Jane Sampson’s makeup artist came out of the small room, continued the conversation, and then moved a chair to sit by Jane’s side.

She was about to do Jane Sampson’s makeup when Jane Sampson’s mobile phone suddenly rang.

”You go ahead and take the call,” the makeup artist smiled at Jane Sampson.

With a hum, Jane Sampson wondered who would be making a call at this time and took it out to see it was actually from Bright Sampton.

On seeing this, a smile immediately spread across Jane Sampson’s face.

It had been about two months since she last saw Bright Sampton, and while Bright’s work seemed to be quite easy, Jane Sampson knew that his daily contact tasks were really not light.

”Hello, this early?” Jane Sampson was surprised that Bright Sampton would get up so early.

”Yep, just got up to relieve my hand and suddenly remembered something we talked about in the meeting last night. I’m afraid if I don’t tell you now, I might forget it after I wake up,” Bright Sampton said while yawning, clearly lacking sleep, as he had trained late into the night yesterday before resting.

”What is it?” Jane Sampson was always very patient with Bright Sampton, but listening to his sleepy yawns, she too was struggling not to start nagging.

”I’m leaving for Y fruit the day after tomorrow, for a month, for some intensive pre-competition training. I might not play this time, but as a reserve, I need to train for a month as well,” Bright Sampton explained, ”I just wanted to let you know, I’ll be abroad for a month. Sometimes, my phone may be unreachable, don’t worry. There’s a time difference between here and there, sometimes when I’m sleeping I may switch off my phone.”

”Going away for a month? That long?” Jane Sampson was taken aback.

”Yes, by the way, is there anything you need from me? If so, send it to me before I return home. We should have some free time before we return to our country; then I can go out and buy it for you.” Bright Sampton rubbed his eyes and sat up, ”I’ll buy it for you then.”
