Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

What new tricks did they pull in Chapter 167?Fuxing Building, Laboratory.

Sunlight streamed through the windows of the Laboratory, casting a glow on Su Chen’s focused face.

At this moment, he was immersed in the research and development of the Anti-gravity Engine!

The complex blueprints and data, which would seem like gibberish to an ordinary person, were handled with ease by him.

The Anti-gravity Engine, an existence akin to science fiction, was the key to realizing the Aerospace Carrier soaring through the skies.

However, to bring this dream into reality, numerous difficulties needed to be overcome.

And the energy supply problem was the primary ”stumbling block.”

After countless experiments and calculations, Su Chen discovered that the startup and operation of the Anti-gravity Engine required an extremely massive amount of energy support.

Fortunately, they had now mastered Nuclear Fusion power generation technology!

”I didn’t expect that just to build an Aerospace Carrier, the Anti-gravity Engine alone would require such massive energy!”

”Like a Nuclear Fusion Reactor that can generate huge amounts of energy, one isn’t enough; it needs two!”

”As expected of an Aerospace Carrier!”

You have to know, a single Nuclear Fusion Reactor is enough to supply the electricity needs of a large city!

One can imagine how terrifying the energy demand of the Anti-gravity Engine is!

Thus, Su Chen ultimately decided to build two Nuclear Fusion Reactors.

Su Chen walked with firm steps toward the office of the person in charge of the Eternal Day Project construction department.

Along the way, the design blueprints for the Anti-gravity Engine and the energy circuit diagrams of the Nuclear Fusion Reactor kept appearing in his mind!

Those lines and symbols seemed to be dancing before his eyes.

At this time, the person in charge Zhao Gang was also eagerly looking for Su Chen, having good news to report to him.

The moment Su Chen stepped into the office, Zhao Gang’s face was beaming with an excited smile.

”Chief Engineer Su, why are you here? I was just about to go find you!”

”I have good news to tell you; the basic construction work for our miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactor is basically complete!”

Zhao Gang’s voice was filled with pride and joy.

This news was like a spring breeze, causing a warm current to surge in Su Chen’s heart.

The completion of the miniature Nuclear Reactor signaled that the Eternal Day Project had achieved phased success!

This was the result of countless researchers and workers struggling day and night.

”It’s quite a bit faster than I expected!”

”Our Dragon Country is truly worthy of being called the infrastructure maniacs!” Su Chen replied.

Zhao Gang nodded!

During the supervision process, the workers perfectly interpreted what it meant to shed their blood and sweat!

It could be said that they were working sleepless nights!

They were all full of adrenaline!

Of course, as the person in charge, he was the same!

It was just because the significance behind the Eternal Day Project was immense; being able to participate in this project was no less than participating in the manufacturing of Nuclear Weapons back in the day, and as a member of it, he was naturally excited!

However, he really felt for those workers!

”Chief Engineer Su, I suggest giving our workers a day off!”

”They are really too exhausted!”

Zhao Gang looked at Su Chen, his eyes filled with anticipation.

Even though he was the person in charge, he needed Su Chen to give the word!

Who told Su Chen to be the Chief Engineer of this project, coordinating the whole situation, with a status even higher than his as the person in charge!

Su Chen nodded slightly, a kind smile appearing on his face:

”Of course, if one day isn’t enough, then make it two!”

”Although the project is important, the comrades’ health is equally important!”

He saw the workers’ hard work; they were the unsung heroes of this great project.

A smile appeared on Zhao Gang’s face!

”By the way, what did you want to see me about?”

”Next time you have something, just call me, or I can come over. You are so busy, you don’t need to come find me in person!”

Zhao Gang said with a smile.

Su Chen: ”It’s fine! Some things must be said in person!”

”Now that our miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactors have been laid out and completed, I plan to build two additional Nuclear Fusion Reactors.”

The person in charge widened his eyes, a look of confusion on his face:

”Chief Engineer Su, why build more Nuclear Reactors? Isn’t it enough yet?”

”We have already built ninety miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactors all over the place!”

His voice carried a trace of confusion and surprise.

Su Chen’s gaze was firm as he slowly said:

”What we are building this time is not a miniature reactor, but a real Nuclear Fusion Reactor.”

The person in charge frowned, his heart filled with doubt:

”The miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactors we built, although named miniature, already have a power output that far exceeds Nuclear Fission Reactors and can provide a massive amount of energy!”

”Is this not enough? Why do we still need to build more?”

Su Chen smiled slightly, his tone calm:

”I have my own uses for them.”

His tone was concise and firm.

The person in charge looked at Su Chen; although he was confused, he knew deep down that Su Chen’s decision must have important significance.

When the higher-ups assigned him the task, they had said so.

As long as it is Su Chen’s requirement, it must be met!

As long as it is Su Chen’s order, it must be executed!

However, a new problem was soon placed before the person in charge.

”The real Nuclear Fusion Reactor you are talking about should be different from the miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactor, right? Do we need to spend some time exploring it again?”

The person in charge’s expression was slightly worried.

Su Chen shook his head, took a stack of blueprints from his pocket, and placed them gently on the table:

”No need to explore! Just build according to these blueprints.”

The person in charge was stunned for a moment, then took the blueprints, and with a feeling of curiosity and awe, slowly opened them.

The moment his gaze landed on them, he was immediately shocked by the scene before him.

The blueprints depicted precise structures and circuits, detailed with various parameters and notes, the content was complete, and more importantly, the energy output marked on it was quite astonishing!

He began to study them earnestly!

The more he looked, the more surprised he became!

His hands couldn’t help but tremble slightly.

”The energy generated is actually ten times that of the miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactor!”

”And it can be directly upgraded on the foundation of the miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactor!”

The person in charge’s voice was filled with exclamation.

Su Chen looked at the person in charge’s shocked expression and explained patiently:

”In the future, when the miniature Nuclear Fusion Reactors cannot meet the demand, there is no need to dismantle them; they can be directly upgraded on their foundation.”

”This not only saves resources but also greatly improves efficiency.”

Listening to Su Chen’s explanation, a feeling of admiration welled up in the person in charge’s heart.

You have to know, this is not a simple upgrade, but an upgrade that can fully utilize the existing facilities!

This kind of conception is even more difficult!

And in Su Chen’s view, it didn’t seem to be a difficulty!

As expected of Chief Engineer Su... Zhao Gang gave him a thumbs up in his heart!

His hands gripped the blueprints tightly, fearing that these blueprints would be snatched away by someone else!

”Chief Engineer Su, these blueprints are detailed and professional.”

”With these blueprints, I guarantee you that it will be completed in at most half a year!”

The person in charge’s eyes were filled with firmness and determination.

Su Chen patted his shoulder:

”Thank you for your hard work; this is crucial to the Eternal Day Project.”

”It’s my duty!” Zhao Gang said with full vigor.

In the days that followed, after getting sufficient rest, the workers threw themselves back into the tense and busy construction.

They were also full of curiosity about the construction of the Nuclear Fusion Reactor!

Wasn’t it already finished?

Why start building again?

And the reactor being built this time seems much larger compared to the previous ones!

The scale seems to be many times larger than before!

Goodness!

Have they come up with some other awesome gadget in our country again?
