Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 405: A Day In The Life Of A Bored Goddess

About two years ago, Vexthra was a goddess who oversaw the operations of the realm of hatred and resentment. She was a terrifying god who took no nonsense from any of her peers.

In fact, none of them dared to look for trouble with her.

But that all changed when a certain brat appeared in her domain.

Several years before Kent appeared, she was handed an item with the instruction that the day a mortal arrived in her domain would be the day she should hand it over.

The person who brought the item said nothing else after that, but she was told her dreams and aspirations would be answered when that mortal arrived.

So she waited, and just as she had been told, after a million years, a figure did appear.

That figure was Kent, who was simply tired of his life. So when he was killed, he just accepted his death and, with his hatred, headed to the underworld.

When she saw him, her cold heart trembled, for while she was the goddess of hatred and resentment, when she saw Kent, her heart wavered.

She was scared of the mortal she had set her sights on.

While Kent felt it was merely a minute, Vexthra experienced it as a year of pure fear, which originated from Kent.

This feeling made her fear for her own life. But recalling what she was saying, he knew this was her chance to fix the mistakes she made in her life before ascention.

She read his thoughts and knew what had to be done. That hatred surrounding Kent wasnʼt normal.

But she approached him, and as expected, he accepted her offer. She then handed him the item entrusted to her for safekeeping.

But the moment Kent received the tower, her life changed, and that change led her to this very moment.

Vexthra woke up like a mortal every Monday morning.

She stretched on her bed, and while her spirit told her to wake up, her body said otherwise. However, after a few internal struggles, she got up.

She brushed her teeth, prepared breakfast, and ate.

Then she walked outside and started doing some light stretches. Kent had forced her to live as a mortal, for that was the only way she wouldnʼt revert to her hateful self.

After she finished stretching, she took a quick bath, walked back to her bed, and started reading. Thankfully, the book she was reading was fun, so she was engaged for a while.

”This bastard, canʼt you just kill all these hateful heirs and eradicate their families?” she frowned, saying that. Clearly, the main character, a certain white-haired brat, wasnʼt doing what she wanted to read.

”I will definitely give this hateful author a piece of my mind later.”

Her frustration wasnʼt just from the book she was reading.

No, she was projecting the jealousy bottled up from hearing about all the amazing times her sisters were having with Kent.

Vexthra was the most supportive one among them, yet she couldnʼt help but feel jealous of her sisters. She was rooted to one spot, unable to move around as she pleased.

That would be calling doom upon her man.

So she could only endure. The only saving grace was that Kent always spent a couple of minutes every day talking to her. But when he was beaten nearly to death by the bat, she had been extremely worried.

Now that he was back and had said he would be coming to meet her in a weekʼs time, she could only wait. However, she was going through something she didnʼt know how to deal with yet.

So she continued reading until she was boiling with anger. However, a few chapters into her emotional tantrum, a new chapter appeared, making her smile.

”Itʼs good he knows how to make them happy.”

Kentʼs image appeared in her mind, making her smile. She lay on her bed and started imagining things.

At first, it was images of the handsome Kent smiling. Those filled her with happiness. Then it moved from smiling images to more intimate ones, where Kent was naked before her, asking for attention.

Slowly, her imagination ran wild.

If Kent were to see the images inside her imagination, he would probably spank her bum.

One had to know that for a whole goddess to be this deep in her fantasies, she probably had nothing to occupy her, and her boring life was getting the best of her.

Her imagination was going down a road she didnʼt even realize. Thankfully, before she could get too far, a voice entered her head, bringing a smile to her face.

[Hello there, sunshine.]

Kent spoke, making the goddess smile like a baby.

”You remembered today, huh? For a moment, I thought you had abandoned me,” she said, her smile brightening the room.

[Donʼt be like that, my goddess. You know you and I are like butter and bread, like skin and a tattoo. Thereʼs no separating us.]

Kent smiled as he said this, while Mara stroked little Kent.

”Keep your sweet words to yourself. Now, what do you want... Let me guess, youʼre adding a new sister.” She looked happy, yet she pretended not to be concerned.

[You will love her,] Kent said, and Vexthra smiled.

”Youʼre lucky I love you and can tolerate your cheekiness. I will make sure to punish you when you come to visit me.”

She was bored, but now, just hearing his voice filled her with great joy.

[Yes, madam. I will take my punishment like a man.]

”You better. Now, donʼt keep my sister waiting. We have some catching up to do.”

Vexthra sat on her bed, already prepared for a nice chat with Mara.

[Make it quick. I plan to go at it with her until she passes out,] Kent said before turning to the damsel in front of him.

”Are you ready to meet your goddess sister?” he asked.

”Yes. I want to meet her since Selene and the others couldnʼt stop talking about how amazing she is,” Mara answered, bringing a smile to Kentʼs face.

”She is indeed an amazing lady. Just do your best to make her smile a few times, okay? Sheʼs very lonely, and since I neglected her these past months, she needs the attention.”

Mara nodded.

ʼGaia, add her,ʼ Kent gave the order, and the connection formed.

Mara had officially joined the harem, and the other ladies instantly felt her presence.
