Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 731: The Rewards

The moment Lord Yael spoke, the place became hushed, everyone paying attention to what came next.

”Before we start, I would like to point out that this year, we will be joined by a human who, like all of you, has met the requirements to participate.

If you see him among you, know that he is also after the same thing you all came here for. So if you don’t want to lose to him, be sure to give it your all.”

The Half-Elves beside Kent turned and looked at him. Kent just smiled.

Lord Yael, who saw this, also smiled, knowing the competition was already decided. Knowing what Kent can do, he just wanted to see him in action yet again. He would never forget the way Kent handled the Hand and Kenji.

”That’s just by the way. The following announcement will be on rewards. Initially, the only reward worth having for this competition was a slot to enter the Flame Tower.

However, things are different now, and because of that, we need to make a few adjustments. However, don’t worry, the five slots are still available for you to take if you qualify in the end.

First, 1,204 of you applied. However, after the first round, 1,102 will be disqualified. This means most of you will only get to showcase your skill once.

But, while that is unfortunate, the king and the elders decided to make it worthwhile. The first 1,102 to wash out will receive a 1,000-year-old Soul Cleaning Berry.”

”Wait, what... did the elder just say a thousand-year-old Soul Cleaning Berry?” one of the contestants, a young man with long blue hair, asked.

”I believe so,” his friend, standing beside him, nodded.

”Wow, that is generous of them. A thousand-year-old Soul Cleaning Berry is something none of us can even start to think of getting. Even people like the elders can’t beat their chest and say they can easily get one.

I mean, a spirit fruit that can cleanse the soul and strengthen it isn’t something to underestimate at all. This is good.”

Every contestant was happy to hear the reward awaiting the first to wash out. Most who knew they wouldn’t be able to do much were equally happy to hear that.

”The second round will also see 551 contestants washing out. For their reward, you will receive a Ruby-grade Ambrosia apple.

Those who know what an Ambrosia apple can do know it is an invaluable item. So be sure to do well and be part of the second badge of defeated contestants,” he smiled.

Lord Yael could genuinely be an auctioneer, as evidenced by his ability to sell the reward as if it were a lifeline for everyone.

But knowing what an Ambrosia apple can do, most wanted to be part of the second batch. Of course, the greedy ones also wanted to continue, knowing from the third stage that the rewards would be much more generous.

”The Third round will be different; it could be that all of you will wash out, or half of the 551 will be washed out.

However, whichever the case, know that you will be walking away with a Dark Gold Grade Ambrosia apple and a 5,000-year-old Soul Cleansing Berry.”

Of course, those who had planned to give up at the second stage now wanted to reach the third round to receive the reward. Lord Yael just smiled.

The fourth round will see only ten people remaining, meaning the final five will be determined at the fifth stage. But those who wash out at the fourth stage will get a Mythic Grade Ambrosia apple and a 10,000-year-old Soul Cleansing Berry.

And as for the five who won’t be getting a slot, you will receive an Ancient-grade Ambrosia apple and a 10,000-year-old Soul Cleansing Berry.

Also, you will receive a Tier 8 Innate Talent Awakening Pill from an alchemist that will be revealed at the end of the competition.”

At this point, everyone was overjoyed to hear about the generous rewards awaiting them. Kent stood there looking at everyone with a smile on his face.

As it turned out, a goddess learning to become mortal was more generous than even a Saint. Vexthra made sure Kent completely turned the Half-Elves around before she left.

In her defense, the Soul Cleansing Berries were abundant in the Love Garden, so she wanted Kent to give as many as he could to the Half-Elves, since they didn’t really need them.

As for the Ambrosia apple, Kent could buy millions of them and not feel a dent in his wealth of Tower points. Now that the dungeon was giving him more than he could ask for, Kent wanted the whole world to take the Half-Elves seriously.

If he was going to make his name known, then this was a start...

”To the top five, you will, of course, get a slot to enter the Flame Tower. But aside from that, you will each receive an Immortal Grade Ambrosia Apple, a 10,000-year-old Soul Cleansing Berry, and a 10,000-year-old Spirit Grape Fruit.

On top of that, you will receive a Tier 9 Innate Talent Awakening Pill from this unknown alchemist.”

The entire place went quiet when they heard Lord Yael’s words. The spies inside the arena started informing their leaders of this new development.

Naturally, that was how Kent wanted exposure. He knew getting into the sect wouldn’t guarantee him a chance to challenge the Pill Princess.

So, he planned to make his name known to many.

Words of a new genius alchemist emerging from the Half-Elf kingdom could shake the whole world.

Of course, this would make people start comparing him to the Pill Princess. Naturally, knowing how rude she was, as Shax had told him, Kent knew the moment she heard of him, he would be on her radar.

Then, when he finally got into the sect, one way or another, he would get what he wanted without even asking. Of course, the coming days would be a little chaotic, but he wasn’t worried...

”Before we start, there are a few important people I would like to introduce...”
