I Can Gain One Skill Point Per Second

Chapter 43: Chapter 43: You Call This Purgatory Difficulty?

”Yes!”

The staff at the examination center immediately began operating the Spirit Crystal to retrieve the data.

In fact, searching for the relevant data is very simple and easy.

After all, among the professionals who made it to the global dungeon Hall of Fame, only tens of thousands exist worldwide. Excluding foreign names, solely Da Xia people, the chance of having duplicate names is extremely low.

Sure enough, searching for Lin Yi’s name.

Soon, a dungeon record appeared before everyone.

[Special Dungeon: City of Fading Light, Feilieka (Permanently Removed)]

[Dungeon Level: LV.25]

[Dungeon Difficulty: A+]

[Dungeon Profession Restriction: Mage, Priest]

[Best Dungeon Clear Record: 0 hours 2 minutes 42 seconds]

[Record Holder: Lin Yi]

The conference room erupted in shock.

”Ah? It’s this dungeon!”

”This dungeon was globally announced just over ten days ago, and permanently removed!”

”Was he the last person to clear it?”

”Oh...look at his clearance time!”

”Ah? Over two minutes??”

”Wasn’t the dungeon’s clearance requirement about surviving for a time limit? I recall the requirement being to survive for 3 hours!”

”Correct, I also remember. I personally wrote the strategy for this dungeon and uploaded it to our province’s strategy center.”

Qi Guoguang fell into deep thought.

He stared fixedly at Lin Yi on the large screen.

What appeared in his mind, however, was the image from over ten days ago from Tianshui Academy’s uploaded video during the meeting with his Professional Alliance’s members—a figure engulfed in blue flames!

In the next moment.

Lin Yi’s figure suddenly overlapped with the image in his mind he temporarily named Abyss Flame Emperor!

Body shape, aura...

Somewhat alike!!

But soon, Qi Guoguang shook his head.

Too absurd.

Not to mention the magic used by the Abyss Flame Emperor was at least eighth-tier.

That magic’s special nature is beyond what Blue Star’s professionals could possess.

It belongs exclusively to high-tier magic from the Abyss World.

A mutated version of Blue Star’s magic!

Furthermore, the video was extracted from someone’s memory; body shape and image may have deviations, which is normal.

Ultimately, Qi Guoguang convinced himself.

He made a conclusion.

”This kid’s encounter is the most extraordinary I’ve ever seen in my life.”

”About ten days ago, I received memory footage uploaded by Tianshui Academy about this dungeon.”

”In the footage, this kid encountered an extremely rare event while clearing the dungeon.”

”It was the hidden boss within the dungeon being challenged by another formidable entity from the Abyss World.”

”That entity reached at least the Demon Emperor level and wiped out the dungeon’s hidden boss with an eighth-tier mutated flame magic in a split second.”

”Hence, leading to the dungeon’s complete disappearance and removal. This kid unknowingly cleared it and obtained the Hall of Fame title.”

Only after Qi Guoguang’s explanation did everyone somewhat accept it.

Otherwise, if Lin Yi possessed such terrifying strength, would he need to take the entrance exam?

Presumably, the nation’s top-tier vocational schools would have extended an olive branch to him first, and at the same time, other countries on Blue Star would set him as the top assassination target!

...

Outside the examination hall.

Sun Liang glanced at the watch on his wrist and said, ”There are still 10 minutes before the exam begins. Please enter the examination hall now, the exam rules will shortly be announced!”

Lan Ruoyi and others at the front entered through Entrance No.1 first.

Lin Yi followed at the end.

After entering Entrance No.1, he followed the directions on the wall, passing through several corridors.

A familiar dungeon light screen appeared before him.

It seemed that this entrance exam test would be conducted in a special dungeon provided by the organizers.

Seeing Lin Yi walk over.

The so-called geniuses from Dongjiang Province fell silent.

Lin Yi could tell that their previous arrogance and clear foolishness had vanished.

Replaced by awe, fear!

”Attention, all examinees!”

”The 3024 National Entrance Exam for Professional Higher Education Institutes will begin in 5 minutes!”

”Here are the exam discipline and testing details being announced now!”

”All examinees must strictly adhere; violators will be strictly dealt with!”

”This exam consists of five rounds, only those who excel in the first four rounds qualify for the fifth round.”

”All test activities will occur in special dungeons; all dungeons are independent dungeons, apart from invigilators, examinees cannot communicate with others.”

”Bringing any equipment or devices into the test dungeon is strictly forbidden; violators will be considered cheating!”

”Upon entering the dungeon, all examinees’ food, alchemy potions, and non-profession innate buffs will be dispersed.”

”The exam’s evaluation system uses a score-based system, where scores are automatically assigned based on completion of objectives in each test round; choosing a higher difficulty yields more points upon completing corresponding objectives.”

”In case of any emergencies during testing, handling will follow the management regulations of the Xia Professional Higher Education Institute’s National Entrance Exam.”

The broadcast finished playing.

The hall sank into silence.

Five minutes passed quickly.

Lin Yi heard bells ringing throughout the exam hall, accompanied by countless examiners’ whistles and the rumbling of closing gates near the exits.

Once the exam begins, those late won’t be eligible to enter.

”Everyone, enter the dungeon!” Sun Liang commanded.

Including Lin Yi, everyone stepped into the dungeon light screen, their figures disappearing.

After a moment of darkness, Lin Yi reopened his eyes.

Discovering himself in a vast space of pure white.

This space was extraordinarily quiet, without any sound.

No monsters or terrain.

This must be a dungeon modified by some big shot using special means.

But Lin Yi still saw ahead, not far from him, a floating countdown and scoreboard in the void.

[Time until first test round begins: 00:00:59]

[Current score: 0]

Meanwhile, a dungeon notification rang in Lin Yi’s mind.

[Exam candidate Lin Yi, in 1 minute, a Goblin with Level set at LV.30, Armor set at 1000, Magic Resistance set at 1000, Health set at 10000 will spawn before you.]

[This Goblin won’t move nor attack, defeat it as quickly as possible!]

[The shorter the time taken, the higher the score!]

Upon hearing the rules, Lin Yi was first stunned.

Then a sense of disappointment arose in his heart.

Come on, you call this Hell difficulty?

This is it?

A monster with only ten thousand health, that’s just a big dummy, won’t even move.

Who are you underestimating here!
