”Aren’t you going to Tonghu today?”

Xiaoya pouted, somewhat reluctantly. She was still waiting to take a shower and wash her hair, but she still walked home.

She knew that her father and Brother Chu were going to hunt alien species. If she followed them, not only would she not be able to help, but she might also become a burden and harm others.

Chu Anqin held a metal spear and Wang Dongfu held an arc gun. The two of them, one in front and one behind, began to sweep the community.

Originally, Chu Anqin planned to take Wang Dongfu directly to the basement to find mice to practice, but he considered that Wang Dongfu was not familiar with the control of electric current, and the mice in the basement were not as easy to find as before.

It just so happened that alien species frequently appeared in the community recently, especially cats and dogs. Their strength was not very strong, and most of them were first-level alien species, which was perfect for Wang Dongfu to practice.

The two of them walked along the cement road in the community, looking for the alien species.

”Brother Chu, ever since the apocalypse broke out and those man-eating aliens appeared in the community, I never thought that there would be a day when I could walk on the streets of the community so openly.”

Wang Dongfu was in a very good mood. After awakening his superpowers, his powerful strength gave him unprecedented confidence and a sense of security.

”Yes, after so many experiences, animals have evolved and mutated, and we humans are also evolving.”

Chu Anqin was filled with emotion. He remembered that when he first came into this body, he had nothing to eat or drink. In order to find gunpowder, he took a metal spear and went to the convenience store to look for it.

Now it seems that I was really lucky. I didn’t encounter any alien species along the way.

The two searched along the cement road from the west side of the community, and then walked around the ornamental lake. They confirmed that there were no animal or human corpses in the lake, and felt relieved.

Even if the lake water can be treated with high temperature and purified with ’therapeutic antibiotics’, Chu Anqin still finds it hard to accept if there is a corpse in the lake water.

”Brother Wang, the water quality of the lake is pretty good. Apart from some garbage and aquatic plants, it looks generally usable.”

”Well, I’ve seen that this lake is the size of three playgrounds and is about two meters deep. It has enough water to store. If used properly, it will be enough for us to use for a long time.”

”Brother Wang, you are an expert in hydropower. Once you are proficient in controlling electricity, we will start working on this.”

”Don’t worry, I’ve been working as a plumber for more than ten years, so I’m sure I can do a great job.”

Although Wang Dongfu was still a little timid when it came to hunting alien species, he was full of confidence when it came to hydropower.

The two walked around the ornamental lake twice but did not find any alien species coming to drink water, so they had to continue looking for them elsewhere.

Ten minutes later.

”Hush, it’s a cat-like alien.”

Chu Anqin and Wang Dongfu hid in an abandoned house, staring at a calico cat that was walking on the main road of the community.

This tabby cat has mutated into a very terrifying form. Its size is comparable to that of a large dog, it has a pair of dark green pupils, and it even has two fangs.

With every step it moved, its sharp claws rubbed against the concrete floor, making a sour sound.

Just as the two were about to take action, a roar was heard outside the community, and a large yellow and white dog came running towards them.

The yellow and white alien dog directly broke open the iron gate of the community and rushed towards the cat like a car.

The cat-dog war is staged again.

Chu Anqin and Wang Dongfu looked at each other.

They had seen this scene before. The first time they met was because of the flesh and blood left after the cat-dog fight.

”Brother Chu, are you going to take action?” Wang Dongfu was eager to try. Even though there were two alien species, he was only slightly frightened.

”Don’t worry, just wait.”

Chu Anqin raised his head and looked at the rooftop of a building across the road outside the community.

If he saw it correctly, there was an alien on the top of the building, and it seemed to be a flying alien.

“The mantis stalks the cicada, unaware of the oriole behind? Is there a hunter behind the oriole?”

Chu Anqin chuckled secretly and signaled Wang Dongfu to wait a little longer.

Wang Dongfu’s body had only been awakened for one day, and his vision was far from Chu Anqin’s level, so he naturally could not see the alien on the roof of the building.

Moreover, he always put Chu Anqin first and would not act on his own. On the main road of the community, the cat-dog war had already begun.

The yellow and white dog species relied on its species advantage and huge size to suppress the cat species’ crazy attack.

The tabby cat-like alien inherited the agility of a cat, while the yellow and white large dog-like alien was extremely brutal. Every time it slapped out with its claws, cracks appeared on the concrete floor and cement debris flew everywhere, but it was only impotent and furious.

The tabby cat darted back and forth between buildings and abandoned cars, leaving a trail of blood on the yellow and white dog from time to time with its sharp claws and fangs.

”It seems that the cat species has won this time.”

There is a saying that goes, high-end hunters often appear as prey.

The yellow and white dog alien attacked the void for a while, but soon became exhausted. The tabby cat alien seized the opportunity, and its body became illusory, turning into a ghostly shadow.

”Gone!” Wang Dongfu exclaimed, because he could no longer catch the shadow of the cat.

Chu Anqin’s pupils contracted. The tabby cat was moving at such a terrifying speed that even he could barely see it. This was the first time he had seen such a speed. This tabby cat was definitely the top one among the first-level alien species.

With a strange cry of ”meow”, Chu Anqin saw the fangs of the tabby cat like a sharp blade easily cutting the neck of the yellow and white dog.

The yellow and white dog didn’t even have time to scream before bright red blood spurted out from the gap on its neck.

Wang Dongfu clenched the arc gun, looking like he was about to rush forward.

”Brother Wang, don’t move!”

Chu Anqin let out a low shout, and just now, the flying alien that had been hiding at the other end of the building moved.

”If you don’t get up soon, the cat will run away with the body of the yellow and white dog!”

Wang Dongfu was secretly anxious, and the electric arc exploded, as if he could no longer bear it.

However, the next moment, he saw a black shadow passing by the ground. He looked up subconsciously and found that a strange bird species was hovering in the sky.

At this moment, the tabby cat also discovered the hunter in the air. Its hair instantly stood on end and its teeth bared, as if it was facing a great enemy.

Chu Anqin frowned, his eyes fixed on the bird species.

If he was not mistaken, this should be a species evolved from a sparrow, with smooth gray feathers and spread wings that blocked the sunlight, and were more than three or four meters long.

The feathers on the wings were like sharp knives, reflecting the sunlight and shining frighteningly brightly.

One was a peak first-level cat species that had just won a great battle, and the other was a sparrow species that had gained air superiority. Chu Anqin knew that the next battle would be the climax.

As expected, the two alien species only confronted each other for half a minute before the cat species took the lead.

shhhhh!

The cat uses buildings to activate rapid flash mode.

Unlike the battle against the yellow and white dog alien, the pressure from this sparrow alien was extremely terrifying, and it was also a flying alien. The agility and speed that the tabby cat was best at seemed a little insufficient at this moment.

When the tabby cat was still climbing the building to get closer to the sparrow, the sparrow chirped and frantically flapped its wings. Immediately, a nameless gale blew up on the ground, and gravel flew and hit the tabby cat.

”Cattle fork!”

Chu Anqin couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration. With such intensive attacks, even he had no choice but to take them head on. It was impossible for him to dodge.

However, this cat species is not just agile. It can pretend to be a prey and walk on the street to lure a large yellow and white dog. Its intelligence is far beyond that of cats.

The rubble hit the building that the cat was running into like raindrops, but the cat’s figure completely disappeared, and even Chu Anqin could not catch it.

”not good!”

The next moment, Chu Anqin’s heart trembled, and a chill surged from the soles of his feet.
