Global Evolution: I Create Items in the Apocalypse and Become a God

Chapter 16 TransformationChapter 16 Transformation
Chu Anqin dragged his tired body back home and took inventory of the current supplies.

As for food, there was not a single piece of compressed biscuits left, most of the high-energy rations were still there, and more than a pound of rice had not been touched. It could probably last for three or four days.

In terms of medicine, there are three boxes of anti-inflammatory drugs, a box of painkillers, a roll of gauze, and half a bottle of spirit wine, which temporarily increases the strength buff.

As for weapons and tools, there was a metal spear, a pry tool, and another pry tool was left at Xiaoya’s house and not taken out.

A rapid-fire pistol, more than fifty ordinary bullets, and four powerful armor-piercing bullets.

In addition, he also has an F-class energy converter that is comparable to a generator.

Chu Anqin stood up and connected the converter to the home circuit.

”There’s electricity!”

The chandelier in the living room flickered a few times, then lit up. Then, several electrical appliances in the house began to make sounds of operating power.

He stared at the F-class energy crystal on the converter groove for a moment, and there seemed to be some liquid flowing inside the crystal.

In the end of the world, having electricity or not having electricity are two different kinds of life, the difference between modern civilized people and primitive savages.

He took out two sperm nuclei the size of soybeans, held them in his hands, opened the panel, and called up detailed information about the sperm nuclei and the alien species.

According to the system, the two sperm nuclei he obtained were [first-order sperm nuclei], which were bred from first-order alien species.

”First-order alien species?”

The image of a mouse species the size of a domestic cat flashed through Chu Anqin’s mind. This mouse should be a first-level species.

Above the first-level alien species, there are second-level and third-level species.

The information after the third level was inaccessible, and he guessed that he had not unlocked the panel enough.

He took out the ’therapeutic antibiotic’, of which five pills had been prepared previously. He gave one pill to Wang Dongfu, and he had great uses for the remaining four pills.

’Therapeutic antibiotics’ can cure the virus, which has been proven in Wang Dongfu.

Chu Anqin’s gaze moved back and forth between the two [first-order sperm nuclei] and the ’therapeutic antibiotics’, with confusion and worry in his eyes.

Suddenly he picked up a [first-order sperm nucleus] and a ’therapeutic antibiotic’.

”have eaten!”

He opened his mouth, swallowed the [First-order Essence Nucleus], and leaned back on the sofa, quietly waiting for the virus to break out.

After just a few minutes, he began to feel a tightness in his chest and difficulty breathing. His body temperature gradually rose, yet he felt chilly.

”This is the rhythm of a fever.”

The virus broke out in his body, and Chu Anqin knew that he had been infected by the virus.

He held a pill of ’therapeutic antibiotic’ tightly in his hand and brought it to his mouth several times but didn’t take it.

”I want to see how powerful this virus is!”

Chu Anqin was still wondering why the ’treatment antibiotic’ needed his blood. There must be something special about his body, such as viral antibodies?

The virus carried by the [first-order sperm nucleus] was extremely toxic. Soon his body temperature soared to the level of a high fever, black blood vessels bulged on his forehead, and his consciousness began to blur.

He did not dare to be careless, as his body was not immune to the virus, and he did not care about why his own blood was used as the material, and immediately swallowed a pill of ’therapeutic antibiotic’.

However, it takes time for ’therapeutic antibiotics’ to work.

”So hot.”

Chu Anqin pulled open his collar, his body temperature still soaring.

”It’s so cold.”

His teeth were chattering, cold wind rushed into his chest, and the high fever made him feel hot and cold. He felt like he was about to die.

”Water...water”

Chu Anqin’s mouth was dry and the moisture in his body was evaporated by the high fever.

He reached out to take the water on the coffee table. The bottle was right in front of him, but he couldn’t grab it.

I even had hallucinations, with double images of the coffee table, water bottle, and ceiling.

”It’s too big”

This was Chu Anqin’s last thought, and then he fell into coma.

At sunset, the moonlight is bright, and under the silver light are the shadows of powerful alien species hunting. The once prosperous city has become a hunting ground for alien species.

”Cough cough.”

Chu Anqin suddenly woke up after a violent coughing fit.

Thirst, so thirsty! He grabbed a bottle of water on the coffee table and gulped it down.

After he finished the whole bottle of water, he felt his thirst disappear.

”my body?”

He looked at the place on the sofa where he had just lain, which was wet with sweat.

No wonder he was so thirsty. He suspected that all the water in his body had been drained during the time he was unconscious.

Chu Anqin rubbed his swollen forehead and vaguely remembered that when he was unconscious, his body was very hot, as if he was thrown into an iron pot burning with firewood and steamed.

And his consciousness was pulled into a dark and boundless space by an invisible hand, like being stuck in a quagmire, unable to extricate himself, and the pain was unbearable.

Chu Anqin stretched his muscles and there was a crackling sound. A surge of power burst out from his muscles and his body felt refreshed like never before.

He tried jumping a few more times, and his body became very light, and he could easily touch the ceiling which was more than three meters high.

”Is this the effect of the [First-order Essence Core]?”

Chu Anqin’s physical fitness has improved significantly, his strength has increased and his body has become lighter.

He even felt that his vision and hearing had improved a lot.

”Ha ha!”

No man can resist the temptation of power, and he is no exception.

Especially in such a doomsday, with alien species rampant, his chances of survival are greatly increased with the improvement of his physical fitness.

Chu Anqin picked up the remaining [First-level Essence Nucleus], put it directly into his mouth and swallowed it.

One [First-level Essence Core] made him feel reborn, so what about the second one?
The sperm core slid down the esophagus into the stomach. Within a few minutes, the familiar feeling of suffocation came over him again, and his body temperature gradually rose.

He was infected again.

”It appears that the effect of ’therapeutic anti-inhibitors’ is a one-time thing.”

Chu Anqin did not rush to swallow the ’therapeutic antibiotic’, but waited for a few more minutes.

”The symptoms of this infection are much milder than the first time. Although the ’therapeutic antibiotics’ cannot make me permanently immune to the virus, they can enhance my body’s resistance to the virus.”

As time went by, the virus completely broke out in his body. He felt his breathing stagnate and his consciousness became blurred. He quickly swallowed a pill of ’therapeutic antibiotic’.

This time, he did not fall into a coma again. Chu Anqin could clearly feel the ”therapeutic antibiotic” melting in his stomach and flowing through his body with the blood.

After about half an hour, as the body temperature returns to normal, the symptoms of viral infection disappear.

Chu Anqin mobilized his body muscles, waved his arms, and swung his legs, and his physical fitness improved again.

”very good!”

He went into the bedroom and changed into clean clothes. His clothes had been soaked through twice by sweat and were uncomfortable to wear.

Chu Anqin took out the only remaining piece of high-energy ration and ate it in a few big bites.

Having a high fever twice in a row consumes a lot of energy, so energy replenishment cannot be neglected.

He went to the kitchen, took out more than a pound of rice that he had hidden away, hesitated for a long time, and put it back into the cupboard.

”Forget it, let’s save some of the last bit of food.”

Chu Anqin ate a piece of high-energy ration and was still very hungry, but there was really not much food left.

Before he found new food, this pound of rice was his only food. If he couldn’t help but eat it directly, he would have to eat compressed biscuits made of alien flesh and blood next.

When he thought of the taste of compressed biscuits made from alien flesh and blood, he felt nauseous.

Chu Anqin glanced at the time. It was probably around nine o’clock in the morning.

”There’s plenty of time today. I have to go to the East District.”

He has basically searched the west area, and the east area is still an area to be developed.

He watered the spider plant on the coffee table with some water. After being nourished by water for a few days, the spider plant became more vigorous.

Chu Anqin was packing his equipment for going out, when he suddenly noticed that the alien flesh and blood biscuit that had been thrown next to the spider plant seemed to have become smaller.

”strangeness!”

However, he did not care too much about it, mainly because the food problem was not solved and he did not think too much about it.

”Metal gun, prying tools, rapid-fire pistol, bullets, spirits, school bag, gloves.”

He took all the weapons, tools and buffs with him, as he had to find something to eat today.
