I Can Gain One Skill Point Per Second

Chapter 126: Chapter 126: Third Advancement Success! Golden Legend, Rare Profession Series!

Nangong Ling shook his head, ”I don’t know where either.”

”But in the whole of Xia, surely someone knows where it is.”

”Just wait for the news.”

Before long, the three kinds of rare materials required for Lin Yi’s third job change were delivered.

Lin Yi submitted the three materials.

The third job change task was half completed.

As for the other half, news also came from Nangong Ling’s side.

”The Dungeon of Treasure Bay is located somewhere in the South Sea of our Xia, almost spanning the entire north and south of Xia from here...”

”Your job change task really knows how to pick them.”

”I feel like you’ve hit the jackpot, haha!”

Lin Yi was a bit puzzled, ”Now that I know it’s in the South Sea, do I need to go there to raid the dungeon?”

Nangong Ling smiled and shook his head, ”It’s time to show you the connections of Shenxiao.”

”Do you know what outsourcing means?”

”Among professionals, there’s a service called carrying the boss in raids.”

”As the boss, you just need to pay those workers, and they’ll team up with you. You don’t even need to enter the dungeon; you can lie at home, and they’ll go into the dungeon, kill monsters, and fight bosses. The experience points gained will naturally be shared with you.”

”Most noble families’ children use this method to level up at the beginning of their job awakening.”

”Today, you can also experience being the boss.”

”We’ve already contacted the nearest Professional Alliance Association at Treasure Bay and had them send an elite team of fourth-job professionals to head to the dungeon entrance.”

”Just wait for their party invitation.”

Lin Yi was stunned.

Whoa, is this even possible?

A fully automatic dungeon raid!

Indeed, in this world, money can move mountains.

Poverty before had limited his imagination.

”Senior, earlier, because of the Descent Abyss dungeon, you didn’t explain to me the types of dungeons in our Dungeon Sanctuary. Can you explain it in detail now?”

Since there was nothing to do while waiting here.

Lin Yi began to inquire with Nangong Ling about how he should allocate his dungeon runs next.

Nangong Ling nodded at his words.

”Indeed, since we have time now, let me briefly explain it to you.”

”Let’s start with the four major categories and four minor categories.”

”First, the first of the four major categories, level.”

”Level mainly affects job changes, where each job change is a significant leap in combat power. This is especially evident after the fourth change.”

”So it’s the core of combat power among cores.”

”That’s why my first major suggestion for allocating dungeon runs is to give the most number of runs to experience dungeons.”

”The largest type of dungeon in the Dungeon Sanctuary is the experience dungeon, which has more monsters and more generous experience rewards.”

”The Sky Temple you raided before is this type of dungeon.”

Lin Yi nodded.

Level is certainly the most important.

Because the improvements from each job change are nothing to scoff at.

”Having finished discussing level, you understand the importance of skills. Now let’s talk about equipment.”

”This is probably the part you’re least familiar with. After all, in Xia, equipment above the gold level is strictly limited.”

”However, our Shenxiao is an exception.”

”It enjoys the same privileges as the Professional Alliance Army.”

”As long as you’re still a member of Shenxiao, your raiding, wearing, and trading of any equipment will not be interfered with by the state.”

”Of course, the premise is that you don’t circulate equipment above the gold level to the public. That remains a high-voltage line; don’t even touch it.”

”Equipment transactions between all students at our academy and with the Xia Professional Alliance Army are unrestricted.”

”Alright, I believe you already know this, so I won’t say more.”

”The quality of equipment largely depends on its grade and whether it’s a set.”

”Black Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond.”

”This is probably the equipment grading division you’re familiar with at the moment?”

Lin Yi nodded.

During high school, he knew only these six divisions.

Nangong Ling shook his head, ”Equipment of these six grades are akin to trash in the eyes of true powerhouses.”

”Do you know why?”

Lin Yi was a bit dumbfounded.

Wait, even diamond-grade equipment is considered trash?

Does that mean the platinum-grade Eternal Rest Set he’s wearing is also useless?

”It’s not that these grades of equipment don’t have good effects.”

”Some set effects and unique equipment effects can often work wonders for certain classes.”

”When I say trash, it’s because this grade of equipment cannot become stronger!”

”Just as skills have three enhancement paths, equipment also has ways to be enhanced.”

”Reinforcement and enchantment!”

”Only equipment above the Shining Star grade unlock these two features.”

”Equipment reinforcement can enhance the attribute and attack power boosts provided by the entire piece, while equipment enchantment can offer additional attribute boosts, give you an extra skill, or provide extra attribute damage, etc.”

”From a purely attribute-enhancement perspective.”

”The attributes gained from a professional’s level growth and free attribute points cannot compare to perfectly crafted equipment.”

”A set of top-quality equipment is the main source of high attributes for most powerhouses, and its boost to combat power is terrifying.”

”Therefore, junior, you should allocate some dungeon runs specifically to equipment dungeons to farm at least Shining Star-grade equipment.”

”Then consider farming materials related to equipment reinforcement to strengthen your gear.”

”Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you.”

”There are currently five grades above the diamond level.”

”They are Shining Star, Moonlight, Sun, Epic, and Legendary!”

”Some specific dungeons on the first floor of the Dungeon Sanctuary can only yield Shining Star-grade equipment, but for you at your current stage, it’s already a tremendous upgrade.”

”Once you obtain a set of equipment, if you know a few blacksmiths who can reinforce equipment, that would be even better.”

Upon hearing this, Lin Yi thought of Sun Dachuan.

With their previous camaraderie from the Heart of the Swarm, Lin Yi’s later equipment reinforcement and repair issues should all be handled by Sun Dachuan.

[Ding! You have received a party invitation from professional: Long Aotian. Accept?]

A sudden prompt sounded in Lin Yi’s ear.

Lin Yi was at a loss of where to even begin expressing his surprise.

Seeing Lin Yi’s expression, Nangong Ling asked, ”Did Mr. Long invite you to party up?”

Lin Yi, ”Is the Mr. Long you’re referring to named Long Aotian?”

Nangong Ling nodded, ”Yes, he is the vice president of the Nanhai Province Professional Association. Haha, his name may sound ostentatious, but he’s actually a very approachable and humble uncle.”

Lin Yi accepted the party invitation.

Soon in the party interface, he saw the names of the other three members.

They were: Ye Fan, Xiao Yan, Luo Feng.

This is solid, a professional team!

These people placed in another novel could take on multiple final bosses alone.

Sure enough, in less than five minutes.

Lin Yi received a notification that the dungeon was cleared, and the task was completed.

[Congratulations on successfully changing jobs!]

[You have advanced to: Advanced Mage (Third Job)!]

[You have acquired new skills: Rock Ball, Elemental Counteraction!]

[Your spirit attribute value and benefit of attribute point allocation have increased!]

Lin Yi was taken aback.

Rock Ball??

Whoa! This job change yielded a golden legend!

This is a gravity-related skill!!!
