Chapter 367: Rakshasa Awakening

The sky remained red, and the body of the lady Kent had just defeated rose into the air. This time, the energy emanating from her was one of blood and death.

ʼJust what True Name can be this menacing?ʼ Kent wondered. He had now received the true name and the words to speak, but the words felt cold and heavy on his tongue.

⟪Master must invoke her true name, as the process has begun and cannot be delayed.⟫

Kent nodded and then stepped into character.

”Blood-soaked battlefields are her playground. Her hobby is to kill. Her vacation is to march onto the battlefield with her spear in a firm grip.

Blood rains when she smiles, and her enemies succumb when she looks at them. She goes by many names.

The dragons call her Blood Monarch, for her nature is that of blood.

The elves call her the Bane of Peace, for she is not peaceful.

The dwarves call her the Bringer of Disaster, for she is a menace on the battlefield.

However, she is known by only one name. The name of Rakshasa, the War Princess. The name signifies war. A child born in battle, the harbinger of death. The one who descended from peace into chaos.”

Kent took a deep breath.

”Blood remembers. Battle calls. The Rakshasa rises once more. Rise, Warrior Princess. Rise, Vekshara, the Scarlet Fang.”

Rumble!

The heavens shook as the blood-red sky cracked open, and a wave of red energy filled with the feeling of dread and chaos descended, bathing Neomiʼs body.

⟪Blood Energy, huh? Master, I believe you have finally found someone who will always bring you trouble.⟫

ʼI know, Gaia. When I fought her, I could tell her nature is that of battle,ʼ Kent smiled.

ʼI can already see her attacking all those who will say something bad about me or try to come looking for trouble with me.ʼ

⟪You should visit Goddess Vexthra. Maybe she can find something on the Rakshasa for you.⟫ Gaia suggested, but Kent smiled and looked at the four-armed spear spirit in the air.

Noticing his gaze, she turned toward him.

”You know about Rakshasa, right? Why donʼt you tell me what you can recall? Every small detail will be fine.”

”Rakshasa wasnʼt just a name; it was a symbol. A symbol of war. The legend of Rakshasa can be told from different angles. The dragons have a different legend, and the elves also have their own.

However, from the legend I know, Rakshasa was a child born into battle and grew up in battle. She was a killer, someone who didnʼt shy away from blood.

She is a menace, for she is the incarnation of slaughter.

Legend has it that during the Calamity Wars, when the creatures of the Grey Realm invaded, the alliance of 20 different races stood aside as the Princess of War slaughtered every last creature.

They called her the War Ender, for it was said that when she appeared in battle, the side she picked was destined to win.

They called her the Daughter of Death, for it was said that in all of history, she could be counted among the few who had sent many souls to the underworld.”

The four-armed lady kept speaking, and from all she was saying, Kent could tell that the lady he had added to his harem, the genius sword saintess he fell in love with, was a menace to society.

ʼDamn, how hot can one be?ʼ He could already imagine how hot she would look when drenched in blood and slaughtering left and right.

Strangely, he wanted to see that sight, for a part of him was very happy she was becoming a Rakshasa.

Just as his heart calmed and his feelings deepened when he awakened the true names of his other ladies, he could already feel the same toward Neomi.

He was happy despite her awakening to such a true name.

”You should be happy, my Lord. Rakshasa is someone worth having as an ally. But be ready, for she is a child of battle, so she cannot leave the battlefield.”

Kent nodded.

ʼThe dungeons will come in handy from now onwards.ʼ

The awakening process went on for five whole days.

However, when it ended, the colour in the air vanished, replaced by black and white. Kentʼs face turned pale, but because there was no colour in the air, nobody could tell the pressure bearing down on him.

The pressure falling down on him is just too much.

Then, the space cracked, and a lady walked out.

She held a spear in her hand, and from the armour she was wearing, one could say she was straight from the battleground.

There were scratch marks on it, and it was dyed red, which, in this context, was the blood of her opponents. She tied her hair in a black ponytail, and hovering behind her was a circular cosmic ring.

”She rose from the ashes of battle, and she will grace the battlefield again with her fury. All hail Rakshasa, the War Princess.”

From the side, the four-armed lady bowed and then turned into an orb that shot forth and entered the spear in Neomiʼs grip.

Kent was in no position to move or say anything, for at that moment, if the lady tried to kill him, she would succeed.

His body was locked down, and no matter what, he couldnʼt break free.

He could only watch as she moved from the crack and stopped when she was two meters from him.

The look in her eyes was dangerous, but because there was no vibrant colour in the air, Kent could only see black shades within them.

The only saving grace was she wasnʼt moving for the kill.

She moved a little closer, and a smile appeared on her lips when she was in front of Kent. She then snapped her fingers, and the crack closed, bringing colour back.

Kentʼs body was let go, and Neomi, who was right in front of him, blinked. At once, her armour, spear, and warlike appearance vanished.

In her place stood a damsel to die for. She was impeccable in her body and her beauty, and Kent, who wanted to know how she had restrained him, immediately forgot about that question.

Instead, he stared into her beautiful red eyes, and for a moment, he could envision the two of them engaged in a fierce, passionate battle in the bedroom.

”You have become a demoness,” Kent said, smiling.

”A demoness for you, my love. From today onward, I will be your war general, for that is who I am and who I am meant to be.”

Kent pulled her closer until her breasts were pressed against his chest.

”There will be many battles to fight, my love... many battles to be fought.” He locked onto her lips, and for the next five minutes, they could only kiss and kiss and keep kissing.

This was a happy moment for both of them. The two are meant for each other.

One was a Primordial Chaos Dragon... the bringer of chaos.

And the other was Rakshasa, the War Princess.

When chaos and war become one, not even the universe cannot predict what will happen.
