Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 475: We Are Expanding

”What in Tupakʼs name has happened to this place while I was gone?” Kent exclaimed, watching the large expanse of the majestic city standing before him.

It had more buildings, gardens, and everything else, all enhanced to look even better. Just looking at it made Kent want to smile.

However, a sudden voice spoke from behind him, making him frown and turn around.

”Beautiful, right?” Gaia said with a cute smile.

”What happened to this place?” Kent asked, as if he didnʼt know what had happened.

”We are expanding, Master,” Gaia said, dancing with her small arms.

”You still didnʼt answer my question,” Kent said.

”Letʼs just say that after creating the ring for Goddess Vexthra, we had extra cash, so I used it to expand the city,” Gaia answered with a guilty smile.

”How much exactly is this extra cash we are talking about?” Kent asked, but Gaia just smiled, making a sound that showed she was guilty as hell.

”You little devil, if I donʼt hang you upside down—” Kent began chasing after the little brat, who had used creating the ring for Vexthra as an excuse to take Kentʼs millions of tower points.

”No need to be angry, Master. This is for the future. You will soon have people in your city, and the more developed the place is, the happier and more comfortable they will be.

Or are you telling me you donʼt want them to be happy?” Gaia giggled as she flew in the air like a bird, staying a step ahead of Kent.

Knowing that catching the sneaky Gaia wouldnʼt be easy, Kent chose to give up and instead sat at the edge of a tall building overlooking the elegant city.

The process used in creating it was just too shameful, but he couldnʼt deny that Gaia had indeed made the city much more beautiful.

Like she said, everyone will be happy to stay in the city for as long as they want.

”I will take 30 things from the tower shop as compensation,” Kent said.

Gaia could only smile at his demands. She had extorted over 100 million tower points from the poor dragon, who had now become poor in tower points.

Not that he wonʼt recover soon. After running the 12 dungeons, he will recover his Tower points.

”So what changed while I was away?” Kent asked.

”Your new servant and her parents decided to stay here for the duration of their daughterʼs service to you. But they asked me to tell you not to abuse their daughter. They really cherish her,” Gaia said, sitting beside Kent.

”But aside from that, they have started their new life here and even begun cultivating herbs. They seem passionate about cultivating herbs. I think they will ask to stay here forever after the ten years.”

”Good for them,” Kent smiled.

”Also, from the donation you made to the cityʼs expansion, I managed to get them cultivation techniques to help them improve their cultivation bases, since as they cultivate, you get a share of their spiritual qi.”

Kent could only shake his head, hearing her refer to extorting from him as a donation.

”Is that all?”

”Yes. However, I have also created the training space for Big Sister Nara and Zaila.”

”Good one. I have a few more things that you will work on, but they can wait for now. I need to see the family of three.”

”They are in the eastern part of the city,” Gaia said, giving him the direction, and Kent flew away, heading in their direction.

When he was about 200 meters away, he flew down and decided to walk. From afar, he could see the family of three planting and watering herbs.

Gaia had provided them with all they needed, so as a family who dedicated their entire life to cultivating herbs, they didnʼt shy away from working on their rather large garden all day.

Elaine was a little bit closer in Kentʼs direction, so when he closed in on their location, she saw him first.

”Kent, what are you doing here?” she asked, a little nervous.

”Well, this is my city,” Kent laughed, drawing the mother and fatherʼs attention. They quickly walked closer and stopped beside their daughter.

They all looked nervous for some reason.

”Please, no need to look nervous. I just came to see if you need anything. The last time I was in a hurry, so I didnʼt get to spend more time with you three.”

”We are quite comfortable, Mr. Kent,” Elaineʼs father, Cedric, said.

”Please, just call me Kent. I am way too young to be called ʼMr..ʼ” Kent laughed, bringing a much calmer air to the space.

The family of three still felt nervous, so Kent decided to lighten the mood. Of course, he needed something at that moment. Luckily for him, he knew something about planting, so he turned and looked at the farm.

”Can I join? I have a thing for gardens, and while this is not technically the kind of garden I worked on, I can help with the planting.

And please donʼt say no.” The family of three looked at each other for a moment before they nodded.

”Elaine, teach him how to go about it.”

The innocent and obedient Elaine nodded.

”Take your shoes off first,” she said blankly, looking at the handsome brat before her. Kent obeyed and removed his nice shoes.

He didnʼt hesitate to step into the dirt. However, the moment he did, his brow rose.

”The soil is infused with healing magic. All the herbs we cultivate are for healing, and so we must always nurture them with healing magic, starting with the soil.”

”I see. This feels nourishing. I could get addicted to it,” Kent smiled, feeling the energy wash through his body.

”Take this and create a small hole in the ground. After that, infuse the seed with your spiritual qi and cover it with the dirt. Then water it... I will handle the rest.” Elaine gave Kent a seed and a small hoe.

Kent looked at the hoe, and a smile appeared on his face.

”This brings back old memories,” he muttered, remembering his life back on Earth. Though his life there hadnʼt been the best, the time spent with his mom gardening when he was young was one of the rare memories he wouldnʼt trade for anything.

He then did as he was told, perfectly planting the seed.

Elaine walked closer, placed her hand on the spot where he had planted the seed, and started muttering some strange words. A few minutes later, a sprout appeared, showing that the seed had been planted successfully.

”Congratulations, your first planting was a success,” Elaine said with a rare smile that caused Kent to raise his brows again.

”I will name her Gigi,” Kent said with a smile.

”You donʼt name herbs. They already have their names.”

”Well, this one will be called Gigi. No need to cry about it.”

”You...” Elaine decided not to entertain him anymore. Elaineʼs parents smiled as they watched the two kids from the side.

Kent just smiled and started working on planting more. He had six days inside the tower before the connection with Vexthra would be formed.

To her, she had six hours.

So for hours, Kent worked on the herb garden until night came. He planned on leaving, but Elaineʼs mother stopped him.

”You must eat dinner with us first before leaving.”

Naturally, Kent wouldnʼt reject such a warm invite.
