Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Chapter 1010: Bandit Trouble

From MCʼS Perspective:

”It appears that the client has left after dropping off the goods here,” Crook said to himself.

”What happened?” His fatherʼs voice reached his ears.

He turned around and saw. His father is also staring at those boxes.

”Dad, the client has left. We should deliver the goods to the designated person as soon as possible,ʼ He said to him.

”Alright, Iʼll drive the carriage. You should stay inside taking care of the goods,ʼʼ the middle aged man said.

Crook showed hesitation. His father has just recovered now.

”Do not worry, Iʼm fine,” The middle aged man replied.

Then under the shocking gazes of everyone. The middle aged man sat back in front and started driving the carriage.

Grrrrr!

The red salamander monster made a noise before rising above the ground. Unlike the bird monsters, the red flying salamander can only fly in low altitude.

Since the task is about delivering goods. There is no need to take a high risk. So both father and son are quite confident in completing the task.

Shortly after,

They left the sphere of the cityʼs influence and continued to move towards the destination.

On the other hand, Iʼm watching the developments from the control room. The Father and son are quite honest. I thought that his son would take this job alone.

But I didnʼt expect his father to join as well. His father is a level-6 Wizard. With his participation, Iʼm assured that they will reach the bright nation border in no time.

Once I get there, I should look for the caravan which takes me back to Sand Rock Country.

”Should I request help from the academy?” I asked myself.

The appearance of the Adventure Union people was a clear sign that my whereabouts were exposed. There are a lot of people after me.

Some want to strike up a friendship with me. While others want to eliminate me. But it doesnʼt matter. I wonʼt stay in the academy for long either.

The Wizard Heart Competition was held for some purpose. And the winners of that competition are going to have another opportunity.

Iʼm planning to use that opportunity to enter the Ancient Redwood Country. Only there will I get the opportunity for a breakthrough.

After removing the thoughts, I begin to take rest.

Meanwhile,

The Dark Leagueʼs team has arrived at the Lizzen State. They are one step late. Before them there are many forces that have sent their spies to the Silent Forest.

But each of their forces have different goals. Similarly, their goal is to eliminate the target. The Team is composed of the level-7 Wizards and the leader is a Level-8 Wizard.

Like everyone else, they have decided to station before the Silent Forest. These people had made the same error like others.

Everyoneʼs thinking that itʼs not easy to return from the Silent Forest. Even if someone did return, their identities are thoroughly checked.

So they are not worried about Vincent Carey escaping from their nose. That situation wonʼt happen according to them.

But they didnʼt know that a certain Peak Wizard guarding the silent forest border had made a mishap. He didnʼt report it to anyone about the lone wanderer wizard.

He mistook him for a wizard without a background. Because of his mistake, everyone is going to waste time in the Silent Forest Border.

Time passed,

The red salamander is quite energetic even after traveling a whole day. During their journey, they have crossed several small and big cities.

After spotting a small town, the father and son decided to take a rest. They landed on the red salamander in front of the town where all other travelers have landed their monster carriages and vehicles.

Crook stayed behind. His father went into the town to buy some food. His fatherʼs level-6 coercion alerted others. So they didnʼt target the black carriage.

On the other hand, I did my morning routine and decided to meditate. The only thing that helps me pass the morning time is meditation.

After appearing in the middle of the hall, I sat cross legged on the ground. Then I placed piles of mana stones around me.

Then I held it in my palm before starting the mental method.

Right after, running the Gravity ark mental method. I slowly begin to absorb the Grey mana particles from the mana stone.

When enough mana particles enter the body. They started to flow through my veins. Then I started to guide the mana energy according to the mental method.

After the circulation, the gravity mana enters the mana core space. Where the mana core of mine begins to absorb the incoming energy at a slow pace.

Seeing that I continued to focus on the process.

A few hours later,

I opened my eyes. Quite a few mana stones around me were dimmed and looked lackluster.

Then I thought of the status panel.

The Status panel showed up. My gaze swept across the information. I donʼt know what will happen. When Sacred Gravity Physique reaches 100%.

Iʼm looking forward to it. After looking at it once again, I closed it. Then I went to take a bath.

Time passed,

Night fall, the father and son duo are traveling at night. They didnʼt spend much time in that small town. After a few hours of rest, they continued the journey.

Because the red salamander needs to eat and rest. It canʼt continuously fly for a long time.

Just as they were going smoothly, the Senior Crook sensed something. He knows that the bandit points are not here. But the ominous feeling that he is getting was familiar.

Opposite him, there are Flying air cars coming in his direction. He sensed something wrong. He then instructed his son to stay inside.

”Dad, whatʼs wrong?” Crook asked.

Then he noticed that they were landing on the field in the middle of the night. He didnʼt have any idea what this place was.

On the other hand, I was jolted awake by Crookʼs words. I can only look at the interior of the cabin. But I donʼt know whatʼs happening outside.

Shortly after,

I hear a booming sound not far away from here.

Then I saw Crook getting out of the carriage.

Seeing that my eyes gleamed with a twinkle.

”Do not tell me they have already encountered the bandits,” I said in my heart.

Outside,

Senior Crook is fighting against the bandits. They consist of level-5 wizards and their leader is level-6 Wizards.

The bandits carefully pick their prey. After noticing the 4th order monster, they thought the wizards in that carriage might not be strong.

But the driver turned out to be a veteran level-6 Wizard. The bandit leader has misjudged this time. He has locked horns with the Senior Crook.

At the same time, the other bandits are approaching the carriage.

Right after, they saw someone getting out of the carriage.

”Hey, be careful. He is a level-5 Wizard,” the leading bandit said.

”Donʼt underestimate the 4th order salamander as well.”

”The monsterʼs fire can damage our skin,” Another bandit said.

Crook was afraid. He saw that his father was fighting against someone at a distance. Now that these people are coming towards him.

He doesnʼt know what to do.

Grrrrr!

The Red Salamander made some noise to threaten the wizards.

But clearly, they are outnumbered.

”What to do?” Crook murmured.

He is a level-5 Wizard. But his magic is not something useful when it comes to attack.

Seeing that bandits are approaching with a wide smile on their face. He feels his legs are getting weakened. He was totally afraid. So much so he stood blank on the spot.

”Ha....Ha...Ha....”

”He turned out to be trash. We can easily kill those 2.”

”Our boss is going to finish the opponent as well.”

The bandits spoke to each other.
