Reborn as an Extra

Chapter 707: Passionate Lovebirds. (Link X Riya).

Rex Mansion, Link’s room.

”You are so careless; look, you forgot to wear your tie!”

Riya leaned against Link’s wide chest as she tied his tie for him with a calm look on her face.

”Eh? You know how ties are tied?”

Hearing Link’s surprised-filled tone, a smug look appeared on Riya’s face as she replied with a smirk.

”Of course! Hehe~ I practiced it!”

Seeing that cute smug look on her adorable face, Link couldn’t help but lean down slightly and kiss her.

”Hey~ I am working! Don’t distract me~”

Unlike before when Riya was too oblivious of these things, she was now more tolerant of Link’s advances.

After spending plenty of time with Lia and her sister and learning a lot of things, Riya had also matured a lot by now.

”Haha, my bad, you just looked so cute that I just couldn’t stop myself...”

Link pinched Riya’s soft cheeks with a relaxed smile on his face as she tied his tie for him.

The morning sunlight fell on the duo from the windows, making the scene even more peaceful and relaxing.

”You know... sometimes, I feel that I am extremely lucky that I got to have so much; I have a loving family, all the wealth I might want and I have you, my greatest blessing of this life...”

”I am quite happy that I have been blessed with such an amazing life that most people can only dream of...”

Hearing Link’s words, Riya rolled her eyes and spoke.

”Hoh? Someone’s feeling quite proud of themselves... just so you know, I am more blessed than you; I have the blessing of the entire world you know...”

”So, you should bow down to me instead~”

Hearing Riya’s words, Link placed his hand on her waist as he hugged her tightly.

”Of course, you are much better than me; you are Riya Croft, the greatest healer in the world after all!”

With his other hand, Link grabbed Riya’s chin and kissed her again.

”We are attending a wedding of others today, but we will also have a day when we will get married too...”

”Then I can have you all to myself... I can’t wait for that day...”

Riya placed her hands around Link’s neck as she stood on her tip-toes and whispered in Link’s ear,

”You already have me all to yourself, but you are still not satisfied... quite greedy, aren’t you?”

”Well... you are not the only one holding back... this young lady will eat you alive once I get the chance! Hehe~”

Hearing those words, Link’s eyes widened in surprise, and a tint of redness appeared on his usually calm face.

”Wh-where did you learn something like that? Could it be those questionable romance novels you got from Lia and Ellie?”

Riya giggled after seeing the rare shy look on Link’s face.

The guy who wouldn’t even flinch when hit by powerful attacks like Rio’s sword intent and Alverto’s spear attacks was actually so clumsy when with her.

It was a side of him that Riya had only to herself, and no one else could see it.

”Ellie did say that this trick would definitely work... how’s it? Did I shake your heart?”

Link dodged Riya’s shining eyes as he muttered in a quiet voice,

”Shake? I almost had a heart attack! That faulty dragon of Liam... she’s only been back for a few days and she’s already starting to play her old tricks again...”

In recent days, Riya has visited Ellie and Liam quite a few times to check on their health; even Link went over to visit the two once or twice just to strike a deal with Liam and learn his cookie-making recipes!

”Hoh? Your face has become red... It seems the trick was quite effective after all...”

”Hehe, you want me to use the other tricks too?”

Just as Riya was about to land a critical hit on Link’s shaking heart, the sound of someone knocking on the room’s door rang out in the room, snapping the two lovebirds out of their flirting contest.

”Ahem! Stop dilly-dallying, you two; we have a wedding ceremony to attend today. You can flirt with each other after we are back from the ceremony...”

Ashtel’s voice jolted Riya and Link back to their senses, and they hurriedly let go of each other.

”O-oh, Yeah! We were just done getting ready!”

Link and Riya hurriedly straightened their clothes and went outside with a little bit of shyness still lingering on their faces.

Ashtel looked at the two lovebirds and shook his head as he started walking towards the door.

”You should really get yourself a separate place; you are now both adults, and privacy is important.”

”I will send you both the list of villas and mansions we have across the nation; select the one you like...”

With Ashtel being so strong, his perception abilities were also very powerful; even if he didn’t want to, he could still sense what was going on in his house.

It was not a good idea to peep on your son’s private life, so Ashtel had to propose the option of them moving out.

”Sigh, kids these days grow up so fast... just yesterday the two of you were playing tag in the garden, and now you are already at the age of marriage...”

”Time passes so fast...”

Thinking about these things, the face of his wife flashed in his mind, and a smile appeared on Ashtel’s face.

’Well, she would have been very happy if she knew that Link and Riya were living in harmony...’

While Ashtel was busy thinking about his wife in his head, Link’s voice brought him back to reality.

”I didn’t expect that you would also go to the wedding ceremony, Father? Didn’t you say you had a lot of work these days?”

Hearing Link’s words, Ashtel shook his head as he replied in his usual calm voice,

”I do have a lot of work but attending this wedding ceremony is just as important...”

”Although he was only an SS-ranker for but a small amount of time, Jin served the nation and helped Rio save the world at the cost of his own future...”

”I wouldn’t dare ignore a world-saving hero like him... I have already prepared a wedding gift too...”
