While I am in Reality, I Can Enter the Singularity Universe

95: Chapter 95 The Island Nation’s Ruthless Plans! Fantasy Becomes Reality!”Matsumoto speaks the truth. We have no third option; we must either fight with everything we have or become slaves to the Easterners.”

”It is better to act early than late. Once a decision is made on a matter like this, it cannot be delayed, or else we will only face an even stronger backlash.”

Upon hearing Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang’s account, His Majesty the Emperor rested his hands on his thighs, his gaze falling into deep contemplation.

He agreed with this viewpoint, but still had some slight hesitation: ”Will other countries agree?”

”As far as I know, the United States has been overwhelmed by many matters recently and likely lacks the energy to address the Eastern crisis.”

”The United Kingdom has recently seen conflicts of interest between 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace due to the Samsara Cult, with both sides secretly brewing their own plans.”

”France can only talk big; they are unreliable at critical moments and might even face their own Waterloo.”

”Looking at the international stage, only Germany is capable of being useful. However, Germany is no longer in its prime and cannot provide much support.”

Compared to the past few years, the international situation this year has been turbulent indeed.

Not to mention the East, other countries themselves have all had some issues to varying degrees.

Among them, the United States and The United Kingdom are the most prominent.

Originally, at such a critical moment, an alliance should have been formed to collectively deal with the suddenly rising East.

But the chain has broken for no reason, making it difficult for the rest of the world’s superpowers to integrate their strengths.

Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang raised his eyes, speaking with implication: ”Your Majesty, we still have one most critical ’ally’.”

”The most critical ally?”

His Majesty the Emperor pondered for a moment, his expression suddenly changing, and he looked at Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang with slight surprise: ”...You want to form an alliance with that bear in the north?”

”That is a good idea. That bear has already revitalized its domestic economy after several years of local wars, and various acute problems have been properly handled.”

His Majesty the Emperor paused, then added: ”But it has always been thick as thieves with the East; can it exert full pressure on the East?”

”I even suspect that Yanjing has already secretly allied with Moscow and is just waiting for us to come knocking with pressure.”

”Your Majesty, your guess is not without reason.”

”According to reports from the Imperial Intelligence Bureau’s [Special Higher Police] undercover agents, that bear has also had significant movements in the last few days, mobilizing troops at night and deploying ten mechanized divisions in the Siberian permafrost and the Far East. The target of its intentions is already very obvious.”

Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang shook his head and slowly said: ”From this, we can see that Yanjing and Moscow have not reached a private agreement, at least not regarding ’sharing the resources of the Spiritual Energy Revival’; no agreement has been signed yet.”

”Otherwise, such strange troop movements would not make sense.”

”The East’s appetite is huge. They want to swallow such a juicy peach all by themselves, without sharing even a scrap. Are they not afraid of provoking public anger?”

His Majesty the Emperor frowned; the situation was even more complex than he had anticipated.

He had originally thought that the East was just preventing them, the ”enemy nations,” from joining the gluttonous feast, but it turned out that even that bear had not received any benefits.

Are they going to stand against all nations and abandon even their former allies?

His Majesty the Emperor’s expression relaxed, and he agreed: ”That bear is even greedier than the United States. Its past stance led it to stand with the East. Now, driven by massive profits, it is probably even more anxious than us to enter the arena and take a greedy bite.”

”Uniting with that bear is indeed a very good choice.”

”And with our two great nations taking the lead, other fence-sitters who are watching and waiting will also follow suit. They will want to pounce and tear off a piece of succulent, delicious meat from the East.”

”Yes, Your Majesty, that is precisely my plan.”

Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang did not hide anything at all and laid it all out truthfully: ”Use that bear’s terrifying influence and its nuclear threat to coerce other countries into exerting full pressure on the East, in order to achieve our goal!”

”In addition, I have also prepared a second plan.”

”Once the East does not agree and the nuclear winter descends, I will send out the ’seeds’ in advance, so that they may become the future of our Great Yamato nation!”

”As for the Empire’s domestic anti-nuclear underground bases, they will also be activated as soon as possible to serve as temporary shelters for the Empire’s elite personnel...”

Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang said a lot, all of which were implementation plans discussed by the various ministers of the Cabinet. His Majesty the Emperor listened, then discussed it with Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang for a long time.

It was not until past eleven o’clock at night that Prime Minister Caiyuan Sanlang took a car and left the Imperial Palace. The night was silent.

The top leaders of several superpowers had not yet gone to sleep, making urgent calls to each other to exchange their opinions and the specific measures they were to take against the East.

...

The next day, at the break of dawn. Russia, Moscow.

Inside the Kremlin, ”Ramir” had slept for only two hours before rolling out of bed.

He was already elderly, with thin, white hair and a few age spots on his face.

But his body was exceptionally sturdy; he had maintained a fitness regimen for years and would occasionally even perform outdoor ”winter bathing baptisms” in the cold winter.

At this moment, a very soft voice came from outside the door: ”Sir, the conference room is ready. In half an hour, it will be time for the ’Global Emergency Online Joint Conference’.”

”I know.” Ramir’s expression was calm as he walked into the bathroom to wash up briefly. A few minutes later.

Ramir walked along the corridor, which was hung with oil paintings and elegantly decorated, straight into the Kremlin’s Office No. 01.

After reading a few important documents, the online conference began on schedule.

Representatives and leaders from hundreds of countries around the world appeared one after another in front of the remote video connection cameras.

”Gentlemen, ladies, representatives of various countries.”

”Gathering should be a happy occasion, but under the shroud of crisis, we can only meet briefly in this manner.”

”This blue planet beneath our feet has suddenly become strange, I do not know when it started. Some supernatural things that should have existed only in fantasy have entered reality, threatening the national defense security and the lives and property of the residents of all countries sitting here.”

On a split-screen monitor about half the size of a wall, the blond-haired, blue-eyed President of the United States spoke first.

His solemn and grave voice was filled with intense seriousness, and his eye bags were somewhat dark; clearly, he had not slept long last night.

Ramir sat before the solemn desk, flipped through the documents in his hand, and heard the voice coming from the screen again:

”This ’Dark Crisis’ concerns all countries in the world. We must put aside past grievances and fully resolve the source of the crisis.”

”Otherwise, we will have no future, and the entire Blue Planet will eventually be ruled by others!”

As soon as these words were spoken, some representatives of small countries on the split screen were shocked, not yet clear about what had actually happened.

A representative from a small African country could not help but ask directly: ”President Tavo, I do not know what exactly you mean by ’ruled by others’?”

”Yes, President Tavo, is your statement a bit exaggerated? All the countries in the world are here, who could rule the world?” ”Could it be aliens?”

A burst of light laughter rang out. This could not be blamed on others; it was just that ”President Tavo” often spoke eloquently in front of the media, exaggerating many small matters, causing some small countries unaware of the truth to think he was joking again.

”Huh, that’s not right. Why don’t we see the Eastern representative?” ”Could it be that something came up, and they haven’t connected yet?”

Several countries with relatively peaceful relations with the East soon discovered something and asked the conference organizer in confusion. Those present looked at each other, no one answered voluntarily, and the entire atmosphere fell into a strange silence.
