Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 726: Radiant Soul Pill (1)

It took a while for the queen to recover her sight. She had been in darkness for over a thousand years, so she had to adjust her vision to the light.

But when she did, she was greeted by Princess Lovina offering her a ’Spirit Grape Fruit.’

”You don’t have much energy in you, so eat this for now until you can start absorbing the natural energy in the air.” Princess Lovina said before feeding the fruit to her.

It was slow at first, taking a few bites every few seconds.

Even the taste of the fruit was foreign to her. But since they weren’t after the taste, Princess Lovina kept feeding her different types of fruits for three hours until color started returning to her face.

That was when Princess Elowen was allowed to approach her mother. ”Mom,” she said, taking her arms. Of course, the queen didn’t say anything, but a smile appeared at the corner of her lips when she saw her youngest daughter appear before her.

”Mom... Are you alright?” Princess Elowen asked, but Princess Lovina answered instead.

”She needs to recover some more before her voice will return. For now, she can only keep eating the fruits while Kent works on the pill.

The moment that is done, and I feed her the pill, she will be able to speak again.”

The Half-Elf Princess nodded. She didn’t want to argue about it. Just seeing her mother awake and in recovery was all she ever wanted.

Kent stood on the side, looking at Princess Elowen with a calm yet curious expression.

First, she is an expert in Peak Core Formation, which is impressive. However, considering her mom has been comatose for over a thousand years, does that make her over a thousand years old?

Kent’s mind wandered as he looked at Princess Elowen. He quickly scanned her, and her age was indeed over 1000 years. If that were the case, wouldn’t it disqualify her from entering the Flame Tower?

After all, they are looking for 100 years or below. She is practically their ancestor. Then again, Kent doesn’t know anything about the dynamics of the processes that go into entering the Supreme Immortal Sect.

First, there are various ways of entering, and one of them is comprehending a flame art from the Flame Tower up to the third level. The moment that is achieved, the Supreme Immortal Sect will allow you to take their exams to join them.

But aside from Kent, he also seemed to remember Shax telling him something along the lines of having presence on any of the continents.

Per what Shax said, Kent, being known on the other continents, can attract the attention of the Supreme Immortal Sect.

Initially, he planned to conquer the continents, a move he intended to use to gain the attention of the sect.

But then it changed when he learned of the Flame Tower...

So it seems the princess has the protocol—one that, through her overwhelming powers, she was given an invitation to take the entrance exams without having to know any flame Art...

That can be the only reason why she would be able to join the sect.

King Thalirion noticed Kent paying more attention to his daughter. Of course, the curious look on Kent’s face made him grasp what he was thinking.

After all, he had told him about their belief that the princess was their last hope for gaining entry into the sect and perhaps rising to the point where she could have the privilege of meeting the Pill Empress and receiving help for her mother.

”She is just like her mother. Fierce and determined when wielding her swords,” the king said, a little relieved now.

”I can see that,” Kent said, and the king nodded.

”She declined to enter the Flame Tower hundreds of times. After she learned that those who join the sect using the Flame Tower are not taken seriously upon entering, she began to train to gain entry through invitation.

She received the invitation a month ago and will be entering in a month’s time when the doors to welcome new disciples open. She is fierce, that is for sure.”

”I guess that is commendable. She knew what she wanted, and while she needed it quickly, she also wanted to succeed at all costs, so she worked diligently to achieve it.

And now that the only problem in her life was being handled, I am sure her mom waking up will push her to strive even further. This is good for her.”

King Thalirion nodded to Kent’s words.

”Kent, these are the ingredients.” Princess Lovina gave Kent the ingredients. Her primordial spirit was relaxing after reaching Tier 8, so she worked on gathering the ingredients from the many herb gardens inside her Poison Space.

”You have to do it here. The moment the pill is formed, I will start the process. Just the smell alone is enough to start the process, so we can’t waste it.”

”Good for me if that is okay for you, King Thalirion.”

The king nodded, and Kent sat down, taking out his cauldron. This one was a new one he bought from the tower. It was a legendary grade. It can be used for pills ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 9.

Naturally, a good alchemist can even use a Legendary grade Cauldron to concoct Tier 12 Pills. It is a matter of how effective the technique being used is and how much mastery the alchemist has over it.

Kent is not there yet...

’Time to test how powerful my pill flame has become,’ Kent muttered. Since he had managed to raise its quality to Tier 6, all aspects of it had also strengthened.

He would only be using the [Purifying] and [Nourishing] aspects of his Chaos soul flame to work on the pill, so Kent lit it up and started heating the cauldron.

The golden flame spread around the cauldron, giving it a brilliant glow, one that made Kent smile.

’Having a flame straight from my soul feels different. It makes me feel like I have accomplished something worthwhile.’ Kent smiled.

’But of course I did achieve something great. Not many were able to awaken soul flames. Some inherited it from Spirit Flames...So indeed have I made a great achievement, awakening my own.’ The pride he felt made him very happy.

’Next time, I will purchase flames or hunt for flame spirits that can be used for alchemy.’ The more flame spirits that have alchemical value, the easier it gets when used in alchemy.

Kent had already seen what the Blue Void Flame and the Purifying Flames could do, so he wanted to get more of them.

The moment he became a Pill Saint, he would unlock his third alchemy flame, but until then, he wanted to make sure he got some things on his own. He had to work extra hard because he had to surpass his past selves.

He must become a different kind of genius since that was primarily why he reincarnated in the first place. While his past may help him, he must also look for opportunities on his own.

After heating the cauldron, Kent picked two ingredients and tossed them into the cauldron, causing the king, his daughter, and even the queen, who was now sitting, to show both shocked and surprised expressions.
