Global Arrival: Survival on a Desert Island

Chapter 47 Training

Chapter 47 Training
While Chen Wenyao was in a daze, Lin Feng hung up a piece of wood at the auction.

”The item is on the shelf, you can find it by searching my ID.”

Seeing that Lin Feng had already put the items on the shelves, Chen Wenyao quickly went to search and handed the drawings to him.

After all, information is more valuable the sooner it is traded.

Following the two design drawings into the backpack, Lin Feng also readily handed over the information on the island to Wen Yao.

”The Wandering Island is very dangerous this time, and there are also savages on it, but this time the equipment is very sophisticated, with iron arrows and wooden bows.”

”They will also patrol to find abnormalities. Unlike the savages last time, this time they will be very aggressive when they find strangers, and they will not leave any survivors at all.”

”The number of people I have scouted here is about 20 people, and there are no treasure chests on the island. I suspect that they were concentrated in their camp.”

”My investigation is about the same. You can watch and sort it out.”

Except for the difference in the number of people, the information given by Lin Feng was basically conveyed truthfully.

Chen Wenyao was a little shocked when he saw the information given by Lin Feng.

How long has it been since Wandering Island appeared?Sixth Master, he has already figured out the situation on the island?
”Master Liu, have you already gone to the island?”

”En.” Lin Feng replied lightly, and then he suddenly remembered something and added.

”By the way, there is still something wrong with the Wandering Island this time. My suggestion is not to wait on the island until nightfall.”

Take people’s money and save people’s disasters.

Lin Feng did not specify when the island sank, but left a vague statement.

As for whether anyone believes it after it is sold, it depends on them.

Seeing that the sixth master said that he had already landed on the island, Chen Wenyao couldn’t continue to ask.

This was the first transaction between the two parties, and he was temporarily unable to verify the accuracy of the information.

I can only believe it for the time being, after leaving a thank you, Chen Wenyao immediately went to contact the next family to sell the information.

At this time, Lin Feng, after getting the blueprint, immediately chose to make the trebuchet.

Although he was helpless in his failure to explore Wandering Island, the blueprints sent by Chen Wenyao allowed Lin Feng to find a new way of attacking.

I got up and went outside, grabbed a handful of sand and flowed with the wind.

Looking at the direction of the sand flow, he looked up at the rising sun.

This is the southeast wind!
The location of Wandering Island is just in the northwest, and Lin Feng’s island is at the upper wind.

In this way, this offensive idea has a very perfect environment.

The appearance of the trebuchet added a means of long-range attack to the island.

But just relying on the stone throwing from the trebuchet and bombarding them for a day may not bring any substantial harm to the cannibal survivors on the wandering island.

But what if the thrown ammunition was replaced by burning charcoal?
Fire attack, this move only needs to set off a fire on Wandering Island, disrupting the position of the cannibal survivors.

When the time comes, he will take advantage of the chaos to steal the treasure box when he lands on the island, so that he can perfectly avoid the opponent’s attack.

Lin Feng had a good plan, but before officially landing on the island, he had one more thing to arrange.

Cooperate with training.

He has been thinking about this matter for a long time, but he keeps putting it off every time.

But it can’t be postponed any longer today, the fight in the morning was a complete mess.

If he hadn’t come forward to frighten the other party, I’m afraid they would have to swim and escape back to the island.

Gather the wildlings, cull the wounded and female wildlings, and let them garrison the wooden houses around the coastline.

As for the remaining six, Lin Feng led them to learn the battle formation.

Six people, six spears and six shields, Lin Feng divided them into three or three groups.

One main attacker, two feints, forming a triangle formation.

This is the offensive formation. According to this formation, Lin Feng explained various points to everyone.

As a veteran Total War player, Lin Feng still has some experience in this area.

Although it’s just an arrangement of troops in the game, in reality, imitating six or seven points of meaning may have surprising effects in it.

After the explanation, Lin Feng replaced the two separate weapons with wooden sticks for direct confrontation training.

”Haixing, when you are doing the main attack, you can’t be so reckless, you have to watch the people on both sides of you, they are your flank protection...”

”Eleventh, you are the deputy, not the main attacker, don’t rush faster than the main attacker, pay attention to cooperate with the protection...”

”Song San, what are you doing? This is actual combat, not just a show. If you insist on being attacked twice, you will die. Try again!”

Under Lin Feng’s scoldings, the six people’s cooperation became more and more tacit.

They were originally a family, and after more than ten years of getting along with Lin Feng’s suggestions, the direct cooperation with each other has become smoother and sharper.

”Yes, it’s just like this, hey hey hey, don’t hit hard, just make sense...”

Seeing that the training was almost done, Lin Feng quickly skipped to the next one.

Attack the phalanx.

It is much easier to learn this, just tell them the formations that need to be put in several combat situations.

Then it is to learn the three movements of pushing, stabbing, and making up the knife.

Ancient soldiers basically learned these three movements in the army.

In a head-on collision between large armies, only these three movements are the most labor-saving and the most effective in killing the opponent.

Push, for shield attack defense.

Thorn, for advancing attack.

Make-up is to deal with those enemies who have fallen to the ground and are injured.

There are only two difficulties in these three movements, unity and quickness.

As long as these two points can be achieved, Lin Feng dares to say that finding a suitable place, it is not a problem for six people to completely kill more than 30 people on the opposite side.

It’s a pity that although these three movements are simple, if you want to practice them well, you have to spend time in them.

This time, Lin Feng could only give them a form of kung fu, telling them what to do and how to do it.

This part of the training was very boring, and everyone continued to train until it was close to noon.

Stopping training, Lin Feng firstly asked the savages to take a rest, and secondly, the trebuchet had been manufactured and needed to be installed.

As a fixed trebuchet, it must not be movable.

There will be a prompt when you take it out of the backpack, and the item cannot be removed after it is installed.

Lin Feng chose a place on the island not far from the shore to place the trebuchet.

In the blink of an eye, a huge monster appeared in front of everyone.

The whole trebuchet is more than ten meters high, and the bottom is about six or seven meters long.

The base is round and there is a circle of wooden gears under the base.

It seems that the throwing direction of the trebuchet can be adjusted, and there are many gear settings on the trebuchet.

Lin Feng stepped forward and fiddled with it, and found that the trebuchet could also adjust the pitch angle in addition to rotating.

The gear that modifies the pitch angle is also engraved with the maximum angle, which can increase the elevation angle by an additional twenty degrees and the depression angle by negative five degrees.

Such a setting can greatly increase the attack distance and minimum distance of the trebuchet.

Looking at the throwing device of the trebuchet, it is a giant spoon made of iron.

In this way, there is no need to worry about burning the trebuchet when placing the fire source.

After a brief study, Lin Feng called the wild man to change the throwing machine to the throwing state, and was ready to test shoot to see how accurate it was.
