Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Chapter 95: Entering the Takamagahara DimensionChapter 95: Entering the Takamagahara Dimension
In the void, the scorching sun and the bright moon rotate with each other, squandering endless energy around a bright pearl in the middle.

The battle between the three saint-level beings disrupted time and space. The physical laws of the universe within a few light years were almost collapsed due to mutual squeezing and distortion, and concepts were confused and reversed.

Liu Wen and others who were far away in the star field felt a chill down their spines when they looked at the projection. If the dimensional space still had the advantage of having the same basic physical constants as the universe, and could be isolated and passed through rule-level force fields, and it did not have much impact on intelligent creatures themselves, and they could still overcome difficulties through learning and exploration, then the changes at the conceptual level would truly subvert all of this.

Human beings define concepts as a form of thinking that reflects the fundamental attributes of objective things.

It is a form of thinking that intelligent creatures use to abstract and summarize the common essential characteristics of perceived things in the process of understanding external substances, from perceptual cognition to rational cognition. It is the basic unit of thinking and the basis for people to recognize and understand the world.

It is the reflection of the essence of objective things by the human brain, and this reflection is marked and recorded by words. At the same time, concepts have two basic logical characteristics: connotation and extension: connotation refers to the unique attributes of the things reflected by the concept; extension refers to the sum of the things reflected by the concept, that is, its meaning and scope of application. In addition, with the development and changes of social history and the cognition of intelligent creatures, the connotation and extension of concepts of similar things may also change.

Concept strikes are not inherently more powerful than rule strikes because their primary targets are different.

Changing the rules of the universe, such as the most commonly used and important fire. The most common flame is the energy released by the ionization of matter due to the violent oxidation reaction caused by high temperature, forming the phenomenon of fire.

Fire combustion releases light and heat, which is a type of energy, a plasma state between gas, solid and liquid.

The universal mass-energy equation E=mc^2 can naturally be applied to one of the laws of physics, which describes the law of conversion of mass and energy in the basic physical rules of the universe.

Rule strike is equivalent to arbitrarily modifying the mass-energy rules within a certain range, allowing smaller mass to convert more energy, or allowing larger mass to convert smaller energy.

What are the consequences of this simple rule change?

The development and maintenance of all civilizations, regardless of their level, cannot be separated from energy. To put it simply, when we use boiling water to generate electricity, the energy released by burning one pound of coal can generate one kilowatt-hour of electricity, but after changing the rules of material conversion, ten pounds or even more will be needed.

This means that for the same power plant, the power generation efficiency will be reduced by ten times or more after the rules are changed, resulting in a shortage of electricity.

The electricity originally provided for a city, including for living and production use, has now been reduced by ten times or more. Domestic and industrial electricity consumption has dropped by ten times or more. At the same time, due to the change in the rules of mass-energy conversion, when you use electrical energy to convert into kinetic energy or light energy, you will have to pay ten times or more energy to supply consumption. The overall difference is equivalent to an increase of hundreds of times in the original consumption.

The final result was that the entire civilization came to a complete standstill due to insufficient energy supply, which made it impossible for living industries to provide sufficient energy. Civilization instantly regressed to ancient civilization and could only rely on fire for lighting. Moreover, due to the changes in mass-energy conversion, even food processing became extremely difficult.

But this change in rules can still be overcome. By exploring new rules, using them, and changing the mathematical and physical formulas, there is still hope of rebuilding civilization.

Concept strikes, on the other hand, involve tampering with or erasing relevant memories and knowledge, fundamentally erasing a creature’s cognition of the outside world.

For example, the concept of a car, whether it is an ancient horse-drawn carriage or a modern car, they are all means of transportation. When the concept of a car is erased, it is equivalent to losing any memory or cognition about the car. It is like seeing something we have never seen or heard of before. We don’t know what it is used for, how it is made, or how it should be used.

This is just the concept of the car. If it disappears, it is just the loss of a means of transportation. We will have to go back to walking, which is not a fatal blow to civilization.

But what will happen when the concept of food, the concept of eating, and the concept of knowledge disappear?
The current battlefield of saints is in this state. Both sides want to erase and tamper with each other’s concepts, erase knowledge, erase hostility, erase survival, and erase civilization. Will there still be fighting, and will there still be fighting thinking?
The same is true for changes in rules. Any intelligent creature has its own comfort zone or range of adaptation. When external rules change, even if it does not affect life, it can make the other party feel uncomfortable and make mistakes, resulting in ineffective attacks or deviations.

Within the battle range of the three people, the universe almost turned into chaos, the rules were constantly tampered with, the concepts were erased, and all matter could only disintegrate and dissipate into basic particles of the universe under such changes originating from the bottom of the rules, and constantly reorganized and dispersed under various rules.

The Sky Gate of Takama-ga-hara was protected behind by the Susanoo array. Beta-si stood at the place where the Schmincke star system collapsed and dissipated. At this moment, he had no mood to talk any more. He watched the three people fighting with a serious look. He was once a main god-level dimensional god. Even if his fighting power was no longer there, he had no problem protecting himself in the aftermath of the battle.

Liu Wen in the rear star field was really in the dark. Apart from watching the battle from the detection data of the detector, he could only lead the joint fleet to retreat continuously, fearing that an aftermath would hit and destroy them.

The spiritual power of Yiling in Shirley’s body has been very calm. She is even interested in explaining the battle situation and introducing what happened in Takama-ga-hara in the last era to Liu Wen and the others from time to time.

”Okay, it’s time to end the battle.” Yiling suddenly said.

Liu Wen and Yang Zhenshan were about to ask the reason when they saw Shirley open and close her eyes. Yiling Yiling disappeared and Shirley took back control of the body.

The two of them quickly looked at the projection, only to see a strong spatial vibration in the void. More than thirty figures shrouded in psychic light appeared at the edge of the battlefield. Five of the light flames suddenly turned into various swords, spears, halberds, or mountains, lakes, and the psychic light flames rushed into the battlefield like a substance.

Liu Wen didn’t know what happened on the battlefield. He just saw Beta Si retreat more than ten light years at the moment the flames appeared, and appeared on the deck of Liu Wen’s car, looking at the battlefield.

”Your Majesty, what happened on the battlefield? Are these newcomers high-level warriors of our human race?” Liu Wen asked Beta Si through mental fluctuations.

Beta Si seemed to have regained her chatterbox nature at this time, and replied: ”Oh, little guy, you are so lucky to be able to become a human. Your civilization has grown so powerful in this era. It is no weaker than the human civilization in the previous era, and is even more powerful in combat.”

”Without the pan-human will, will your human civilization grow faster?”

”I am very curious about how the humans of your era are unified. I can clearly see the concept of humanity, but there are layers of gauze blocking my vision. What did the humans of the last era do?”

”Little guy, grow up quickly. Now you are still just a child of the universe. Work hard to develop your country. The title of lord is far more important and powerful than you understand, and the responsibility is much greater.” ”Goodbye, little guy. I have helped you realize your wish. I believe that after this battle, the intelligent machine civilization will not attack again for a long time. It is the best time for you to develop your country and grow.”

As Beta Si finished his words, his entire body gradually dissipated in the purple flames, leaving the second world without a trace, entering the space mezzanine and sublimation dimension, heading towards his home.

On the battlefield, five human psychic saints suddenly appeared and joined the battle. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto immediately tried to escape back to Takama-ga-hara. Susanoo, who was leaving the Takama-ga-hara dimension, turned around and left without any intention of stopping them.

With the arrival of reinforcements, Yiling and Amaterasu rushed into the Takama-ga-hara dimension. The five newly arrived saints followed without any hesitation. One saint even grabbed dozens of level nine psychics waiting outside the battlefield. At the same time, a stream of psychic energy was stimulated, turning into a ripple that quickly moved towards the void, smoothing out the void affected by the previous battle and correcting it back to normal universe.

After everyone rushed into Takama-ga-hara, Liu Wen immediately dispatched a reconnaissance ship to leap to the edge of the battlefield’s influence range and observe the interior.

After the battlefield space returned to normal, they ventured to the front of Tianmen. It was already half an hour later. When the reconnaissance ship arrived in front of Tianmen, the magnificent buildings that were originally clearly visible were now in ruins, and the ground was littered with the broken limbs of golden-armored warriors. The Takama-ga-hara dimension was gradually separating from the universe and was about to disappear in the second world.

Seeing that Takama-ga-hara was about to disappear, Liu Wen gritted his teeth and sent the only reconnaissance ship that could resist the erosion of dimensional energy into Takama-ga-hara. At the same time, dozens of transport ships and engineering ships rushed over, grabbing whatever objects were on the ground and throwing them into the transport ships. The ground was covered with a layer of skin more than ten meters thick by the engineering ships. At the same time, the energy collector was turned on at maximum power, desperately devouring the dimensional energy within the Takama-ga-hara dimension.

After the reconnaissance ship rushed into Takamagahara and had just released the detector it was carrying, it was blown up by an attack from nowhere.

Most of the hundreds of detectors deployed were destroyed in the aftermath of the attacks, and only a small number of them retreated in time and survived, transmitting back the internal images and detection data.

In the projection, the saints have disappeared, and in the vast space inside, hundreds of millions of dimensional creatures, led by countless dimensional evil gods, are charging towards dozens of flames in the sky. The sky is full of blood and rain, and broken limbs are falling to the ground like raindrops. The mountains are turned into canyons, and the rivers are evaporated.

”This is much bloodier than the battlefield in subspace!” Yang Zhenshan was also looking at this scene in surprise. He had never experienced this kind of battle led by saints. He knew very well that those flames in the sky were ninth-level psychics of mankind. Even on the human defense line, one would not be seen for several years. Now, dozens of ninth-level psychic masters were wantonly wielding their own psychic powers, raising their butcher knives to kill hundreds of millions of dimensional creatures.

It was originally an extremely bloody scene, but after knowing what Takama-ga-hara Dimension had done, the two of them just felt extremely relieved, and they wished they could set an example by killing him and making a river of blood.

Unfortunately, the Takamagahara dimension was deviating from the spatial context of the second world. The engineering ships and transport ships that were dispatched had not yet dug up much when the Sky Gate gradually disappeared. For safety reasons, the transport ships could only retreat to avoid the energy tides generated by the space repair.

As the Takamagahara dimension faded away, the detector’s communications were cut off and no information could be transmitted back.

But Liu Wen knew that the battle in Takama-ga-hara was not over yet.

The universe returned to peace and all enemies disappeared. For the members of the Combined Fleet, life in these few short hours today was more exciting than a roller coaster ride, as they were always on the verge of death or annihilation of their clan.

When the Takama-ga-hara dimension disappeared, the void space with a diameter of eighteen light years also disappeared. After the fight between the three saints, several star systems collapsed and dissipated from the material level, turning into basic particles of the universe. Now the space has returned to normal, and the rules of the universe have taken over again. Countless particles are gradually forming basic matter under the influence of the rules. It is estimated that it will take hundreds of millions of years for them to gather into a nebula.

Michelle sent a communication: ”My Lord, should we send a reconnaissance ship to check the omnic wormhole?”

”What do you think?” Liu Wen asked.

”My Lord, I think now is the best time for our joint fleet to block the omnic wormhole. The sudden destruction of the omnic fleet has left us with hundreds of biological legions of cannon fodder. If we don’t use them now, it would be a waste. We might as well go and test the wormhole defenses of the omnic civilization and take them down if possible.”

”It is much easier to build a defense system at the entrance of the wormhole to stop the attack of the intelligent machine civilization than to sit back and wait.”

Liu Wen thought for a moment and asked, ”Does the combined fleet still have combat capability?”

”The fighting power is very strong!” Michelle knew what Liu Wen was worried about, so she sent the cheering aliens in each fleet over.

Seeing this, Liu Wen no longer hesitated. After all, they were just temporary cannon fodder, and using them to test the wormhole defense system of the intelligent civilization was also a way to make use of waste. Therefore, he agreed to Michelle’s proposal.

Michelle also immediately mobilized the biological fleet to advance towards the direction of the intelligent wormhole. In the excited joint fleet, one fleet after another was also summoned and transformed into combat status.

A few hours later, the biological fleet that had leapt all the way to the range of the intelligent machine’s shielding force field plunged in, and hundreds of legions of biological warships were blooming with the afterglow of life.

The reconnaissance ship in the fleet also sent back the defense system structure of the intelligent civilization, allowing Liu Wen to see for the first time the importance of wormholes to the intelligent civilization.

Dozens of metal rings are connected together around the wormhole and are constantly rotating. Space fortresses and void artillery batteries supplement the dense needle-like gun barrels on the rings. There are also dozens of legions of intelligent mechanical fleets wandering in the void, blocking the shielding force field.

The attack of hundreds of biological legions was firmly suppressed by the defensive firepower of the intelligent civilization. The flying pieces of biological warships demonstrated the intensity of the opponent’s firepower.

The biological warships launched a fearless charge. Although the biological warships built using the genes of the Butterfly Star Biological Beings were not as powerful as the original bodies, the space storm they jointly launched still swept across the void. However, after breaking through layer after layer of space barriers, they were no longer able to destroy the defensive firepower of many intelligent machines. The biological army could only advance a certain distance at this time, and then face head-on the crazy firepower output from the intelligent machines, exploding into biological tissues all over the sky.
